This is usually encountered by people who updated the game without using the Genshin Impact Launcher. There might be files that weren’t downloaded or it might also be because of additional unnecessary files.

Genshin will delete its files from the previous update once it begins updating from the launcher. However, manually downloading does not delete those unnecessary files which can cause the game to malfunction.

Причины ошибки 31-4302
В последнем обновлении прорабатывалась новая система Античита, что привело к более жестким ограничениям на изменения файлов и библиотек.
В большинстве случаев, некоторые файлы из версии 1.0, конфликтуют с файлами других версий(версий бета тестирования в том числе), поскольку они распакованы в одной папке.
Решение проблемы от разработчиков для ПК:
- Удалить игру
- Удалить всё из папки установки
- Повторно загрузить Геншин Импакт в другую папку.
Решение проблемы которое работает на 100% для ПК:
- Отключаем и удаляем сторонние патчи;
- Перед загрузкой удалите все каталоги с игрой вручную;
- Создайте новую папку с любым названием и укажите её в качестве корневого каталога для установки.
Решение проблемы для смартфонов:
Если вы заходите с телефона – инструкция такая же, если вы пробовали удалять и заново устанавливать, но Error Code 32-4302 при входе осталась, можете проделать следующее:
- Перед удалением игры откройте Настройки;
- Зайдите в Приложения, Все приложения;
- Найдите в списке Genshin Impact и откройте настройки;
