• During normal operation the ERROR LED on the control unit is illuminated.
• An extinguished LED indicates that there is no electrical power.
• A flashing light on the LED indicates that the operator is out of function (see table below).
• An audible warning signal can be achieved by using the accessory board AIU. It is connected to
the 24 VDC and plugged into the EXU-SA relay output terminal.

19 Troubleshooting
Remedy
Make a kill reset, reset kill switch or
reset fire alarm
Check for short circuit
Check for broken monitored sensor
Replace battery (normal operation
with electrical power power)
Replace control unit
Check the encoder cable.
Open and close the door manually
and thereafter check the automatic
function. If the operator is still out
of function replace the drive unit.
Check for e.g. short circuit in the
locking device
Replace locking device
Replace EXU-SI board
Connect the sync cable
Replace the sync cable
Check the flash frequency on the
SLAVE LED and take necessary
measures in accordance with this
table.
Wait for the motor to cool down
Toggle impulse
Make a new learn
Disconnect mains and then correct
motor connection and correct arm
systems dips.

Всех приветствую
Был куплен комплект bks12ags взамен старому bk1200
Столкнулся с проблемой настройки
Все по инструкйии настроил ,ключ прописал
При нажатие на кнопку движения на плате ,на пульте проезжает см 10 и останавливается , при этом выдает ошибку Е3
Я уже голову сломал всю что это за ошибка , в инструкции таких нету интернет тоже не слышал о них
Прошу помощи у донов
плата ZBKN 88001-0063
так же в меню настройки есть функции которые не описаны в инструкции , где можно посмотреть их значений

У CAME ошибка Е3 -неисправен энкодер.
Сбросьте настройки к заводским и настройте заново.

Делал сброс не помогает
А за что отвечает этот n декодер? Может быть в настройках где то есть ?

Только странно что ошибка Е3 высвечивается на блоке управления где мотор без энкодера, и на блоке управления даже нет разъема для подключения энкодера.

Всех приветствую
Был куплен комплект bks12ags взамен старому bk1200

Все по инструкйии настроил ,ключ прописал
При нажатие на кнопку движения на плате ,на пульте проезжает см 10 и останавливается , при этом выдает ошибку Е3
Я уже голову сломал всю что это за ошибка , в инструкции таких нетуинтернет тоже не слышал о них
Прошу помощи у донов
плата ZBKN 88001-0063так же в меню настройки есть функции которые не описаны в инструкции , где можно посмотреть их значений

Отсоеденил плату фотоэлементов , загорелось с1 , но при нажатие на кнопку пуска ворот. Вылеиает E3

Никак. Микропрограмма в процессоре.

Можно через CAME KEY.
Только неизвестно как плата определится в программаторе и до чего она обновит.
