Есть подозрение что перемычками закоротил сигнальные порты с питанием.
Возможно что кто то из наружных устройств жрет тока больше чем положено и просаживает блок питания платы.
Выдрать из платы всё лишнее, обесточить, дать полежать без напруги, авось стекет заряд и проц раздуплится.
Сначала попытаться запустить без всей наружной мишуры.
Если нет — считаем почем был куплен данный опыт.

Дело не в сборке по схеме. Вполне можно просто случайно воткнуть провод в соседний пин разъёма или задеть какую нибудь волосинку торчащую из соседнего провода. Чисто человеческий фактор если не заниматься этим каждый день. Поэтому главное чтобы заработала пустая дверь, без каких либо наружных устройств. Если она не поедет в этом виде то уже нечего ловить. И ещё один неочевидный момент — производитель контроллера закладывает определенную мощность на питание наружных устройств (примерно 400-600мка, у всех по разному) а тот кто комплектует привод как правило даже не в курсе о том сколько ест один радар поэтому иногда бывает что двери работают с недостатком мощности по наружным устройствам (на двери понавешают радаров, фотиков, приемников пультов и прочего хлама) и питание самого контроллера проседает по напруге что очень не нравится логике.
