В HEX-редакторе на место ’82’ вписывается удвоенное значение нужного FoV в шестнадцатеричном формате. Можно переводить (dec<->hex) в виндовом калькуляторе (программистском). Если нужно 79, то это будет 2*79=158=9*16+14=9E, получается 00009E42. В WaW я поставил 90, строчка такая: 0000B442.

Greem68 Да ничего особенного, меняем значение Float (с точкой) на другое, только в HEX формате. Если хочешь более простой способ, то скачай Cheat Engine, открой через него файл (не запускать игру, именно открыть файл), затем вбей в поиск 65 тип укажи Float, затем выдаст 1 результат, двойной клик и меняешь на нужный

Дополню Информацию для тех у кого не получается. В новой версии HxD, открываете файл, затем ctrl+r (или поиск и замена). у вас открывается окно и надо переключить с основной строки на hex значение. А так всё так же. В коментах есть инфа как рассчитать фов и тд.

The simplest way to adjust the FOV in Black Ops is to bind it to a key in the config file. This is because certain parts of the game, such as the teleporter in zombie mode, often reset your FOV to the default, and it’s very easy to then just hit the hotkey and change it back.
In your config file, which is in the players folder in your Steam/steamapps/common/call of duty black ops/player folder (or in the base game folder/player, if you aren’t using Steam), add the following string on its own line somewhere in the binding section:
bind U "cg_fov 90"
This binds the key «u» to change your FOV. You can change the key or the FOV amount to whatever you would like. Experiment with different FOV amounts to see what works best for your setup.
If the game resets or removes the line you added, you may have to change the config file to Read-only in Properties.

In order for it to work in solo and coop, you have to edit both files not just the one (Config) and then (Config_mp). Worked for me on both. This is 9/14/19

SCZ stands for: Singleplayer + CO-OP + Zombies
This field of view changer allows you to change the game variables cg_fov (0-360) and cg_fovScale (1.0 — 2.0) easily. These variables can be changed with binds (bind KEY «cg_fov XX») in the single player mode but in co-op they are cheat/write protected. If you use this program, you don’t need a console, a bind or even a modded version of the game to change the field of view to your liking. With an optimal field of view you won’t experience eye strain, headaches or motion sickness.
It is lightweight and easy to use and has a low impact on the system.
It is also Open Source, so feel free to improve the code!

I figured it out. In the config file if you change from 65 to 90 it wont do anything. You have add a new command line bind 1 cg_fov 90. I just changed one there and it works flawlessly ingame. Horay! No more headaches and my game looks like Black Ops II now.

This used to be done through keybinds or using the ingame console, both were patched out due to cheaters. As doing this will also allow any one in the lobby to use any cheats they wish. Im not going to give you exact steps. You can use a hex editor, or a premade program. Here is where the other issue comes in; all the programs that can do this with the click of a button also have tons of other cheats. So you have to visit virus filled cheat sites, and you would be risking a ban. Unless the fov makes you sick, its just not really worth it in co-op.
TL;DR; Can still be done, not really worth it.

Стало известно, какое максимальное поле зрения будет в РС-версии Black Ops 2. Treyarch решила принять его равным 80 градусам. Для шутеров показатель FOV очень важен, поэтому неудивительно, что разработчиков начали забрасывать вопросы о возможности его повышения в будущем. Директор по технологиям Treyarch Цезарь Стастни (Cesar Stastny) ответил на эти запросы в твиттере довольно бесцеремонно.

Consequently, a higher FOV makes your targets look smaller. This is due to the game shrinking your environment in order to enhance your visibility. This also results in a feeling of reduced aim-assist effectiveness, but that is just an illusion.

- Affected: «Aiming Down Sights will zoom to a value closer to your Field of View setting. This does not apply to zooms with a magnification of over 4x.»
The FOV settings can be changed under the Graphics column in the Settings tab. In Call of Duty: Warzone, competitive players tend to use 120 FOV because it suits high-speed reactions in Battle Royale. For Cold War Multiplayer, however, the FOV slider should be kept neither too high nor too low.
