Изменить размер шрифта ↓ВернутьИзменить размер шрифта ↑Собрал нормально вроде, но выдаёт ошибку и даже не пытается ролики прокрутить.(
Разъёмы включены точно правильно, фоткал при разборке.

If I have additional information from past experiences I will try to add it.

Service Manual Instructions for the Canon-imageRUNNER-2270 E733 0000 Error Code

E733 0000
Description :
There is an error in the communication with the printer.

Causes :
At startup, communication with the printer fails.




Solutions :
1. Check the connector used to connect to the printer.
2. Check the power supply of the printer (to see if initialization takes place at startup).
3. Replace the DC controller or the main board.

    Canon c5030 displays the error E733-0000. Entering service mode the only button available is Copier, all others have disappeared from the screen. Going into function > clear > ERR (or anything else) the machine freezes. This started right after a P Print which only partially printed.
    Following the manual I replaced main controller 2, haven’t replaced dc controller yet.

    No, I haven’t upgraded software or firmware. I recall seeing a post that mentioned a software upgrade fixed this error.

    I have SST but I need the c5030 system software. Unfortunately network security at the machine’s location seems to be interfering with connections to Canon’s servers. I can download from my office. I just need the link. On the other hand, I have 5 more c5030’s. Can the software be copied from one of them to a pc and then copied onto the problem machine?

    Think about what you done before the error occur. I remember once a broke a cable which seem contact the metal frame causing a similar issue.
    If you do not know. Try to boot the machine with unplug one cabel connecting to sensors or other componets each time form the DC control Board, if a different error code shows. Check the cable you unplug.

    Problem solved. It was the Relay Board (FM3-7935-000).

Communication error

Communication error that can be recovered by reboot

If it is detected again immediately after reboot, E732-0023 is generated.

It is not necessary to perform a remedy because the machine is automatically rebooted after log

collection.

Printer communication error

A communication error between the DC Controller PCB and the Main Controller PCB was detected

at startup.

[Related parts]

— Harness between the DC Controller PCB (UN049/J110) and the Main Controller PCB (UN05/

J4511)

— DC Controller PCB (UN049)

— Main Controller PCB (UN05)

[Remedy] Check/replace the related harness/cable, connector and parts.

[Reference]

— Before replacing the DC Controller PCB, back up the service mode data (approx. 2 min) and

restore the backup data after the replacement so the data may be able to be protected.

— Backup: COPIER (LEVEL2)> FUNCTION> SYSTEM> DSRAMBUP

— Restoration: COPIER (LEVEL2)> FUNCTION> SYSTEM> DSRAMRES

— Before replacing the Main Controller PCB, back up the service mode data (approx. 2 min) and

restore the backup data after the replacement so the data may be able to be protected.
