Hi,
I just tried to race in the 23/01/17 21:00 Dallara race in Spa but I got a checksum error and was kicked.
I was racing on a V3.1 server earlier today without any issue. I redownloaded the car but could not join the race.
Any Idea how I could fix this?

if the box page is not available when you return, you can always search the server on the lobby and enter.
Regarding the mismatch, i’m not sure what it could be, assuming you did have the correct 3.1 installed.

Same problem for me today, I’ve tried to join 19:00 race several times without success.
So I’ve quit AC re downloaded the Dallara v3.1from RD as well as the skin pack
Same thing I find SimRacingSystem5 server in the online server but when I join it get connected something like 2 or 3 seconds then I’m kicked….

Same thing I find SimRacingSystem5 server in the online server but when I join it get connected something like 2 or 3 seconds then I’m kicked….

my problem was finally slightly diffrent I’ve updated RaceEssentials and there was a file called dallara_f312.ini in the compounds folder I’ve deleted this dallara_f312.ini file and now I’m able to launch a race with the Dallara.
So it wasn’t related to SRS, even in time trial alone I couldn’t go on the track AC kicked me after 2 or 3 sec….

Была такая же проблема, на гонке AmericanRoad на Lotus пытались присоединиться через лобби, не помогло то, что можно это сделать, и это как-то связано с обновлением CM.

Everytime I setup up a server with a lotus I get the following:
Checksum failed. You have been kicked out of the race.

In Assetto Corsa server manager you need to click the yellow button update server content and restart the server.

Is the server running from the same pc or is it on a dedicated server elsewhere. If it is on another pc then you need to copy over the server contents folder to the computer running the server.

Try deleting the content folder in ‘*AC install path*assettocorsaservercontent’ and set up the server again.
ATTENTION: don’t delete ‘*AC install path*assettocorsacontent’, this contains the actual game content, the content folder in the server subfolder only has the relevant files for checksum comparision.

Sound like whoever is running the server needs to run AC Packager,The server files are probably out of sync with the game files.

ALLOW_FREE_CAMERA=1 — добавляет свободную камеру
Или можете воспользоваться Content Manager, в настройках в разделе System будет возможность включить эти параметры.
we are having trouble with particular cars not working in our online server since the patch. on our GT3 server. the Audi R8 and the Ferrari 488 get checksum fails. however the other cars work fine.
also these cars work in single player. Have done a steam integrity check but it didnt help.
Anyone else getting this and/or know how to rectify it?

Have you pressed the Update Server Content button in the server manager?
we arent using the server manager. we are manually editing the cfg files and entry lists. so have no need for the server GUI

Hi,

Seen that this is caused by updates. Any way i can get it to work? I use the latest version of everything, AC, CM, CSP, SOL.

The reason checksum fails occur is if the data.acd is modified, and doesn’t match up with the data.acd for that car on the server.
You will likely have to verify your AC install via Steam.

AC updated to 1.16.4 including an unspecified change to the 190 Evo, servers that were set up for 1.16.3 will have a mismatched checksum until the server is updated.
