4. Download the latest version available

1. In a browser, go to Citrix’s website to find the Citrix Windows 11 download file then click Download.
2. The latest available version of the Citrix Workspace app should be there specified. Follow the on-screen steps to install it.

I saw nothing related to this in director.

I’ve put the machine in maint mode and removed it from the delivery group. I then removed it from Machine catalog and attempted to add it right back. When adding it to the machine catalog I had the info icon stating machine has never registered with a delivery controller. Interesting since all morning this machine was showing registered and end point showed entries for registering with a DC. I restarted the Citrix Desktop services on the end point and then had the green check when adding it to machine catalog. Machine is back in the delivery group and registered. End user still had no luck connecting.

System event log shows these events in order:

Several Tdica events (id 1002) ICA Transport driver is waiting for connections on port [1494 or 2598]

Event ID 1004 Citrix ICA Transport driver has received a connect request from [IP address of Netscaler VPX and port]

Then event id 1007 stating the ICA transport driver connection from [same Netscaler IP and port] has been closed.

Event ID 4107 Display — A caller specified the SDC_FORCE_MODE_ENUMERATION flag in a call to the SetDisplayConfig() API

Then several events (id 1003) — the ICA Transport driver is no longer waiting for connections on port [1494 or 2598]

Interesting that this came up right after upgrading Workspace app to 1912 CU3.
