I made a clean install of Yosemite to MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011), and restored documents and apps from TM backup, no problems so far, but I observe following repeating messages in system log and it concerns me, because apparently, launchd is trying to do something related to spotlight, but fails and this happens every 10 seconds.. I see no suspicious activity apart from too much CPU time spent on mds and mds_stores (but I guess it’s due to fresh install, hence Spotlight needs to index everything…).
Any ideas where to dig?

your config.plist is a mess, best to start fresh on that one
you don’t need all those kexts in clover/kexts/other, just the FakeSMC.kext
make sure bios is setup correctly, you could also temporarily remove your geforce card and just use the intel graphics until you have macos installed

Can you post me a fresh new Clover folder?
Whenever I launch my system preference pane application i am getting console message (Only shows in Mac OS X Catalina):
com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (ouc.plist): Service only ran for 0 seconds. Pushing respawn out by 10 seconds.
com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (ouc.plist[16059]): Service exited with abnormal code: 126
Its runs the app but its take long time to run.
Could anyone help how this generated and what ouc.plist is?
Replies
AFAICT
ouc.plist
is not an Apple thing. If you search the ’net for that string (and the related
runouc
) you’ll find plenty of other folks reporting problems with it.
My advice: Retest your preferences pane on a clean machine with no third-party software installed (I use a VM for this sort of thing). If it works there, you should investigate the configuration of the machine exhibiting the problem.

Try running Key Access from the built in Apps on mac. delete any keys or certificates referencing OUC and where the » * » in my example might reference from your logs.
On it! Thanks!

Hello,
Anyone else having issues with the latest security update 2019-001 10.14.6 for Mojave?
Have never had issues updating since 10.14.2 in the past. But this once gets stuck on these last 4 lines:
«
Adding AGDP mode validate property
iMac.local com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (org.ntp.sntp.188) <Warning>: Servuce exited with abnormal code: 1
considerRebuildOfPrelinkedKernel com.apple.nke.webcontentfilter trigger reguild
Forcing CS_RUNTIME for entitlement: com.apple.rootless.install iMac.Local com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (com.apple.displaypolicyd.200) <Warning>: Service exited with abnormal code: 1
«
The only way to boot is to force shutdown and overide boot from the system volume and bypass the Mac OS Install volume.
Doing a bit of research from similar issues with users and security updates most boot problems are caused/resolved by fixing:
Location of Kexts (virtualsmc in Clover’s «/kexts/Other/», latest kexts installed with ##### in L/E/ with cache updated by Kext utility)
The Injection of Kexts (i’ve tried both detect and inject = yes)
Mismatched Kext (fakesmc + virtual smc both in use, which they are not)
A bad config.plist (works booting the normal system voluem, i’ve attached)
A graphic injector issue (currently using iMac18,3 + RX580 with the UHD630 in a headless state)
Multiple Drivers Folder — The old clover /driversuefi64/ folder present and conflicting with the latest /drivers/uefi/ folder (only /drivers/uefi/ present)
The only thing that is different from this update than previous updates is that I transitioned to VirtualSMC from previously using FAKESMC/ FAKESMCsensors kexts with previous Mojave releases.
I uninstalled the FAKESMC and all the sensors kexts using terminal and the following command and can confirm they are not present in the Clover «other folder» or the /L/E/ folder.
sudo rm -rf /Library/Extensions/»…..».kext
After transitiong to VirtualSMC I did read with the readme that the VirtualSmc.efi should be placed in the /drivers/UEFI/ folder in clover. So I have added that to the EFI/CLOVER/DRIVERS/UEFI/ folder manually. Can anyone confirm if this is necessary?
I’ve attached my config.plist file and screenshots of the verbose readout stalling as well.
Any guidance would be great!
KEXTS I’VE INSTALLED IN /L/E/:
WhateverGreen.kext
VirtualSMC.kext
USBInjectAll.kext
SMCSuperIO.kext
SMCProcessor.kext
Lilu.kext
IntelMausiEthernet.kext
BrcmPatchRAM3.kext
BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext
BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext
AppleALC.kext
AirportBrcmFixup.kext
I have found a couple of workarounds and a probable diagnosis of the problem.
For the first workaround, type «launchctl remove in.sinew.Enpass-Launcher» in a Terminal after logging in. (Note: no «sudo»; this is a launch agent, not a launch daemon.) You will need to do this every time you log in, for each account which has ever run Enpass.
The second workaround is more permanent but requires Apple’s developer tools and a good technical knowledge. Nobody who doesn’t understand all the steps here or who lacks knowledge of Unix administration should attempt it, and attempt it at your own risk. Edit a copy of the plist at /var/db/com.apple.xpc.launchd/loginitems.<uid>.plist, where <uid> is the UID of the account, to remove the two entries for the Enpass Launcher. As root, ensure it has the correct ownership and permissions, and atomically rename it over the original version using mv. Reboot. Login and run Enpass. Now look at that plist and notice the change! Note that Enpass doesn’t honour its own setting to «start on system startup» (I guess you meant «on login») and always starts anyway — another bug, by the look of it.
It appears the Enpass app’s bundle ID changed from in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop in version 5 to in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop.App in version 6. My guess is the problem only appears for accounts which previously ran Enpass 5. The bad plist uses the old bundle ID.
This bug is more serious than it first appears. It is causing a new process to be created every 10 seconds, with the associated page file activity, and therefore probably also writing quite a lot to the SSD in addition to the log file itself.
