I have looked at some other questions like this one and it is not allowing me to complete the download it says «An internal system error has occurred please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.Log in your windows folder to determine the problem.

I looked in it and I do not understand the problem I recently reset my computer to factory version.

Do you have antivirus ?

If have pls. stop antivirus and try installation again.

Sometimes this issue can be caused by permission limitation.

DirecX 11 is included in Windows 7.

Have you run dxdiag.exe to see what it tells you about your system? The version of DirectX is noted on the main page.

При попытке установки или обновления API DirectX пользователь может столкнуться с сообщением о произошедшей внутренней системной ошибке, и рекомендацией поискать её причину в логах файлов DXError.log и Directx.log. Обращение к логам никак не проясняет ситуацию, и что делать в данной ситуации пользователь не знает и не представляет. Ниже я разберу, что это за внутренняя системная ошибка ДиректХ, и как можно её исправить.

Причины ошибки DXError.log и Directx.log

Возникновение проблемы «Произошла внутренняя системная ошибка DXError.log и Directx.log» обычно обусловлено следующим набором причин:

• Пользователь пытается установить в систему игровую программу с встроенными в ней устаревшими библиотеками ДиректХ;
• Пользователь пытается установить версию DirectX не соответствующую данной ОС;
• API ДиректХ устанавливается не от имени администратора;
• Антивирус блокирует установку свежей версии ДиректХ;
• Вирус блокирует установку ДиректХ и вызывает сбой системного функционала;
• На пользовательском ПК установлены устаревшие версии драйверов для видеокарты;
• Предыдущий ДиректХ был повреждён или деинсталлирован не должным образом;
• Ряд системных файлов Виндовс повреждены.

Как я уже писал выше, просмотр логов Directx.log и DXError.log в большинстве случаев никак не способствует выявлению причин возникшей проблемы. Для её исправления рекомендую воспользоваться способами, представленными мной ниже.

Варианты решения, позволяющие избавиться от системной ошибки DXError.log и Directx.log выглядят следующим образом:

Способ 1. Временно деактивируйте ваш антивирус

Наиболее эффективным вариантом решить системную ошибку DXError.log и Directx.log является отключение антивируса ПК перед установкой ДиректХ. Наиболее часто вызывают дисфункцию антивирусы «Аваст» и «Касперский», потому сначала отключите данные программы (или другие антивирусы на вашем PC), а потом попробуйте установить ДиректХ с сайта Майкрософт.

В качестве альтернативы также можно попробовать версию ДиректХ End-User Runtimes, датируемой июнем 2010 года.

Способ 2. Корректно распакуйте инсталлятор ДиректХ

Если вы скачали инсталлятор в виде архива, распакуйте его в директорию на главном корневом каталоге (обычно диска С), название которой должно быть написано латиницей. Найдите там запускаемый файл (например, dxsetup.exe), и запустите его.

• Uncheck the Notify me when graphics driver updates are available checkbox.
• Check the Include beta updates checkbox.

• Search for NVIDIA GeForce Experience in the Start menu.

5] Perform System Restore

As a last resort, you can perform System Restore to revert your computer to a working state prior to when you started receiving the DirectX Runtime error.

To perform System Restore on your Windows PC, do the following:

• Press Windows key + R to invoke the Run dialog.
• In the Run dialog box, type rstrui and hit Enter to open up the System Restore Wizard.
• Once you arrive at the initial screen of System Restore, click Next to advance to the next window.
• At the next screen, start by checking the box associated with Show more restore points.
• After you’ve done this, select a point which has an older date than the one in which you first started to notice the error.
• Click Next to advance to the next menu.
• Click Finish and confirm at the final prompt.

At the next system startup, your older computer state will be enforced.

I’ve just purchased a new laptop, running Windows 10 and am getting the above error when trying to launch the game.

However, as far as I can tell, this is already installed.

I’ve tried all the fixes I can find via Google (Ie uninstalling and reinstalling the C++ redistributable 2015). I’ve tried verifying the game files, and reinstalling the game entirely.

Nothing has worked.

Can anyone help please? This is a game I’ve bought for my young son and he’d be gutted if he couldn’t play it.

Did you install DirectX Runtime specifically? In your original post you state that you reinstalled C++ redistributable 2015.

To check this, go into the start menu and type «dxdiag.» That should show something like this image [cdn.discordapp.com] This should show whether you have DirectX installed or not.

Thanks for the response. Sorry for the delay in replying, I’d not been on the laptop in question to be able to check fully, but I had run the DirectX executable and it failed, with the log saying it’s already installed.

Sure enough, I check dxdiag as you suggested and it shows that Direct X 12 is installed.

Is it possible to uninstall it and try reinstalling it?

Ok, so I’ve answered my own question, it’s not possible to uninstall DirectX. I managed to find an update to the end user SDK and that did install successfully apparently, but I’m still getting the error when trying to launch Brick Rigs.

What is confusing is I also purchased another laptop at a similar time for my own personal use. Both are running Windows 10, but the other one runs Brick Rigs just fine. I’m really at a loss now, as the things it’s saying it needs are installed.

Hello! I’m not sure if I’m writing in the appropriate board here, but honesly I feel so lost so I do it anyways.

OK so I dowloaded a game called «Kholat PROPHET» and everything seemed alright until it actually downloaded. Whenever I click on the game it says: «The following component(s) are required to run this program: DirectX Runtime.»

So I further investigated, but nothing worked to be honest. Whenever I try to download the DirectX Runtime thingy, it says: «An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine problem.»

I’m not a computer genius so I didn’t really want to mess anything up, but I’ve tried reinstalling, tried to turn off the Antivirus system, I also tried to reinstall the game itself but nothing. Can anyone please help me how to fix this. I’m crying right now, literally.

I have Windows 10 by the way (and yes it says I already have DirectX 12 downloaded. )

привет всем. купил игру, системные требования подходят, а игра не запускается выдает ошибку и требует установить microsoft visual c++ 2015 runtime что делать подскажите

ответ простой поменять ВИНДУ и все будет работать

я смог запустить у себя щас я напишу что я делаал
-в начале я скачал игру иустановил с++ каторый у него находится в папке с игрой
-ОНА ВЫВЕЛА ПРОБЛЕМУ x0820402
-после я запустил командную строку от имени Администратора (чтобы окрыть нужно ввести в строку поиска cmd и затем нажать сочетание клавиш CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.
-вылезит черное окно с административнами командами “Командной строке” напиши sfc /scannow он проведет праверку на ошибки sistem фаилов и исправит
— перезапусти комп
-зайди в пускпанель управленияудаления програм
-нажми на этот долбаный Microsoft Visual C++ 2015(64) правой кнопкой мыши ИЗМЕНИТЬ после ИСПРАВИТЬ он долже переустановиться

после этих действий уменя полностью загрузился Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 без ошибки x0820402 и смог запустить игру

пока что все удачи

представь а твой способ не работает даже по видео т.к. при поиске ошибки через командную строку ошибок не было вот у меня все установлено а игра не запускается просто предлогает установить microsoft visual c++ 2015 runtime а он установлен и ошибок нет по нем при запуске игры вылетает окно : UE4 Prerequisites (x64) и там идет переустановка microsoft visual c++ 2015 runtime
