ErrorDust is a character and take on the original Errordust AU, originally created by Inkster Jack, this take is created by [1]
. He is similar to Error in a way and because of all the power he earned and how mad he got, he started to change colors. He is one of the main characters of a species of glitched out skeletons called «Errors». He is also a part of the take on Error! Murder Time Trio, or known formally as just, MG! ERROR_MURDERTRIO.

Origin

It was just a normal day for Error and the Multiverse; he went outside of his Anti-Void and, while Ink wasn’t noticing, entered a random universe and tried to destroy it. Of course, Ink eventually noticed that Error had gone into the AU because of his strings and how damaged the AU looked. Ink, sighing, went into the AU to stop Error, which, like every other time, worked. Ink kicked Error out of the universe back to his Anti-Void and he had gotten pissed of Ink. However, that wasn’t the end of his bad day.

Some time later, Fatal Error had finally found Error hiding in his Anti-Void and due to still wanting revenge for what Error had originally did to him, fought violently with Error, almost knocking him down. Due to random luck, he was able to teleport out of the Anti-Void and coincidently, ended up right in front of Error 404, his mentor. «Such a shame Error. You fail to do your job as destroyer. What’s gotten into you today? Not feeling good or something?» By this point, Error was just straight-up angry and annoyed and really wished that Ink and Fatal Error never existed in the first place. Error 404 could even tell by the look on his face that he was done with the entire Multiverse and its stupid universes. «Hmm, that look on your face…it tells me that you really want them dead, huh? … Alright, I have an idea, Error. Look, I’ve told you a million times that you’re the Multiverse’s best destroyer, right? Well, what if I finally decide to help you get rid of them all? Y’know, actually killing them to dusty bits. It won’t really matter to me as much as, well, I won’t tell you because that’ll get you more angry and probably hopeless.» Error had never thought of wanting to actually kill them but because of the amount of rage filled inside of him, accepted the deal. «Great, then let’s get going.»

Error 404 continued to encourage death upon everything with Error as he only got stronger and stronger. In fact, he even helped Error to make his own small god ray that he could use to defend himself. During the process, his colors started to change and he got more powerful, even managing to kill Ink and Fatal Error. But that wasn’t enough. His goal was to destroy every universe, right? So that’s what he started to do and to this day, Error continues to destroy each and every universe in the Multiverse.

Meanwhile with Error 404, well, the reason he didn’t care for this was because he knew about the other Multiverses existing and could just travel to those alternate Multiverses as infinite amounts of them exist and Error would never be able to actually destroy everything as that is just impossible. So, it was pretty obvious why Error 404 didn’t tell Error in the first place about the other Multiverses. On some occasions, Error 404 would leave while Error was doing his job and travel to other Multiverses and just do random stuff there. He actually never got insane and just wanted Error to complete his goal once and for all so maybe he would shut his mouth and quit whining.

Profile

Appearance

ErrorDust’s design is still reflects off of his regular Hobo look in which he wears a black coat with pieces of gradients stitched together on the sleeves with pockets and you pretty much get the point, so let’s describe the colors instead. Like previously mentioned, he still wears a black coat and the pieces of gradients stitched together on the sleeves are yellow with pink pockets. Underneath, he wears a dark yellow shirt, which is possibly a sweater, but who knows? He wears wide black pants, which are uneven and un-matching at the bottom. The left has a purple pink/purple gradient and is stitched together. The right appears to possibly be a cuff of purple stitched to the pants. He has a long pink scarf and mismatched black sandals. Apparently, he steals clothes then sews them together to make his outfits according to his original design. Because of his power and how mad he got during his multiversal genocide spree, his colors changed drastically if you notice his design. One more thing to note is that he wears his scarf on top of his head like the one featured in Error’s redesign reference sheet.

Personality

ErrorDust has a mixture of his personality and Murder! Sans’ personality, so not a lot changed with his personality.

Abilities

ErrorDust Blaster: Works similarly to his old blasters except they are much faster and shoot almost immediately when summoned. The blasters are also a bit bigger and can be spammed. The beam deals lots of damage and drains HP fast.

Yellow Strings: His blue strings, thanks to his color changing, were also affected by this change and turned yellow, making them more stronger. They harder to break and he can summon a lot more of these faster. They’re able to shatter SOULs completely and can almost, with enough force, shatter someone’s body completely into a dust pile, but it takes a lot of energy. He’s able to throw others around easier and can even take control of one’s own mind with these strings.

Telekinesis: Self-explanatory.

Novice God Ray: Like previously mentioned, Error 404 taught Error how to use his own type of god ray and if you’ve heard of or seen Righteous! Error, you know how this ability works. But if you don’t, it’s pretty much a ray that is extremely thin and is a consistent beam instead of a simple fire. It doesn’t have any effect on inorganic materials. For organic materials, this ray simply corrupts code, either possessing someone to obey Error’s every command or simply decomposing one’s own body until they, pretty much, become a husk.

ErrorDust Bones: He was able to recreate an ability that almost every AU has, which are the bone attacks. Error never had any ability of these back then when he was in his normal form, but now he does and they pretty much just work as you expect. Just normal bone attacks pretty much.

Relationships

Error404: Error’s mentor who, for some unknown reason, inspired Error to do his multiversal genocide spree and almost destroy the entirety of the Multiverse as he is still trying to get rid of every single AU that exists. Error 404 always follows behind him, encouraging him more and more to destroy and kill off every single AU and or timeline.

Attacks and Techniques:

Blue Mastery: The most powerful variant of the Blue soul Alteration, allowing Error404!Sans to move any object, alive or dead, from a distance of 500m. He may also use this ability to completely collapse the soul if used on an alive being, resulting in an instant kill. He also uses this for Mind Manipulation.

Mind Manipulation: Error404!Sans can take complete control of others’souls, allowing him to alter, distort and warp their mind to think various things, commonly using this method to force others into serving him.

Nigh-Omniscient: From Error404!Sans’s long lasting time in the multiverse, he knows almost everything of it.

Dark Blasters: Powerful Blasters able to destroy almost anything that it is fired at. The Damage Rating was 100, yet from his advancements in the Multiverse, alongside the upgrades from the Mainframe, it now stands at 750.

God Ray: Fires a blast from his fingers that will kill anything and anyone who has god-like code or unordinary code from a regular AU character. First God Ray will stun opponents for all eternity. The second God Ray will pierce through weak people, or even powerful godlike entities and slowly kill them.

Reincarnation: This Ability is used when Error404!Sans is either killed or takes to much damage. When he has taken to much damage or is killed he will begin to scatter his code in the ground and will then delete himself from the world. After that, the particles Error404!Sans left behind will gather code from the world and then return to Error404!Sans’s lair and reanimate 404 from the resources they took.

ErrorDust is a character and take on the original Errordust AU, originally created by Inkster Jack, this take is created by [1] . He is similar to Error in a way and because of all the power he earned and how mad he got, he started to change colors. He is one of the main characters of a species of glitched out skeletons called «Errors». He is also a part of the take on Error! Murder Time Trio, or known formally as just, MG! ERROR_MURDERTRIO.

Origin

It was just a normal day for Error and the Multiverse; he went outside of his Anti-Void and, while Ink wasn’t noticing, entered a random universe and tried to destroy it. Of course, Ink eventually noticed that Error had gone into the AU because of his strings and how damaged the AU looked. Ink, sighing, went into the AU to stop Error, which, like every other time, worked. Ink kicked Error out of the universe back to his Anti-Void and he had gotten pissed of Ink. However, that wasn’t the end of his bad day.

Some time later, Fatal Error had finally found Error hiding in his Anti-Void and due to still wanting revenge for what Error had originally did to him, fought violently with Error, almost knocking him down. Due to random luck, he was able to teleport out of the Anti-Void and coincidently, ended up right in front of Error 404, his mentor. «Such a shame Error. You fail to do your job as destroyer. What’s gotten into you today? Not feeling good or something?» By this point, Error was just straight-up angry and annoyed and really wished that Ink and Fatal Error never existed in the first place. Error 404 could even tell by the look on his face that he was done with the entire Multiverse and its stupid universes. «Hmm, that look on your face. it tells me that you really want them dead, huh? . Alright, I have an idea, Error. Look, I’ve told you a million times that you’re the Multiverse’s best destroyer, right? Well, what if I finally decide to help you get rid of them all? Y’know, actually killing them to dusty bits. It won’t really matter to me as much as, well, I won’t tell you because that’ll get you more angry and probably hopeless.» Error had never thought of wanting to actually kill them but because of the amount of rage filled inside of him, accepted the deal. «Great, then let’s get going.»

Error 404 continued to encourage death upon everything with Error as he only got stronger and stronger. In fact, he even helped Error to make his own small god ray that he could use to defend himself. During the process, his colors started to change and he got more powerful, even managing to kill Ink and Fatal Error. But that wasn’t enough. His goal was to destroy every universe, right? So that’s what he started to do and to this day, Error continues to destroy each and every universe in the Multiverse.

Meanwhile with Error 404, well, the reason he didn’t care for this was because he knew about the other Multiverses existing and could just travel to those alternate Multiverses as infinite amounts of them exist and Error would never be able to actually destroy everything as that is just impossible. So, it was pretty obvious why Error 404 didn’t tell Error in the first place about the other Multiverses. On some occasions, Error 404 would leave while Error was doing his job and travel to other Multiverses and just do random stuff there. He actually never got insane and just wanted Error to complete his goal once and for all so maybe he would shut his mouth and quit whining.

Appearance

ErrorDust’s design is still reflects off of his regular Hobo look in which he wears a black coat with pieces of gradients stitched together on the sleeves with pockets and you pretty much get the point, so let’s describe the colors instead. Like previously mentioned, he still wears a black coat and the pieces of gradients stitched together on the sleeves are yellow with pink pockets. Underneath, he wears a dark yellow shirt, which is possibly a sweater, but who knows? He wears wide black pants, which are uneven and un-matching at the bottom. The left has a purple pink/purple gradient and is stitched together. The right appears to possibly be a cuff of purple stitched to the pants. He has a long pink scarf and mismatched black sandals. Apparently, he steals clothes then sews them together to make his outfits according to his original design. Because of his power and how mad he got during his multiversal genocide spree, his colors changed drastically if you notice his design. One more thing to note is that he wears his scarf on top of his head like the one featured in Error’s redesign reference sheet.

Personality

ErrorDust has a mixture of his personality and Murder! Sans’ personality, so not a lot changed with his personality.

Abilities

ErrorDust Blaster: Works similarly to his old blasters except they are much faster and shoot almost immediately when summoned. The blasters are also a bit bigger and can be spammed. The beam deals lots of damage and drains HP fast.

Yellow Strings: His blue strings, thanks to his color changing, were also affected by this change and turned yellow, making them more stronger. They harder to break and he can summon a lot more of these faster. They’re able to shatter SOULs completely and can almost, with enough force, shatter someone’s body completely into a dust pile, but it takes a lot of energy. He’s able to throw others around easier and can even take control of one’s own mind with these strings.

AU Jump Self-explanatory.

Novice God Ray: Like previously mentioned, Error 404 taught Error how to use his own type of god ray and if you’ve heard of or seen Righteous! Error, you know how this ability works. But if you don’t, it’s pretty much a ray that is extremely thin and is a consistent beam instead of a simple fire. It doesn’t have any effect on inorganic materials. For organic materials, this ray simply corrupts code, either possessing someone to obey Error’s every command or simply decomposing one’s own body until they, pretty much, become a husk.

ErrorDust Bones: He was able to recreate an ability that almost every AU has, which are the bone attacks. Error never had any ability of these back then when he was in his normal form, but now he does and they pretty much just work as you expect. Just normal bone attacks pretty much.

Relationships

Error404: Error’s mentor who, for some unknown reason, inspired Error to do his multiversal genocide spree and almost destroy the entirety of the Multiverse as he is still trying to get rid of every single AU that exists. Error 404 always follows behind him, encouraging him more and more to destroy and kill off every single AU and or timeline.

these blasters are colored black on the left side and red on the right side these do a massive amount of damage and can glitch sometimes and if a glitches during its blasting. It would do 10 times the damage. And they ignore invincibility frames and sometimes killed people who are immortal.

When he is low in health he becomes this the DtaleMultiverse and the void we’ll send him the code that he needs but Dust!Dtale!Error404 gets all of the code of the Void including the emergency power while the Dtale Multiverse gives the same amount that Dtale!Error404 would get. two sets of wings on his back they are colored Gray and can shoot out lasers of death. He becomes 100,000,000 times stronger since all the code is determined all of his powers get upgraded his stats become truly impossible he would easily be able to defeat Omnipotent!Dtale!Sans And Dtale!Clans but since Dtale!Infinity Code outside of the Multiverse and doesn’t know were he is he would not be able to kill him but he would be able to kill him if he knew where is Dtale!Infinity Code he would be able to kill him because he can kill anyone

THE TRUE GOD

He can take more than 5 Ultra DT syringes when he kills either Omnipotent!Dtale!Sans or Dtale!Clans or Dtale!Infinity Code and as what Sans753 in one of the comments of Dtale!Error404 if he takes more than 5 he would basically be a omnipotent being and for this reason a voice has told them about it which means they refuse to fight Dust!Dtale!Error404 cuz they do not want that to happen because since now they know that he became a Murder who knows what would he do if he takes the 6 and for this reason it’s the same if he takes 1000 Souls which means any type of Soul even very weak ones have been always killed in fear this happening they are determined to make sure he doesn’t become this and for this reason since it takes place in another version of the Dtale! Multiverse Dtale!SANESS came by once and saw what was happening so he locked the this version of the Dtale! Multiverse from being entered

Mind Manipulation: Error404!Sans can take complete control of others’souls, allowing him to alter, distort and warp their mind to think various things, commonly using this method to force others into serving him.

Nigh-Omniscient: From Error404!Sans’s long lasting time in the multiverse, he knows almost everything of it.

Dark Blasters: Powerful Blasters able to destroy almost anything that it is fired at. The Damage Rating was 100, yet from his advancements in the Multiverse, alongside the upgrades from the Mainframe, it now stands at 750.

God Ray: Fires a blast from his fingers that will kill anything and anyone who has god-like code or unordinary code from a regular AU character. First God Ray will stun opponents for all eternity. The second God Ray will pierce through weak people, or even powerful godlike entities and slowly kill them.

Reincarnation: This Ability is used when Error404!Sans is either killed or takes to much damage. When he has taken to much damage or is killed he will begin to scatter his code in the ground and will then delete himself from the world. After that, the particles Error404!Sans left behind will gather code from the world and then return to Error404!Sans’s lair and reanimate 404 from the resources they took.

Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module ‘Dev:Quote’ not found.Sans is the brother of Papyrus. To stop the human from killing everyone over and over, Sans is forced to increase his own LV. Killing one monster isn’t enough EXP for him to defeat the child, though, and oddly enough, the resets don’t send him back to LV one. He forgets his original purpose, and kills everyone, including Papyrus. He begins to hallucinate a much meaner Papyrus who’s just a floating head and hands. Sans can also locate SAVE points and destroy them.

Story

This AU Sans tried to stop the genocide committed by the human by all means, but ultimately fails. Though, through unknown means, Sans gains possession of DETERMINATION .

Because of this, Sans tried to kill the human and end the genocide and the RESETs once and for all, but yet again, he failed. The human soul was too strong for Sans. So he decided to sacrifice the other monsters to get himself more LV. Sans always felt tremendous guilt, and all the monsters return to him in his nightmares. However, he continued to kill, and eventually it disappeared. The guilt vanished.

At that moment, the only thing that mattered to him was putting an end to the human’s tendencies yet again, but this time on a different playing field. Soon he had to kill his brother, Papyrus. Papyrus was the last monster that Sans had to kill. Even though Papyrus was his loving brother, Sans felt that he needed to kill him in order to beat the human. He also makes the argument that it’d be better to be killed by him than the Human. It was the last and most severe blow to his mind. Finally, after killing his brother Papyrus, Sans becomes insane. Since then, Papyrus’ ghost has haunted him.

Through the psychological and Physical torment Sans had to face, Sans finally achieved the strength to kill the human. but at a great cost. His friends, his brother. Sans fell into madness, killing everyone he loved. Nowadays, Sans has nothing but LOVE (Level Of ViolencE).

From there, the story reaches a crossroads. Nightmare! Sans gives him an offer to join his crew. Some people say that he refuses, reasoning that he can’t waste the LV his friends died for. Others say that he accepts, and becomes one of Nightmare’s allies.

Appearance

His clothes are covered with the dust of the monsters he has killed. Sans wears a blue hoodie with a white hood. The «iris» of his left eye is a deep red while the pupil is a blue color, making the vapor trail given off by his eyes a purple color as is a mixture of both red and blue.

Personality

Dust Sans has finally lost insanity and has a huge grudge on the human (Frisk/Chara) for killing everyone non-stop. He has also became homicidal and often chats with a specter resembling his brother, Papyrus, which only Sans can see. That could be due to him falling into insanity and Papyrus either haunts Sans or is a way to cope with him killing his brother.

Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module ‘Dev:Quote’ not found.DETERMINATION: Due to Sans having acquired DETERMINATION, he is capable of lasting much longer in a fight and being much more powerful than the Canon Undertale Sans. For starters, he has more ATK and DEF, although just like the Canon Sans, he usually dodges.

SAVE Point Destruction: Sans has the capability to remove SAVE Points. Due to him having the power of DETERMINATION, he is capable of seeing SAVE Points and allowing him to destroy them to limit the human’s power over the Underground

Spatial Manipulation: Sans, like before, has the ability to increase or delete the amount of space in between himself/his attacks and his desired target. This has been shown many times in Phase 2 of the battle with Sans at the end of the Genocide Route/No Mercy Run.

Bone Manipulation: Sans has the ability to create and manipulate bones to his will. This is Sans’ main form of attack. Can be used with blue, orange, or white magic.

Gaster Blaster: Sans can summon skull-shaped blasters that will fire a beam of white, blue, and orange magic.

Asgore’s Trident: Sans has stolen Asgore’s trident. It has turned white, and he can manipulate it to his will.

Flowey’s «Friendliness Pellets»: Sans has gained Flowey’s pellets and can use them for his own intentions.

Fire Magic: Can crack a bone to have fire be released from it.

Shield Magic: Can give the soul of his enemy a shield, which the enemy can activate as to not take damage, but it has a cool down.

• Papyrus — Brother/Friend/Spirit (Most often portrayed as a Papyrus head with the red scarf and gloves)(killed by his own brother)

• Horror!Sans — Good Buddy. They often torment papyrus, and both are apart of the ‘Killer Crew’ (not canon)

Trivia

• He likes to kill the human in very cruel ways.

• He can sometimes be mistaken to be the main antagonist of Dusttale, however, Chara (who is controlling Frisk) seemed to take the spot as the main antagonist.
• If Frisk ever resets, Sans’ LV will not go down.
• It is implied that Sans has or will gain 19 LV.
• Sans seemed to have killed a good amount of the Underground’s population by the time Frisk (Chara) had returned.
• Sans killed Toriel in a single blow.
• By the time Sans killed Toriel, she had figured out who Sans really was… the person at her door.
• Sans seems to have lost all hope in Frisk, unknowing that they are actually being controlled by Chara.

• Despite what he has done, he feels terrible for killing his friends and feels even worse when killing his brother, Papyrus. Though he kills them anyways to further his goal. Eventually, he falls into apathy and feels nothing for killing his friends
• Papyrus still haunts Dust! Sans.
• According to the creator of DustTale, Murder! Sans is unable to fall in love with anyone in the universe of DustTale.
• In a Fan-game, should the player attempt to spare Sans in their second battle, he will question on why the human is not attacking. This action is known as the «Rebellious Pacifist» choice.
