Вчера mimaki jfx 1631 — Error 61b Ink route выдал ошибку на Cyan.

Подскажите что делать.

Уже поставил новый картридж, сделал subtank mainteance,- все равно та же ошибка, проверил негативное давление оказалось скачет от 2,3 до 2,7 разобрал продул воздушный фильтр, давление сейчас норм 2,5-2,4. Повторил subtank mainteance не помогло выдает ту же ошибку. Что делать дальше — настроить в инженерном меню ???

Ink route он и есть Ink route — чернильный тракт. Принтер генерирует такую ошибку когда получает нелогичные данные из датчиков субтанка. Раз с давлением воздушным(к стати, а позитивное в норме?) все ок, то проблема с закачкой чернил в субтанк либо с работой датчиков в субтанке(например: поплавок залип). Ну а в этом руте участвуют и помпа чернильная и фильтры чернильные итд

Проблема оказалась в завоздушении одного из каналов судя по всему в картридже с чернилами был воздух в следствии чего субтанки и не наполнялся до нужного уровня, пришлось раза три делать прокачку чернил пока воздух из системы не был убран.

Hello everyone!

After a successful installation of White and Clear yesterday on our recently acquired JFX200 2513 i was greated with an INK Supply W message on the machine today.

As well an Error 61b on Ink Channel 7 (White) when i manually try to do a Subtank Fillup

I checked the Ink Levels on that Inkchannel and the Subtank is half full.

Had tons of White ink on the Capping Station (Maybe overfilled?)

Pressure Check was fine and stable (Tested positive and Negative)

Any suggestion what it could be?

It´s funnily enough only occuring on this one channel.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Did you do the conversion yourself? What all did you actually do to do the conversion? I imagine it didn’t have the white circulation so you fixed that up?

Yes, i did the conversion myself.

I wen´t step thru step from washing/flushing the system and re-routed everything with the diagrams in the Manual.

(Circulation Pump Route for 7/8) as well re-routed under the ink bottles (7-8)

I already did the Sensor Tests and Discharge / Fill UP tests.

After fill up (which does work) via the [HASHTAG]#Test[/HASHTAG] / Aeging mode i can see that the Second head is dropping white ink.

Solved!

E300918 2-2way 2-3way Solenoid Valve was having issues.

Replaced it machine is running happy now!

We’ve all been in the situation where your Mimaki displays an error code with a number and abbreviated error code but, what are they trying to tell us? See below for the most common error codes that appear on Mimaki JV33 & CJV30 printers.

Error 01 Main Rom — The main board may be failing. Turn off the printer, wait 15 minutes, and power back on. If the error persists, replace the main board.

Error 02 Main Ram — The main board may be failing. Turn off the printer, wait 15 minutes, and power back on. If the error persists, replace the main board.

Error 03 Power +6v, +24v, +42v — The power board is malfunctioning. Check the output power for each voltage and replace as needed.

Error 04 F-Rom — The main board may be failing. Reinstall your system parameters and try to boot. If the error persists, replace the main board.

Error 06 SD-Ram — The main board may be failing. Turn the power off for 15 minutes and then power back on. If the error persists, replace the main board and then PRAM board.

Error 07 Head, Voltage — There is a short in the head circuit. Check your head cables for damage, corrosion, ink splatter etc. and replace as necessary. If the error persists, replace the print head.

Error 08 Linear Encoder: Sensor, DIR., Count — The encoder strip and/or sensor is dirty or damaged. Clean the encoder strip with alcohol and air dust the sensor. If the error persists, replace the strip and then sensor in that order.

Error 36-C Mark Detect — The mark sensor did not detect the crop marks. Make sure the crop mark settings are setup properly. Clean the sensor with alcohol and then run the sensor sensitivity adjustment. If the error persists, replace the sensor.

Error 40 Motor Alarm X — The feed motor is under too much load. Make sure there is nothing jamming the grit roller or anything that might be keeping the motor from moving such as the media being at the end of the roll and still glued to the core.

Error 41 Motor Alarm Y — The motor that moves the head back and forth is under too much load. Make sure there is nothing jamming the head or anything that might be keeping the head from moving.

Error 42 X Over Current — The feed motor is requiring too much voltage to move. Make sure there is nothing jamming the grit roller or anything that might be keeping the motor from moving such as the media being at the end of the roll and still glued to the core. Replace the motor and then main board in that order if the error persists.

Error 43 Y Over Current — The motor that moves the head back and forth is requiring too much voltage. Make sure there is nothing jamming the head or anything that might be keeping the head from moving. Clean the encoder strip and air dust the sensor first. Replace the encoder strip, sensor, motor and then main board in that order if the error persists.

Error 46 Wiper — The wiper failed to return to the home position or the sensor has failed. Check for anything that may be preventing the wiper from sliding properly, then clean and grease the rail the wiper slides on. Clean the wiper sensor with air dust and alcohol. If the error persists, replace the wiper sensor, then maintenance board in that order.

Error 50 Media Detect — The printer failed to measure the material width. Make sure the media is loaded properly. Clean the media sensor with alcohol and air duster. Run the sensor adjustment. If the error persists, replace the sensor.

Error 120 Environment Temp (Low) — It’s too cold in your office.

Error 121 Environment Temp (Hi) — It’s too hot in your office.

Error 144 Cartridge Set! — One or more of your cartridges are not reading properly or are the incorrect ink type. Double check that the ink is the proper kind and color. If the error persists, buy new ink or get new chips from your supplier.

Error 170 Cutter Lock — The cut tool fails to lock in the home position. Change system parameter number 37 CLKAJST to 0, power the machine off by the main power switch in the back and then power back on. This will automatically adjust the lock position.

Error 170 Print Head Lock — The print head fails to lock at the home position. Make sure the hook on the right side of the head is intact. If the error persists, replace the head lock solenoid.

Error 181 PR Position — The pinch rollers are not properly set. Make sure each pinch roller is located over a grit roller. Arrows on the printer indicate the allowed pinch roller locations.

Error 200 Head Memory — The head memory is failing or unplugged. Make sure the head memory is connected properly. If the error persists, replace the head memory cable, then replace the head.

Error 202 Device Construction — Either the head you installed is not the proper head or the head itself is damaged. Reinstall the head cables to rule it out as a possibility. If the cables don’t fix it, it’s usually a bad head.

  1. Помогите пожалуйста! на резке стали появляться недорезы (файл во вложении)… а еще при резке иногда моргает какая то ошибка… ERR61 PenStroke, при этом она моргнет и режет как резал дальше…еще при нажатии на паузу во время резки, сильно ударяет ножом в пленку, оставляя дырку… а в настройках пишет CUT1 20.110.0.3 (скорость, давление, офсет)… и слово CUT1 моргает маленькими буквами cut1, хотя раньше такого небыло…мне кажется что вообще что то с электроникой… так как держатель, нож и прижимные ролики каретки новые… Давление, вылет ножа и офсет

Не эксплуатировали данный плоттер, но вычитал что данная ошибка сигнализирует о том, что нож с держателем проходит расстояние, которое выходит за допустимые пределы (упирается в марзан) или наоборот не доходит. Рекомендуют проверить марзан на момент износа или в этом месте может приподниматься. Также перепроверить установку ножа.

  3. Поддержу коллегу но и добавлю что это может быть и люфт держателя ножа что не редкость.

  4. как может нож не доходить, если он режет пленку, и так же наоброт(т.е. сильно много доходить)… на меньшем давлении он просто не прорежет пленку… марзан не приподнимается, на новом марзане, та же фигня…нож тоже стоит правильно, и вылет ножа тоже правильный, и люфта тоже нет…

  5. Я расшифровал ошибку, она все таки же моргает. После чего стала проявляться такая проблема? Здесь же вроде как все таки делает дырку :)

    Раньше при паузе такого не было?

  6. поставила старый оригинальный держатель и старый оригинальный нож, пока вроде ударов на паузе нет… когда были удары стоял новый держатель и новый нож… но в углах всё равно чуть не дорезает…:(

  7. Может пленку мотает неравномерно?

  8. нет, с этим проблем нет…

  9. Порежьте один и тот же символ несколько раз в нескольких местах, посмотрите зависимость: дефект в одном и том же месте или в разных? Если в разных — предполагаю что проблема механическая

  10. это может быть из-за драйвера на плоттер? на установочном диске небыло драйвера для моей модели, пришлось установить другой… на нем отлично три года работал… верней и сейчас работает… но недорезает…???

  11. пускаю одну и туже строчку слов (столбиком)… косяки в одних и тех же словах и буквах (столбиком)

  12. причем некоторые слова режутся идеально

  15. объясните вот что, марзан-он двухсторонний? чисто внешне он с одного куска резины (не склеен не из чего)… он может использоваться другой стороной?

  18. ура, ура. ура, спасибо… скачала наконец на свою модель… подскажите откуда удалить старый драйвер? я в этом не сильна..

  19. или просто установить новый ?

  20. Установите просто новый. Честно признаюсь не знаю, т.к. не работал с данной моделью.
