If that doesnt work remove the lid and look for any sign of liquid around the main cpu … wipe pins with 100 percent alcohol .. then restart.

Hello 
Turn the cdj off ….. Push USB/ STOP FOR 15 SECONDS ….. THEN INSERT UPDATE USB TO UPDATE.

You need to fix/replace the Panel board DWX3338 you can not repair the Panel Cpu pioneer will not provide one.

Arrumei no meu era só cabo flex do painel inverti e limpei com borracha e funcionou

try to open your cdj, remove all screws from front pcb and check visually for water damage. if the pcb with buttons is dry, then try to plug main ribbon cabble upside-down. When this error still appear, then You have to replace DWX3338 or the IC8003 PANEL CPU

I recently had this error show up on one of the Pioneer CDJ2000 non NXS and all I found was that I had to change the CPU. However I opened it up and apparently the fix got a lot cheaper.
Part number: M3030RFGPFP (if you still need to buy a new one and replace it, this is the part number to use, they’re about $60’ish on ebay and similar sites. now the chip needs to be soldered onto the board. go see a specialist for that)

C’est pas le même interieur sur les cdj 900 mais ça fonctionne quand même ! nettoyé les deux composants qui ressemblent au CPU de la vidéo, et aussi débranché, nettoyé et rebranché la partie accessible du cable ruban principal. Et c’est reparti !!! merci pour cette vidéo !!!

Hello mate . i have the same problem with my cdj 2000. i did everything i saw on your video , and my cdj worked . The next day the error come back again . i send my cdj for service . it fixed but after some days the error again . So , i guess that need replacement . but the question is . need IC8003 panel replacement or whole DWX3338 ?

Great video mate! In my case, updating to the latest firmware has helped. Weirdly, it had been latest prior to the error popping up. Will clean CPU up just to be on the safe side. Cheers!

whenever I get a CDJ in for repair from a club and it’s spotlessly clean — I know it’s had a drink spilt on it. The DJ has wiped it over to Hide the latter fact! It’s amazing just how deep inside fluids can get. Great vid, that’s certainly a new one for me!
