Подключила камеру. В «Мой компьютер»-PC camera и в панели управления она работает, но в AMCap вылетает «error 80004002 cannot run preview graph». В скайпе и др. программах тоже не работает.
Установила по новой Direct X, на сайте Microsoft в разделе «Ошибка Центра обновления Windows 80004002» скачала новые обновления, установила Net Framework 3.5, ничего не помогло. Что ещё можно сделать?
у вас какая версия windows?
сборка или оригинал?
Раньше была Vista, сейчас Windows XP Professional SP3.
драйвера на видеокарту переустанавливали? с полным удалением, перезагрузкой и новой установкой?

Я заметила следующее. После включения AMCap в диспетчере устройств в разделе «Звуковые, видео и игровые устройства» появляется восклицательный знак возле «Посредник синхронизации потоков Microsoft» Установила Realtek_HD_Audio_Driver по новой, но безрезультатно. После перезагрузки всё нормально, но после включения AMCap опять появляется.
проблема решилась следующим образом. в диспетчере устройств в разделе «Звуковые, видео и игровые устройства» удалила «Посредник синхронизации потоков Microsoft»

I am trying to install a webcam «hama AC-140. I have Windows XP on my computer.

I can look at the image when I click on ‘ Start-my pc — webcam. «

I have recently updated from Vista home premium to Windows 7 Home premium and it worked fine, until recently, I’m getting the above message whenever I start my laptop. I am running Win7 32 on a Dell laptop. Last week my hard drive failed, I replaced and restoring a backup. The hard drive on my iMac crashed while my virtual machine is running. When I try to open the virtual machine ‘suspended’, I get the following error message: could not open the file «Windows XP Professional — 000004.vmdk»; The system cannot find the specified file. Looking for errors like this by doing a search on Google for the name of the file. Usually, they turn up without success. Search for amopifat.dll had no success.

When a search in no hits or suspicious hits result, the answer is usually that the file in question is linked to the malicious software and your anti-malware application has deleted or quarantined file, but left to the Windows registry entry that tries to start the malicious software when you start your computer.

First of all, download, install, update and run full scans with two of these free analytical tools:

Error message recently started even though my computer says the last update was on 24/03/11. It is set for automatic updates every night. Time to reset tried but that did not help. Does this webcam work on Win7? If so it should work on WES7 with the right mix of drivers and feature sets. It sounds like you have the right drivers, but you are missing some feature packages. You can try using the dependency analyzer tool in ICE to
discover what dependencies the ampcap.exe has (note: that only detects static dependencies), and add those feature packages to your image. Also, what display driver did you use? Our inbox display drivers have dependencies, so if you used your own driver you
would want to add the same dependent packages our drivers have.

If you installed almost all the feature packages, then maybe you are missing a driver. A full image of WES7 is very similiar to Win7, so I think you should start with what we call a maxboot, just to get it working. Use ICE to add all the feature
and driver packages (important to do both) onto an unattend file. Use that unattend with IBW to create your image. See if the app works there. If not try uninstalling the webcam, and rescan for new devices. Also, verify the services
that were running in the Win7 image are also running in WES7. If it does work then you know you were missing a driver or feature package. You can use that maxboot image to get the exact list of drivers you need. Run tap.exe (see help in ICE) on the
image. That will give you a .pmq file that can be used in ICE and IBW when installing. Use that with the feature packages you originally installed, and you can see if it was a missing driver or feature package problem.

Is it possible to include all of the necessary components using the app compatibility template? If so what are the settings? Is this covered in your book?
The Application Compability template just pulls in all the Feature Packages. The driver packages get pulled in with a PMQ import, which the book covers.

I had exactly the same problem. It worked for me:

1 uninstall antivirus (mine was AVG free v9)

2. plan chkdsk on reboot

3. restart

4. now, CHKDSK runs and corrects problems of disc he

5 re-install AVG

Looking for errors like this by doing a search on Google for the name of the file. Usually, they turn up without success. Search for amopifat.dll had no success.

First of all, download, install, update and run full scans with two of these free analytical tools:

Зарегистрирован: Вт апр 14, 2009 17:44 Сообщений: 1	Прошу помощи! у меня проблема: подключаю камеру DSB-C320 и при загрузке AmCap система выдает такое сообщение: Error 80004002:cannot find Vcapture: IAMStreamConfig. Камера соответственно не работает. Подключаю камеру к другому компу все прекрасно работает, никаких ошибок не выдает. Подскажите пожалуйста, в чем может быть проблема?

Уже не раз пробовала удалять все драйвера, чистить реестр и по новой ставить. Ничего. Носила в сервисный центр, у них все заработало! Значит видимо дело в моем компе??? Подскажите пожалуйста! Я уже отчаилась самостоятельно ее настроить!

Попробуйте установить используя последнюю версию драйвера (в зависимости от аппаратной версии камеры (H/W, указана на стикере рядом с серийным номером)) с нашего FTP-сервера: http://ftp.dlink.ru/pub/Multimedia/DSB-C320/Drivers/

Зарегистрирован: Ср мар 10, 2010 05:09 Сообщений: 1 Откуда: Владивосток	Впервый раз камера установилась и заработала, но через какое-то время из-за работы другой программы компьтер показал «синий экран» и перезагрузился. После этого камера оказалась не установленной. повторная установка — uninstall — установка сопровождалась ошибкой при установке (Filed to setup driver:5) и требованием найти какие-то файлы dll. Эти файлы я нашел поиском в системных папках и указал по требованию программы их местонахождение. После чего было сообщение, что на компьютер камера установлена. Но при попытке включить камеру в «Мой компьютер» выходит сообщение «Сбой предварительного просмотра видео» с содержанием «Не удалось создать предварительный просмотр видео. Убедитесь, что это устройство подключено, и что просмотр видеосигнала с этого устройства не выполняется другом приложении.» А при запуске самой программы AMCap «ошибка Error 80004002: Cannot find VCapture:IAMStreamConfig» Теперь при при действии: uninstall — перезагрузка — установка, программа не требует поиска dll файлов, но ошибки те же.[/img]
