В настройках всё было! я сделал резку, на следующий день прихожу и выдаёт ошибку (Ошибка c51 PINCH POS)
что я только не делал, но выявил что,…режит пленку теперь только шириной 36см!? Что за бред

Наверно слетели! Эта тема интересна….но не помогла….захожу в инженерное меню и дремучий лес))) где выбрать модель плоттера так и не понял:(

Как вернуть обратно настройки?????!!!! режет только на двух роликах пленку 36см а резал до этой проблемы 140см

1. Протрите вал по которому двигается каретка.
2. Замените подшипники каретки.
3. Замените шестерни по оси Y (с правой и с левой стороны)
4. Если не помогло — меняйте Y мотор.

Эта ошибка обозначает перегрузку мотора Y.

90% с трением каретки проблемы. Сперва полностью протираешь очень тщательно, туалетной бумаги не жалей и со стороны обратной под энкодер засовываешь тоже протираешь, потом смазываешь маслом (машинным маслом) Подойдёт даже мобил_1.
За печатью потом мледить надо накапоивается и капает, так что какое то время надо излишки убирать.

Если и это не спасет искать проблему надо глубже в подшипнике каретки, может с ним чтото не то ( но я туда не разу не лазил-поэтому не подскажу).

Иногда прерывается печать без всяких комментариев. В колонках компа раздаётся «дыдынц». Судя по всему с USB -портами в операционной системе компа криво что-то, не с Мимаки.

После 3 лет в моторчике появились сверчкообразные звуки, моторчик накрывается потихоньку. Сервисмен сказал что режим «Hi speed» сокращает срок службы двигателя. А я его по незнанию часто использовал. Так что старайтесь пореже использовать режим «Hi speed».
