Добрый день. Не могу установить Office, пишет ошибку 0-1012. Пробовала установить с образа, та же проблема.В службе поддержки Microsoft помочь не смогли. Windows 7 Профессиональная 32 бит.
Попробуйте последовать этой инструкции, часто остаются ключи в системе от разных версий Office, их необходимо удалить.
Предварительно закройте все приложения из пакета Office, и запустите командную строку или Powershell от администратора. (Нажмите правой кнопкой мыши на кнопку пуск и выберете Windows PowerShell (администратор) или командная строка (администратор))
Затем с помощью команды cscript «C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft OfficeOffice16OSPP.VBS» /dstatus отображаем ключи от офиса, которые могут быть в системе. Путь в команде может быть другим, в зависимости от разрядности и версии офиса, данный путь указан для 32 разрядного офиса и 64 разрядной системы.
С помощью команды cscript «C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft OfficeOffice16OSPP.VBS» /unpkey:XXXXX (где XXXXX – последние символы ключа продукта от офиса, который имеется в системе.) удаляем ключ, который был найден с помощью предыдущей команды. Если ключей несколько, то удалить потребуется их все
Далее снова вводим cscript «C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft OfficeOffice16OSPP.VBS» /dstatus (вводить повторно необязательно, достаточно нажать стрелку вверх на клавиатуре, чтобы отобразить ранее вводимые команды) чтобы проверить не осталось ли ключей.
