Здравствуйте.
Помогите решить проблему.
Стоит ДЗК.
Выдает ошибку «PRINTER ERROR RESTART PRINTER 0xF3»
до проверки картриджей и слива, т.к. при вытаскивании картриджа ничего не меняется.
При включении
— каретка 3 раза выходит из «сотйла» примерно на сантиметр и становиться назад
— коретка поднимается в «стойле» и опускается.
— прокручивает валы
— останавливается с выдачей ошибки.
Какой-то датчик видимо.
Не нашел код этой ошибки в интернете.

Отправил в ремонт.
Был месяц в ремонте, ничего не сделали, сказали памперс поменять.
Поменял. Никакого эффекта.
Делал принтеру только бутерброд и ролик спиртом протирал.
Отпечатал около 30 тысяч.

Для начала нужно определится с ошибками, я к сожалению не знаю расшифровки ошибок, только по номерному коду, на В300 и В500 есть Adjustment Program. В300, В310 и В500 часть проблем можно решить с помощью AdjProg есть возможность чтения ошибок, перезаливка eeprom, переключение режимов AID Mode. Можно купить сервисную прогу на таобао, могут выслать как на носителе, так и электронный вариант на почту, после оплаты заказа. Только по почте вариант не надежный, так как многие антивирусные программы удаляют ее, даже в архиве, поэтому вариант доставки нужно продублировать.

Тратить деньги чтобы узнать ошибку?
В сервисе сказали что это ошибка памперса, не думаю что эта прога скажет что-то другое.
Да и платить картой на китайских аукционах страшно.

почему тогда не сделали в СЦ? Раз знают, где копать, значит могли бы и предложить: мол, можем сделать за определенную сумму. А так Вы сами пишете, что памперс меняли, но результата нет. В сервисе просто открестились от Вас, вот и все по моему. Сервисную прогу можно купить за один раз и пользоваться ею когда захотите. Да и на форуме есть где то тема по сервисным программам, там должен АР для Вашей модели…..совершенно бесплатно. Так что ищите товарищ, флаг Вам в руки

Денег мне не жалко, просто я написал к тому что сервис сам не знает что с принтером…
НОВЫЙ «Памперс» купил, установил — не работает.
Решил что не в памперсе дело.
Думал вдруг кто сталкивался с такой ошибкой.

The PF motor does not rotate to the normal direction.
Broken scale, broken encoder, gear
engagement failure, belt tension is not enough.»
Как я понял проблема с encoderom или двигателем….

я тоже поделюсь своими наблюдениями. Если не трогать нижний лоток, принтер работает. Сейчас пользуюсь только задним лотком. Мне сказали, что рассыпался датчик прохождения бумаги, (что то вроде этого). на зипзипе просмотрел каталог, нашел только такую штуку Epson 2133325 | 1438992 Датчик прохождения бумаги (оптопара) Stylus PRO 7700/7900/9700/9900, WT 7900, Photo RX690, RX685, B-300, B-500, B-310, B-510
(арт.52745) в количестве 1 шт. заказал, посмотрю и заменю если это он. но один сервисник сказал, что деталь стоит сотни две, ремонт штука-полторы.

Ремонт прошел норм. сервисмен спросил, делал ли я ТО самостоятельно. Короче, слишком много смазки на каретке смазка перемешалась с пролитыми чернилами и еще всяким мусором, ну, я еще смазал техническим вазелином, куча мала была короче, какие то датчики замазаны были, посмеялись, решил сам больше ТО не проводить. детальку мне вернули, сказали пусть лежит, может пригодится
