If anyone could advise me on a potential fix that would be much appreciated.

I have tried both uninstalling the program via settings, as well as then deleting the files. I have also downloaded the installer again, and retried it to no avail. I got the same error after deleting every trace of it I could find and downloading a fresh installer.
