Господа, помогите пожалуйста с проблемой!
подключение пользователей к интернету проходит через прокси (ИСА 2006 стандарт) по порту 8080 с авторизацией без использования ИСА клиента. (Предлагать инсталяцию этого клиента не нужно
)) Т.е. с авторизацией проблем никаких и пользователи бегают в интернет. Проблема заключается в следующем — ИСА большинство банеров рубит и выдает сообщение — Error Code 64: Host not available
Пробовал гуглить по этой проблеме но все решения связаны только с ИСА 2004, отключением у клиента ХТТП 1.1 и включением в реестре параметра. Все делал не помогло.
Может у кого есть мысли по этому поводу?

Была тоже такая ошибка, причём работало всё пострашнее чем у тебя.
Был ADSL, решилось всё полной перенастройкой оборудования у провайдера и у меня (модем был вроде Cisco 837).
Возможна возникает из-за таймаутов не на самой ИСЕ а на промежуточных устройствах, в любом случае если есть проблема, то перенастройка не помешает. Плюс посмотри все приложения поставленные на серваке с ИСОй, типа мониторов (не удивлюсь если у тебя какой-нибудь пакетный антивирь зверствует.)

Symptoms of Code 64 — Sharepoint 2010 Error Code 64 Host Not Available
Runtime errors happen without warning. The error message can come up the screen anytime Microsoft Sharepoint is run. In fact, the error message or some other dialogue box can come up again and again if not addressed early on.
There may be instances of files deletion or new files appearing. Though this symptom is largely due to virus infection, it can be attributed as a symptom for runtime error, as virus infection is one of the causes for runtime error. User may also experience a sudden drop in internet connection speed, yet again, this is not always the case.

Causes of Sharepoint 2010 Error Code 64 Host Not Available — Code 64
During software design, programmers code anticipating the occurrence of errors. However, there are no perfect designs, as errors can be expected even with the best program design. Glitches can happen during runtime if a certain error is not experienced and addressed during design and testing.
Runtime errors are generally caused by incompatible programs running at the same time. It may also occur because of memory problem, a bad graphics driver or virus infection. Whatever the case may be, the problem must be resolved immediately to avoid further problems. Here are ways to remedy the error.
Repair Methods
Runtime errors may be annoying and persistent, but it is not totally hopeless, repairs are available. Here are ways to do it.

Method 1 — Close Conflicting Programs
When you get a runtime error, keep in mind that it is happening due to programs that are conflicting with each other. The first thing you can do to resolve the problem is to stop these conflicting programs.
- Open Task Manager by clicking Ctrl-Alt-Del at the same time. This will let you see the list of programs currently running.
- Go to the Processes tab and stop the programs one by one by highlighting each program and clicking the End Process buttom.
- You will need to observe if the error message will reoccur each time you stop a process.
- Once you get to identify which program is causing the error, you may go ahead with the next troubleshooting step, reinstalling the application.
Method 2 — Update / Reinstall Conflicting Programs
Using Control Panel
- For Windows 7, click the Start Button, then click Control panel, then Uninstall a program
- For Windows 8, click the Start Button, then scroll down and click More Settings, then click Control panel > Uninstall a program.
- For Windows 10, just type Control Panel on the search box and click the result, then click Uninstall a program
- Once inside Programs and Features, click the problem program and click Update or Uninstall.
- If you chose to update, then you will just need to follow the prompt to complete the process, however if you chose to Uninstall, you will follow the prompt to uninstall and then re-download or use the application’s installation disk to reinstall the program.
Using Other Methods
- For Windows 7, you may find the list of all installed programs when you click Start and scroll your mouse over the list that appear on the tab. You may see on that list utility for uninstalling the program. You may go ahead and uninstall using utilities available in this tab.
- For Windows 10, you may click Start, then Settings, then choose Apps.
- Scroll down to see the list of Apps and features installed in your computer.
- Click the Program which is causing the runtime error, then you may choose to uninstall or click Advanced options to reset the application.
Method 3 — Update your Virus protection program or download and install the latest Windows Update
Virus infection causing runtime error on your computer must immediately be prevented, quarantined or deleted. Make sure you update your virus program and run a thorough scan of the computer or, run Windows update so you can get the latest virus definition and fix.
Method 4 — Re-install Runtime Libraries
You might be getting the error because of an update, like the MS Visual C++ package which might not be installed properly or completely. What you can do then is to uninstall the current package and install a fresh copy.
- Uninstall the package by going to Programs and Features, find and highlight the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package.
- Click Uninstall on top of the list, and when it is done, reboot your computer.
- Download the latest redistributable package from Microsoft then install it.
Method 5 — Run Disk Cleanup
You might also be experiencing runtime error because of a very low free space on your computer.
- You should consider backing up your files and freeing up space on your hard drive
- You can also clear your cache and reboot your computer
- You can also run Disk Cleanup, open your explorer window and right click your main directory (this is usually C: )
- Click Properties and then click Disk Cleanup
Method 6 — Reinstall Your Graphics Driver
If the error is related to a bad graphics driver, then you may do the following:
- Open your Device Manager, locate the graphics driver
- Right click the video card driver then click uninstall, then restart your computer
Method 7 — IE related Runtime Error
If the error you are getting is related to the Internet Explorer, you may do the following:
- Reset your browser.
- For Windows 7, you may click Start, go to Control Panel, then click Internet Options on the left side. Then you can click Advanced tab then click the Reset button.
- For Windows 8 and 10, you may click search and type Internet Options, then go to Advanced tab and click Reset.
- Disable script debugging and error notifications.
- On the same Internet Options window, you may go to Advanced tab and look for Disable script debugging
- Put a check mark on the radio button
- At the same time, uncheck the «Display a Notification about every Script Error» item and then click Apply and OK, then reboot your computer.
If these quick fixes do not work, you can always backup files and run repair reinstall on your computer. However, you can do that later when the solutions listed here did not do the job.

Dear Experts!!
Before I start, I would like to mention that I tried the solution from an expert article «Q_21483635.html», but no luck. We have even opened a case with Microsoft PSS, and its been 10days now without any breakthrough. We have an ISA 2004 Server with Service Pack 2 running on Windows Server 2003.
The problem is explained below……….
When user browse the Web Page. It will open for two or three pages. Intermittently, it will not open, and we need to click refresh for browsing. This happen very often. While checking in ISA logging Query we can see the Allowed user (By checking PC’s IP) as anonymous User and access was denied. If the same User when refreshes the browser they can able to browse and in ISA logging Monitor we are able to see the particular user’s login name.
Error Message:
Technical Information (for support personnel)
· Error Code 64: Host not available
· Background: The gateway or proxy server lost connection to the Web server.
· Date: 3/11/2006 8:12:21 AM
· Server: prxycity1.internal.com
· Source: Remote server
Just to eliminate doubts on network side, we tried accessing the internet directly without the Proxy server, and things work normal, but with ISA the error keeps coming randomly.

There is a problem with accessing an ASP appln hosted on a dedicated Win ’03 load balanced server running IIS 6.0 in worker process isolation mode.
When the user types in the URl of the appln and hits enter, some times they get a ‘Page Cannot be Displayed’ error. The details of the error are:

When this error happens only restarting the IIS admin services helps. The site then works for a while before it gives the above mentioned error again. This error happens randomly and cannot be simulated on demand. In the DEV server (not load balanced) the error doesn’t occur at all. In the Test server this error occurs very often and in the PROD server its’s about 1-2 a month. Except for the developmnet server the rest are load balanced.
When the error occured I checked on the IIS Admin services, the appln logs and the IIS logs. The IIS services are running fine, the appln pool shows as running and the w3wp worker process is visible in the task mon. The appln error logs don not show anything wrong. The http error logs too don’t show anything when this error occurs. The only error logged there were some ‘Connection Abandoned by Appln Pool’ errors, but this was not just before the error occured.
Initially I had thought that it was because of a known memory leak in the appln combined with bad code that was causing the IIS to run out of memory. So I cleaned up the code — released all DB objs by Set conn = Nothing, and set the worker process to recycle every day-yet no effect. Is this an IIS server issue? Or is it an environment issue? If not then what else could be the probable causes? A proxy server/firewall to be blamed here?

I have an issue with a test environment running win 2k3 SP2 and IIS6
We have a number of development sites on the box, and several versions of the same site eg:
subdomain1.domain.co.uk
subdomain2.domain.co.uk
subdomain3.domain.co.uk
subdomain4.domain.co.uk
All sites were running fine without an issue and nothing has changed. IIS and server config for all sites match.
now….
one of the sites (subdomain3) has just encountered an issue, It’s no longer available. Browser throws an error of: The page cannot be displayed
Error Code 64: Host not available
Background: The connection to the Web server was lost.
So, I log on to the box, edit the hosts file and try again.
Same error.
This left me scratching my head a little, so i changed the home folder to one of the other subdmains that i know is working.

Ok time to remove the site in IIS and re-create site and app pool with the same config as the other sites running, then IIS reset and test the site locally.
Got the same error again, and again too when I change the home folder to one that I know is working.
Im at a bit of a loss as I have completely removed it’s instance in IIS and re-created and tested with sites that i know are working. It’s certainly not a DNS issue and don’t believe it to be a coding issue either because the instance in IIS does not work with any other home folder that I know are working.
Can anyone help??

Народ вот у меня такая ерунда… хочу загрузить файлы… являюсь администратором… авторизуюсь у себя на сайте… и вижу следующее «Загрузка запрещена! Отсутствует свободное место!» хотя через админку всё нормально загружается и через фтп тоже… захожу в свою cpanel там тоже места дофига…в чём же проблема ?

сузить ширину колонок. из-за большой ширины оно съезжает. можно ещё в параметрах столбца задать свойство nowrap=»nowrap» тогда в любом случае переносить не будет.

Проблема в том что, я не могу закачать файл, какое-то время выполняется код, а потом возникает след. ошибка:
* Error Code 64: Host not available
* Background: The connection to the Web server was lost.
Как с этим бороться ?Вообще компонент не очень хорошо продуман, но все же лучше альтернатив я не видел

там есть функция сохранения файлов в базу данных — посмотри не включена ли она. а то все файлы будут базу данных забивать..

cсозданные анее категории всё равно могут быть настроены на запись в базу данных даже при отключённой записи в базу данных в конфиге . проверь сами категории.

Ответ: Проблема с RemositoryМлин, если проверить в com_remository_settings.php, то я уже это сделал, если в другом месте, то по подробней где именно и как… А долбаная ошибка все-равно возникает при закачке файла на сервер, причем файл размером 6 мб, закачевается в легкую, а вот например в 20 мб и более просто выдают такую ошибку:

Млин, а есть возможность выгружать файло из папки на сайте, но не через url, а прямой сслочкой с сервака (home/www/name/xxx/download)???
Или может есть другой компонент, который на это способен с поддержкой распределения доступа к файлам по пользователям и группам?Добавлено через 15 часов 46 минут
Вообщем всем спасибо за ответы… Я решил проблемку, оказывается есть там такой раздел в меню как «Управление несвязанными файлами», и вот как раз из папок Downloads и Downloads/uploads(каталоги для хранения файлов) можно выкладывать файлы, то есть оттуда он их может «проиндексировать» и закатать на доступ… Как раз то, что мне было нужно!Последнее редактирование: 02.10.2007

Извинете за беспокойство. Вот четкая проблема:
Есть компонент remository, необходимо привязать к нему добавление файлов с сервера, предварительно загруженных по ftp
и не просто добавление (прямой ссылкой-тo можно), а чтобы через просмотр файлов/каталогов сервера -

Подскажите где этот компонент хранит свои настройки. Удалил, грохнул папки что остались от него, поставил заново — все как было так и осталось.
У меня название файла перестало быть ссылкой, может кто подскажет как хотя бы это исправить?
