• через час-два можно начинать поглядывать на экран — в левом нижнем углу должна выскочит небольшая табличка с приглашением вернуться в главное меню — это и будет означать, что UserData перезагружены успешно и можно играть нормально.

• после завершения сбора данных (когда появится надпись «Трассировка завершена«) копируем результаты (ПКМ — по командной строке > «Выделить всё» > еще раз кликаем ПКМ > «Копировать»);
• открываем новый файл Блокнота, жмем Ctrl+V и вставляем полученные данные;
• далее в командной строке вводим tracert 104.255.107.131 и жмем Enter;
• снова ждем, и после завершения трассировки точно так же копируем полученные данные и вставляем их в тот же текстовый файл;
• файл сохраняем и отправляем в виде вложения через Форму Запроса на странице 2K Support (залогинившись предварительно со своего акка).

Если игрок просто не отображается на экране карьеры MyCareer, то это баг. Лечится он просто. Создаем нового игрока.
