У меня CanoScan LiDE 25 , при попытке сканировать он выдает ошибку и пишет » Разблокируйте фиксатор , отсоедените , а затем подсоедените кабель интерфейса . Драйвер сканера будет закрыт. »
Я пробовала отключать, переустанавливала драйвера , но ничего не помогло . Может кто знает что надо делать ? Помогите пожалуйста .
На нижней стороне сканера есть переключатель. Это и есть фиксатор, который требуется разблокировать. Проверь его положение, может случайно задели. Если не поможет, то надо нести в сервис.

затем выскакивает следующее: «Не удается открыть источник TWAIN Проверьте соединение, затем перезапустите Toolbox»
Проверял соединение, перезапускал программу, переустанавливал дрова — ничего не помогает! Помогите разобраться.
Сканер HR6X Slim при сканировании слайдов происходит что-то непонятное. Изображение предается неправильно через раз, (точнее 20 раз неправильно один раз правильно), хотя на предосмотре все ок. Прошивка последняя. то что посоветует, задолбался уже…:fool:

Накрылась матрица, проще купить новый, чем ремонтировать этот… Вопрос снят!

У меня вылечилось отключением шнура сканера от ПК, затем перезагрузка, и подключением сканера после загрузки ПК

I am getting the following error messages:
Error in scanner. Turn off scanner and followin instructions in manual. Scanner driver will be closed.(Code:201)Once I press «OK» the next message appears:
There is a TWAIN error. Maybe the device is not connected.I went to Canon’s troubleshooting website and followed the troubleshooting tips for the first error message and the TWAIN one…both didn’t help.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still is giving me the same messages. I bought this over 2 years ago and it has always done this. Only once maybe every 1/10 times will it work…just won’t any other time.
can anyone help???????

How is the scanner connected, USB? if USB, how many other USB hardware items do you have and if you unplug all of them apart from Scanner, Mouse, Keyboard does it work ok?
Have you checked for any updated drivers for the scanner?

If you see «Scanner Error 6» on your control panel for the M375 or M475, please check to see what version of firmware you are using (click the Information icon (blue circle with «i» in it) on the control panel to display the firmware version).
If it is older than 20120626, you will want to upgrade your firmware. To do this you can do one of the following:
Update from Device (device must be network connected):
1. From the device Control Panel, select the Set Up Menu (wrench icon at top)
2. Select Service
3. Select LaserJet Update
4. Select Check for Updates Now and follow instructions on the control panel
Update from PC (PC must be network connected w/ internet access):
1. Go to hp.com
2. Search for your model (m375 or m475)
3. Go to the Software and Driver Downloads page for your device
4. Select your OS
5. Find FIRMWARE listed after the drivers
6. Click on the link under Description for instructions and download information
