Following up on this, I removed the extra > on line 2251 after reviewing the posts earlier in thread. I realized it was an orphan > with Notepad++ (hopefully it wasn’t needed). However, I am now received a new error. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am having this script error whenever I install mods that modify gameplay. even simple mods like custom localization fix gives me an error.

Error [content0]gameguimaincreditsmenu.ws(21): Enum ‘CreditsIndex’ already defined.
Error [content0]gameguimaincreditsmenu.ws(28): Class ‘CR4MainCreditsMenu’ already defined.

the only way for me to fix the problem is deleting the mods folder.

it isn’t like this before.

any idea what is the cause of the error, other than the mods folder. like somewhere in other files like settings, etc.?

I just bought blood and wine. is this somehow related?

— verify steam files
— replaced maincreditsmenu.ws with vanilla file I have found on nmm.
— uninstalled all mods tw3mm/vortex.
— deleted files found on Documents/Witcher 3 (except for saved game folder)
— deleted mods folder. (temporary fixed but I can’t install most of the mods)

Hey all,
I’ve recently bought this game and am loving it. But now when trying to mod the game, and following the instructions as best I can I have seemingly gotten into the typical newbie trap of errors.
If it is at all possible for someone to take a look at my code and help me figure out what is going wrong, I would greatly appreciate it.
My error is;
«Error [mod0000_mergedfiles]gameplayerplayerwitcher.ws(4767): syntax error, unexpected TOKEN_IF, expecting TOKEN_FUNCTION, near ‘if’ »
and the mods attempting to be merged are Complete Animations, Combat Animations, Combat Stance, Enhanced Targeting, Friendly HUD, More Quickslots, and No Duplicate Relics.
*Yes, unification patch is installed*

Again, any help would be hugely appreciated.
Though I don’t doubt that Script Merger has made a mess of this list entirely.
If that is the case, and someone can somehow manage to make those afore mentioned mods function properly together, then they would have my deepest gratitude.

Edit:
I went through, installing all the mods one by one and testing to see if the game launched. The one that seemed to cause problems was Enhanced Targeting. But for whatever reason, creating a merge, trying to run the game, getting an error, deleting the folder and then replacing it with a backup folder seems to somehow made it work. Enhanced Targeting appears in my ingame mods list.
I have no clue what the hell happened or what changed.. but I am not going to complain.

Well here it is. Its been at JK3files for a while but we forgot to update it here ;D sorry. Alot has been changed and modified for more balanced gameplay. Read the documentation for the changes. THere are a few bugs we’ve found that we didnt see before we released it. The fixes are in the next version and at teh code server. Just avoid using disruptor on jedis and grip two ;D

Edito: Ya lo he instalado, actualizado e instalado el OJP.

El Singleplayer me va perfectamente.

El problema es que al entrar al Multiplayer me sale esto a parte de más cosas arriba:

Y al entrar al OJP (Cualquiera de los dos) me dice esto:

Edito: Ya lo he instalado, actualizado e instalado el OJP.

El Singleplayer me va perfectamente.

El problema es que al entrar al Multiplayer me sale esto a parte de más cosas arriba:

¿Se puede hacer algo?

El del Multiplayer, tiene que ver con algo de sonido.

Y el de OJP, creo que tu Jamp esta configurado en español, como por alla decia que OJP no soporta el idioma de español, solo Ingles, frances y Alemán, por eso dice eso.

Primero tienes que splucionar el de Jamp normal, prueba borrando el archivo »jampconfig.cfg» de base.

Si ya te anda, haz lo mismo con OJP.

Solo que el »jampconfig.cfg», esta en la carpeta ojpenhanced.

Con el Multiplayer no ha habido suerte.

Pero yo creo que una solución del OJP es desinstalarlo y volverlo a instalar con el Inglés. ¿No?

Una pregunta, os veo a todos «preocupados» por el modo multiplayer, significa que el modo solitario no vale la pena? Es mas…¿hay modo solitario?

Yo tengo este juego descargado pero tengo un problema solamente puedo jugar en version multijugador cada vez que pongo un jugador me sale que no he insertado el disco correcto i si pongo el dos me dice que tengo que poner el disco uno ¿alguien sabria decirme a que se debe porfavor?

Baja el NOCD que esta en el post y cambia los archivos que vienen dentro del .rar por los que estan en Gamedata. (La carpeta dentro de Lucastart en C:/ Archivos de Programas)

Bueno, quier hacer alguna aportacion sobre un problema muy frecuente que por suerte nadie a planteado.

Instalas el juego… todo perfecto… Hasta que al ejecutarlo te sale un ventana diciendo:

GLW_StartOpenGL() — could not load OpenGL subsystem

Y ya no compila el juego. Si buscas por internet, te diran que los Driver’s de tu tarjeta grafica estan desactalizados!!! Yo llevo 4 horas (posteo casi a las 5 de la mañana en españa) buscando como loco controladores de diferente fecha para el cual este juego no se me quejase!!!! Y tras meterle 5 ya estaba desesperado, apunto de desinstalar este juego, me encontrado con mi muy amada TARINGA: He encontrado un post en el que comenta que en algunas versiones «LIBRES» de Windows XP (jajaja) no tienen salida OpenGL y el juego se traba aun a pesar de que la tarjeta grafica si lo resista!!!! La solucion es instalar como una especie de acelerador scitech gldirect 5.0.2 que podeis descargar de aqui: http://rapidshare.com/files/145561373/gldirect-5.0.2-full.rar Lo he testeado con el NOD32 y esta limpio. Una vez echo lo que dice el post, el juego va a las mil maravillas.

kokekola, he visto que eres el servicio técnico!!! [[ge]] Pienso que no estaria de mas que en el mensaje principal del post hicieses alguna referencia a este tipo de error, pues seguro que a alguien mas le ha pasado o le pasará.  (Algo corto, tipo, si tienes problemas con GLW_StarOpenGL, visita esto y la dire de taringa.)

otra cosa, he estado jugando… y he comparado lo mio ya de por si raro con un video de internet:

Y yo, en mi version intalada No soy capaz de ver a NINGUN PERSONAJE. Se escuchan las voces en español, ingles o frances pero no se ve a nadie!!!! Y lo que es mas preocupante, a la hora de empezar a jugar no se ve al protagonista!!!! A alguien mas le pasa?

Saludos, entre para solucionar un problema. Cuando abro los archivo jasp y jamp me dice esto: Error al iniciar la aplicación porque no se encontró OpenAL32.dll. La reinstalación de la aplicación puede solucionar el problema.

Que debo hacer ? Porque eso no se instala… Saludos

Your file is so seriously messed up (an entire function being missing is major) that I’d just undo the merge and try again if I were you. But only after making sure all mods are installed properly, work for the current version of the game (1.32 is the latest version), and are compatible with each other.

Following up on this, I removed the extra } on line 2251 after reviewing the posts earlier in thread. I realized it was an orphan } with Notepad++ (hopefully it wasn’t needed). However, I am now received a new error. Does anyone have any ideas?

I’ve recently bought this game and am loving it. But now when trying to mod the game, and following the instructions as best I can I have seemingly gotten into the typical newbie trap of errors.
If it is at all possible for someone to take a look at my code and help me figure out what is going wrong, I would greatly appreciate it.
My error is;

and the mods attempting to be merged are Complete Animations, Combat Animations, Combat Stance, Enhanced Targeting, Friendly HUD, More Quickslots, and No Duplicate Relics.

Again, any help would be hugely appreciated.
Though I don’t doubt that Script Merger has made a mess of this list entirely.
If that is the case, and someone can somehow manage to make those afore mentioned mods function properly together, then they would have my deepest gratitude.

Edit:
I went through, installing all the mods one by one and testing to see if the game launched. The one that seemed to cause problems was Enhanced Targeting. But for whatever reason, creating a merge, trying to run the game, getting an error, deleting the folder and then replacing it with a backup folder seems to somehow made it work. Enhanced Targeting appears in my ingame mods list.
I have no clue what the hell happened or what changed.. but I am not going to complain.

@Huy_Ho_ng77 Your issue is caused by whatever mod you’re using that adds tomes. The error is from a broken function, but it’s not a vanilla function so I have no idea what it’s supposed to look like.

это чушь

судя по ошибка — в каком-то файле что-то не так, скобки открывающей нет, вместо нее что-то другое…

I’m trying to add an if statement to one of my JS Karel functions that will allow me to use just one set on parenthesis; However, every time I leave my if statement with just one set of () i get an error message. I’ve read my lecture notes as well as my reader regarding the usage and syntax needs of an if loop and in all of its documentation there’s no sign of a need for an extra set of parenthesis.

Neither of these are valid JavaScript. What you want is else if.

function moveToWall() {

  if (noBeepersPresent()) {
       placeBeeper();
  } else if (beepersPresent()) {
       move();

  }

}

However, in reading your code, it seems that you have actually two ways to determine whether or not beepers are present. That wouldn’t generally be recommended. Instead, use negation with !.

In your code example, you don’t even need that second condition. A regular if/else would be fine. If noBeepersPresent() were falsy, then beepersPresent() would surely return truthy, so there’s no reason to check it.
