Такая же проблема, купил коробку с протулсом 10 и 11(с сайта скачивать нужно протулс) и с ILOK- создал эккаунты на авиде и айлоке, загрузил программу в компьютер мак бук про- открыл эту программу ILOCK и что с ней дальше делать не знаю/ на протулсе сайте требует ввести код с айлока, Можете помочь, с утра сижу и немогу понять что делать? и нужно ли вообще ставить 10 протулс или сразу 11 ставить?:wacko3::wacko3::wacko3:

Ребята, выручайте.
Куплена коробка со звуковой картой и комплектом iLok с программой Pro Tools Express.
Это первое знакомство с таким устройством и ПО.
Сейчас в результате попыток всё зарегистрировать и активировать есть следующее:
Аккаунт в iLok зарегистрирован, iLok License Manager видит ключ, принимает данные аккаунта, видит лицензию, проходит активация/деактивация лицензии.
Аккаунт в Avid тоже зарегистрирован, там видно id донгла iLok.
Код авторизации программы активирован.
Но при запуске программы (установлена с родного диска) вылетает ошибка: Error, missing iLok authorization for Pro Tools express. Please insert the necessary iLok and restart Pro Tools.
Т.е. как я понимаю программа в упор не видит ключ.
Что я делаю не так?
P.S.
Windows 8.1, x64, в устройствах ключ видно.

И не совсем понимаю, как осуществляется связь аккаунтов iLok и Avid.

ZASlonovsky, Вы наверно не перенесли лицензию на сам ключ — сам на этом спотыкался)
В менеджере iLok посмотрите внимательно — лицензия скорее всего не на ключе, ее на него надо просто перенести.

Проверьте, последняя ли версия установлена, кстати. У меня на акке 4 лицензии:

Вот этими тремя продуктами я могу пользоваться.
При активации лицензии (ПКМ на ней — Activation) запрашивается место, где ее надо активировать:

Всё верно. На компьютере 0 активаций, на ключе iLok одна активация. Я её активирую на ключ. Но программа ключ этот в упор не видит.
В поле Valid Location не горит значок ПК, это значит лицензия не может быть расположена на ПК, нужен именно ключ.
Ну вобщем активация проходит, но Pro Tools не видит iLok. (((
Может для активации какое-то время надо?
Каким образом аккаунты iLok и Avid связаны? Это где-то в явном виде указывается?
Я так понимаю, что у меня лицензия уже есть на ключе, надо только активировать её.
Для этого есть iLok как физическое устройство для хранения лицензии и аккаунт iLok на сайте.
Т.е. зарегистрировался, вставил ключ в комп, в менеджере лицензий активировал лицензию и всё, программа должна работать.
Но есть ещё и код активации (много буков на листочке, которые вводятся в аккаунте уже на сайте Avid.
Может проблема в том, что всё было несколько в неправильной последовательности сделано? Сначала был зарегистрирован аккаунт Avid, там активирован код активации программы, и только потом установили менеджер лицензий и пытаемся активировать лицензию?
Я понимаю так, что должна быть некая двусторонняя связь между iLok и Avid в плане активности лицензии вот этой. Но загвоздка в том, что код активации программы принимается только один раз, сейчас я не могу всё это проделать в другой последовательности. Как быть? Или всё должно и так работать?

I think we all should. Because paying ZDT is really absurd. They really do it just to squeeze money out of us.
As an example Slate Digital gave us two licenses for use with Iloks with his latest release.
What we really should have are two licenses for all plugins. We actually bought these plugin!
And that regardless of the hassle we are going through now!
Anyone got an updated list of plugins not working with the latest Ilok? Because latest Cubase 64-bit in Win 7 64-bit won’t even load.

No problems in NI’s Maschine 64-bit.
I do not have access to internet in the studio, but when I plugged in my Ilok, no licenses were showing.
Did experience this yesterday.
They will take their time, resolving the transfer issue.

Another good report after my initial complains. Seems situation is working now.
Here OSX 10.8.4, two iloks (one new one old), several licenses, successfully updated to iLok manager, did sync/repair on both iLoks as first step, all existing licenses are there, very easy finally to deactivate demo/expired ones, activated two freshly bought licenses (Slate and Softube) and all worked without a problem.
The client is working fine and it feels better than the browser version, to be honest.
Three weeks on and still can’t open Protools or any of my plugins. So far cost me about $2000 in lost revenue and my clients are still waiting for me to resume working. New baby on the way in October so about the worst timing for my tools to stop working.
I can open the iLok manager and finally got to the point where I can see all my registered plugins and software again. My issue is when I try booting Protools I get the «Error, missing iLok authorization for Pro Tools 10» message. Same message comes up when my iLok isn’t plugged in.
Can anyone help?

Perhaps a dumb question, but have you gotten in touch with Pace and Avid? I had problems, but it was addressed within 24 hours when I lit a fire under them. It was up to Pace to fix it and they did within a day of submitting a support ticket. I doubt this is something you can fix on your own. I couldn’t, they had to adjust something in my account behind the scenes. Once I got the ticket submitted and got an Avid guy to nudge them along, it went quickly.
So, submit a ticket and then go to the Avid forums and pile on in one of the iLok threads where a moderator has been helping people or call Avid. They spoke to me on the phone without requiring a support ticket, as I think registration issues should be handled for free.

Это вопрос вряд ли ко мне. Что происходит с лицензиями на айлоке, когда его отвязываешь от своего аккаунта? Но начиная с 2003 года я видел таких айлоков (с наклейкой ПТ в том числе) множество. Привязка к аккаунту владельца шла уже с лицензией.

насколько знаю отвязать от аккаунта можно только пустой айлок — как только на нем появляется какая-нибудь лицензия то кнопа отвязки сразу становится недоступной. Скорее всего Авид закупает у Пейса оптом некоторое количество айлоков с уже прошитыми с помощью програматора лицензиями — т.к. вариант с аккаунтами и ручной заливкой нерентабельный и ненадежный

Точно — в коробке с «Mbox 3 + Pro Tools bundle» лежал Айлок с лицензией девятки, как только я вошел на свой ilok.com аккаунт, он автоматически к нему привязался.

делается это для того, что бы зафиксировать момент покупки, и потом не допустить «липовой» регистрации лицензии в последний месяц перед выходом следующей версии, когда фирма разрешает обновиться бесплатно.

Недавно покупал mbox pro 3 с пт, так там айлок пустой был и карточка с кодом. Так сейчас у них видимо другая политика. Если помните, на первой ревизии донгла была возможность заливать лицензии с помощью sim карт, который шли в комплекте с боксовыми плагинами. Сейчас повсюду шустрый интернет и надобность в этом отпала.

Hi All,
I’ve downloaded the cracked version of Pro Tools 9 for Mac, that is: AVID.Protools.9.0.Full.Install.incl.Loader.crack.1.1
And I’m getting the famous occasional iLok error query: «Error, missing iLok authorization for «Pro Tools 9″ Please insert the necessary iLok to continue»What is the recommended procedure for fixing this?

Hi,
Try to reinstall the LicenseSupportInstaller.
But don’t install the Ilok License manager.It might work.

If you download the Ilok License manager from their website the licenseSupportInstaller is part of the download as a DMG file.
Try to install this and that might fix it.
Do you have an Ilok key with proper licenses on it?I hope that it works for you.

Hi. The cracked version of PT9 has that «bug.» It seems that the program is looking constantly for iLok validation and the crackers have found a way to skip it or send it to a wild goose chase, but sometimes the crack gets busted.
There is no fix to that.
Simply close the program (say yes to saving the changes) and start all over again. After a few hours, you’ll get frequent errors. That’s when you need to use Tech Support Utility v3 and delete all preferences. It’s like a fresh start for PT and you’ll be ok for another few hours.

Hey guys, I was searching around on the internet all day trying to find a solution to my very annoying and frustrating problem dealing with Pro Tools 10 not recognizing my authorized plugins from Komplete 10. Anytime I would open Pro Tools, it would through up an error message that told me many of the Komplete Plugins I wanted to use were not authorized. It then proceeded to ask me if I’d like to throw those plugins in the unused folder. As I mentioned, I spent all day searching for a solution to this issue on the internet and could not find ANYTHING, which is crazy to me. So, I wanted to write this forum post to explain how I fixed the issue so that hopefully some of you who are faced with the same message don’t have to waist your precious creative inspiration on a stupid problem like this.
For me it was really simple, the steps below are for users who are trying to get Pro Tools 10 to recognize the authorization for Komplete 10 plugins, however these steps may still work for other versions of Komplete and Pro Tools…
1. Launch Pro Tools 10
2. When it’s loading, look at the bottom right corner of the Pro Tools screen to see what version you’re running. If it’s anything below 10.3.9, follow the next steps (if you’re already at 10.3.9, then I’m afraid I’m not sure how to help you, sorry!)
3. Close Pro Tools
4. Go to this link and scroll to the bottom of the page:

5. At the bottom of the page you’ll see two links (one for Mac and one for Windows) named «Pro Tools 10.3.9 Installer, click the one that corresponds with your operating system to begin downloading and updating Pro Tools to version 10.3.9
6. Once it’s downloaded, install it.
7. Once Pro Tools version 10.3.9 is done installing, you’ll have to restart your computer.
8. Once your computer has been restarted, open Pro Tools… in theory, this should fix your problem and now all your Komplete 10 plugins should be authorized! (it worked for me, hopefully it works for you) -

sorry to hear you are having trouble. Which system are you on, especially what kind of processor does it have?
Do you have the same issue with the Standalone applications of the K10 plugins? Does this occur only after the restart of the machine or the restart of Pro Tools?

Typically in the past we had to open NI vi’s in standalone mode and then they would be good to go in whatever daw s/w one was using. This is probably still the case. But either way they once they’re authorized in standalone through Service Center there’s no further need to do anything to authorize them in you daw. Never had to do that for whatever version of PT I’m running (PT10.3.9 or PT11.2.1)

Software OS X 10.9.5 (13F34)I first had problems mounting the K10U hard disk.
I had NTFS 3g (small soft to write on NTFS disk on the previous versions of OSX) still activated.
i deactivate it and the HDD finally appear!After installation, All the stand-alone applications worked fine but i had an authorizing issue on Protools.
I’ve installed the latest version of protools and it solve the problem.Hope it will be helpful to other K10U users.

Good to hear you got it worked out. You do know the latest version of PT10 is PT10.3.9 right?
Also do you have the latest version of the Ilok License Manager software?
When you installed K10 Ultimate did you also install the aax version as well? PT10 is the last version to run RTAS plugins and is the first to use AAX format plugins. You would be well served to have the aax version installed. -
Hi All- I am having the same issue (authorization error upon boot of Pro Tools) and I was hoping someone would have some additional troubleshooting ideas.
I am running PT HD 10.3.7. I really don’t want to go back to 3.9 because it seemed very unstable and buggy on my system compared to 3.7. I have Komplete 10 and am on Win 7 64 bit, with an i5 core, 8 gb ram, focusrite scarlett 6i6, and PT/Komplete running on an SSD with the sound libraries on a SATA HDD. I have installed all of the options for Komplete 10 (all plug in formats) and have upgraded everything and activated everything via the service center. I updated the ilok license manager for kicks. All of my NI products show up in the correct folders (programfilescommonavidaudioplugins and the programfiles86 version which I believe is the 64 bit. I just did a clean reinstall of PT 10 hoping that would help- still same error. The last thing I can think of doing is updating PT (would rather not) or reinstalling Komplete and hoping something magical happens.
Is there a specific folder Avid likes to have my NI licensing sitting in? Is there some competition between the 32 bit and 64 aax versions that’s known to confuse PT? Sorry if these are silly questions, I think I know just enough to be dangerous. If bottom line is I need to update to 10.3.9, I suppose that’s the next step, but the compatibility chart Avid has for aax plugins seemed to imply anything after 10.3.5 would support these aax plugins.

Let the NI installer place the plugins where it wants to and it should put them in the right place on your system drive; the sample content can be installed anywheres. I’m a bit confused — when you say you have Komplete and PT running on an SSD — is that your system drive? The ideal disk drive setup is is programs are always on the system drive, samples on a separate drive and PT to record to yet a third drive.
Are you having an authorization error for PT or NI product? You do need the iLok2 for PT10 with the PT 10 license asset on it. The iLok has to be plugged in at all times and make sure your USB ports are not going into power saving mode. Windows (whether it’s on a laptop or desktop) has the USB ports set by default to power down upon inactivity and that’s a no-no for PT.
Also try updating to PT10.10.1 (the latest version). It’s been pretty stable so far.

Jack- thanks so much for the response! My explanation was confusing- all applications and the OS are installed on my SSD (thus it’s my system drive) and I didn’t know if there were issues with putting the library on another drive.
It seems that the issue was with Pro Tools 10.3.7 itself. I sheepishly hadn’t realized they’d updated beyond 10.3.9, so I tried out an fresh install of 10.10.1. All issues disappeared; Komplete aax plugins loaded at launch of PT and did not pop up with the authorization error. So far it seems to be running smoothly with only one crash (I was so excited to have my Komplete plugins loaded, I opened too many at once). Should’ve tried that from the start! Thanks again!

I have just installed the 10.3.9 update (from PT 10.3.7), after having some other issues unrelated to this. Once I updated to 10.3.9, I have a handful of Native Instruments AAX plugins that will not load; every time I start PT, a dialog box asking about moving this plugins (ONLY NI PLUGS) into the ‘Unused Plugin Folder’. I’m pretty sure the other version of each plugin is working fine….All plugins are authorized through Service Center and my iLok has most recent authorizations for other items on it (working fine). ONLY NI AAX Plugins are not loading.
I could move them to Unused folder, then when I occasionally use PT 11 they would not be available. I have WAVs plugins I have not paid to update (I own old version of Platinum Package, v2), and thus usually do not use PT 11, only PT 10.
Is there a solution for getting AAX’s to work with 10.3.9? (Post at top says, «(if you’re already at 10.3.9, then I’m afraid I’m not sure how to help you, sorry!)». Is this still the case?? LIST of PLUGINS and DIALOG BOX Pick attached.

I’m on OSX 10.8.5 (I have been for long time). No service center updates since this occured, though I stay fully up to date on all NI products…(K10ultimate).
I only mentioned iLok, because dialog box cited iLok as possible cause. However downloading older versions is excellent idea. Thank you. Once I do, I’ll post…..will be a while. Gotta work first!

Yeah, I suppose I’m a bit lazy. Though, I have access to ALL VERSIONS, other than AAX. In PRO TOOLS 10, (I believe I’m using standard version, RTAS),when this started, i already spent several hours reinstalling and upgrading Pro Tools and doing system maintenance,
Honestly, I hate the idea of being pushed into moving up to OS X 10.9, Apple upgrades OS too often, leaving people with older gear forced to do this dance. Also, I wish NI sent out these plugin updates as a bundle, instead of individual components (both ways would be great)….each update is an evenings work. Why not have the full package of Plugins from K10U updated with one bundle? Then it would be quicker to do roll back, rather than having to do each one individually. -

Great. So why then does the Service Center app allow unsupported versions to be installed? Surely this is plug-in 101, to do a version check on the system?

Im having the same issue previously mentioned. Im trying to install Native 11 komplete. Installation was ok but after launching PT:
»Pro Tools could not load the following plug-ins either because no valid authorization could be found, the iLok key was not connected or the plug-in was damaged.’
So is the only solution to update PT to 10.3.9 version or will it ever work with current version 10.3.0?
The problem is that im unable to update to 10.3.9 version due to current mac os version Sierra. «Pro tools cannot be installed because the following error(s) were found on you system:- An incompatible version of the OS was found. Pro tools 10.3.9 requires mac os x version 10.7 or higher»Im confused, isn’t Sierra higher than 10.7 ???
I really would not want to consider reverting os back to 10.7
Ilock seems to be working fine and the NI 11 komplete installation worked out fine.
