Что сделать, чтобы принтер было видно через web-интерфейс администрирования?

Переустанавливаю принтер следуя подсказкам на http://proubuntu.com.ua/2012/03/17/hplip-3-12-2.html
После 8 пункта все застопорилось

А вообще я использовал HP принтеры, в такие дебри лазить не приходилось — просто подключил и он определился, дрова сам предложил поставить и автоматом всё настроилось. Что за принтер? Зачем с сайта качаете? Чем родной из репозиториев не устроил? Не работал что-ли?

Все работало год, только сегодня такая беда, не сканирует и все, 2 программы для сканирования сменила, пишет: нет у вас сканера. Печатать печатает..поэтому весь вечер убила на поиски пошагового исправления ситуации и до последнего думала, что справлюсь сама.

I’m having trouble with my HP LaserJet P1102 on an Arch Linux 4.19.2 system.
lsusb shows that the printer is connected:

I’ve got Python 3.7.1 installed via pacman.
Is this a bug in HP’s software? An incompatibility introduced with a newer Python version?
Установка МФУ HP M1212 на Mandriva 2010-2011 / Rosa 2011 (проблемы)
Сначала пытался поставить МФУ HP M1212 на Mandriva 2010.2, теперь на Rosa 2011 но так и не получилось.
На Mandriva 2010.2 он хоть определялся по юсби, на Rosa 2011 не определяется.
Пробовал ставить с сайта разработчика hplip из инсталлера:

Изет по чему то сд ром для репозитариев, хотя все источники у меня нетовские.
При установке из репы другие проблемы:
Rosa 2011 Принтер по юсби вообще не хочет видеть, никак не определяется, ни через cups ни через hplip:

Пробую настроить по сети через hp-setup -i
Вроде все настроилось, плагин встал.
Но печатать не хочет, задание принимает МФУ и тишина, а комп показывает что произошла ошибка (это по чети в Rosa 2011, но и по юсби в Mandriva 2010.2 то же самое было).

Пробовал переставлять не один раз, как cups так и hplip, результата ноль.
Что в нете нашел из советов, тоже все перепробовал, ничего пока не помогает.
Забыл сказать, что Твключении компа, cups не хочет работать, даже не открывает страницу настроек, релаю рестарт cups_а и все начинает работать.
Куда комать, уже несколько суток пробую извращаться с ним.

Мои действия Вод тут начались проблемы запускаю консольную утилиту для настройки Вбираю USB и выдаёт следующую ошибку при условии что принтер включен перейти в веб интерфейс http://localhost:631 тоже не могу |

веб интерфейс заработал но принтер молчит и консольная утилита тоже

Поскольку HP-шные принтеры начальной серии полудурки, они требуют установки hplip-plugin из AUR. |

hplip-plugin был установлен, попробовал переустановить cups как в этой теме https://archlinux.org.ru/forum/topic/11377/?page=2#post-106476 но результат всё тот же могу добавить лиш удалённый принтер через веб интерфейс

Сегодня попробовал настроить ещё раз и о чудо получилось добавить принтер и плагин но при попытке, что либо распечатать принтер один ли два раза мигает светодиодом |

HPLIP представляет собой набор программ и драйверов для работы с принтерами Hewlett-Packard. Последняя версия HPLIP (3.12.2) поддерживает более 2080 принтеров различных типов.
Основные изменения в новой версии:
- добавлена поддержка новых принтеров/МФУ
- добавлена поддержка новых дистрибутивов Linux в программу установки (run-файл)
- добавлено автоопределение и возможность доустановки недостающих плагинов
- добавлен протокол сканирования Marvell 2 версии 1.19
- исправлены ошибки
И многое другое.
Эта небольшая инструкция поможет вам установить последнюю версию HPLIP 3.12.2 в Ubuntu 12.04/11.10/11.04.
1. Убедитесь, что у вас не установлена последняя версия программы, выполните следующую команду:
[quote style=»1″]dpkg -l | grep hplip[/quote]
2. Перед установкой новой версии HPLIP необходимо удалить старую, выполнив следующую команду:
[quote style=»1″]sudo apt-get purge hplip hplip-gui
sudo apt-get autoremove -f[/quote]
3. Устанавливаем зависимости для HPLIP командой:
[quote style=»1″]sudo apt-get install gcc build-essential python-dev libcupsys2-dev libusb-dev libtool libcupsimage2-dev[/quote]
4. Скачиваем файл инсталляции и запускаем его:
[quote style=»1″]cd
wget -O hplip-3.12.2.run http://goo.gl/L56rl
chmod +x hplip-3.12.2.run
sh ./hplip-3.12.2.run[/quote]
5. После запуска инсталлятора вводим “а”, выбрав тем самым автоматический режим установки:
6. Теперь инсталлятор попытается определить дистрибутив и если он сделает это правильно то введите “у”:
Потом введите пароль пользователя и начнется процесс установки.
7. После установки выберите соответствующую опцию:
8. Теперь установим пакет libhpmud-dev командой:

9. И настроим принтер выполнив команду:

Hi !
I recently got a new old printer: A HP Laserjet 5P from Oct. ’95.
Installation with cups and printing works fine. It’s connected via a «Prolific» Parallel-USB Adapter
Now I want to use the hplip-program to read out the level of the cartridge.
But every hplip program like «hp-levels», «hp-info» and «hp-testpage» shows me a:
error: No device selected/specified or that supports this functionality.
or:
error: No printers found. Please setup a printer and try again.
So I startet «hp-setup» to configure the printer with the hplip-programm.
The terminal output:
error: No devices found on bus: usb
The automatic discovery, nor the manual discovery with the given USB Device and Bus ID are working 
I tried for the ID’s «002:004» and «067b:2305» but none of them is working.
