Всем привет )
Ранее создавал тему о поиске дампа, но похоже что его ни у кого не нашлось.
Итак, история такова:

Аппарат был разобран и в нем был передернут всего один-единственный разъем, не имеющий отношения к фронтальной панели. USB.

Аппарат запустился и целую неделю, пока аппарат стоял на сервисе, работал без ошибок.

В четверг аппарат уехал клиенту и сразу же после включения выдал F000 (

Подозрение упало на неконтакт/непропай.

Все это было проверено. Кабель, разъемы, все ок.
Смущает то, что на пинах Rx (8) и Tx (7) разъема YC2002 нет ничего похожего на сигнал. На Tx вместо сигнала — постоянка 2.8 вольта.

При включении аппарат не крутит движками, поэтому грешу также и на битую NAND. Но не уверен, должен ли аппарат пройти инициализацию engine при отсутствующем коннекте с панелью оператора?

Если у кого-то стоит аналогичный аппарат, при возможности попробуйте отключить панель оператора и проверить инициализацию Engine.

P.S. Маловатое какое-то напряжение. Вместо 3,3В — 2,8. На 15% ниже нормы.
Остальные напряжения еще не проверял.

Виталий (0): нет ничего похожего на сигнал чем смотрим? Осциллом, или терминалом? Может пролететь один-два запроса и в случае не получения ответа запросы прекратятся. 2,8 на этой линии не страшно, хотя, лучше что бы кто-то проверил на рабочем аппарате

мне бы конкретнее, с фотками что и где глянуть- в теории завтра буду смотреть такой аппарат, могу сделать нужные замеры. Правда там другая проблема- «открыта задняя дверца». Но смотреть буду у друзей-конкурентов, так что из измерительных приборов- только походный тестер будет.

(4) Да в принципе достаточно только отключить разъем панели оператора и посмотреть на поведение аппарата. Если он по-прежнему будет крутить движками, значит у меня навернулась прошивка. Можно даже не снимать боковую крышку и металлический экран, а снять саму панель оператора.

P.S. За всю мою историю работы это уже четвертая или пятая Kyocerа с ошибкой F000. Во всех предыдущих случаях все упиралось с слетевшую прошивку/загрузчик, и как следствие, прошивке флешки либо замене Code DIMM.

не скажу ни чего- аппарат стоит с ошибкой- «открыт задний блок», движком не крутит. Проверил прохождение сигнала с концевика до платы снизу, дальше не смотрел- сказал, что бы тащили аппарат ко мне

(7) Да это ж мафынки с дурниной: сколько уже было: м3040, 4Х00, р30Х5 — пишет «нет тонера», а на деле — вытряхивали бункер отходов и горло не протёрли )). Крайни раз поставили бункер, но горло оторвали вместе с крышкой.

слить не проблема, пусть притащат сначала- там такая контора, что могут сказать- «аппарат на свалку, ремонту не подлежит».

Клиент хитрый- пойдет в другой сервис. Учитывая, что толковых инженеров у нас в городе почти не осталось- есть шанс, снова встретить этот аппарат. Я когда-то в нескольких сервисах диагностировал на одном и том же аппарате смерть главной платы с ошибкой лазера, самсунг 3200 был. Клиент все искал, где ему подешевле сделают, каждый раз платил за диагностику))). Последний раз я внутри боковой крышки маркером написал- «дохлый майн». В итоге аппарат списали, его кто-то добросовестно спионерил и через год, или чуть больше, аппарат попал ко мне от частного лица. Когда увидел свою же шпаргалку- сильно удивился. Я даже здесь решение выкладывал- перемычку кидал вместо выгоревшего ключа, потому что питание с ключа пошло в проц и выбило порт.

А нету у M3040 бункера отходов, акромя как внутри драм-юнита. И у P30x5 тоже нету.

(13) мой клиент- друзья- конкуренты. Кто им привез аппарат- я не знаю. Если мои заказчики мне не привезут аппарат- то хозяин аппарата может податься дальше, по другим сервисам. Куда попадет аппарат через неделю- неизвестно. Может и мне привезут, но не через посредника, а напрямую. У нас с сервисами все печально- не осталось ни одной крупной фирмы, которая не привлекала бы сторонних спецов. В самих «сервисах» сидят заправщики и начинающие. Остальные или уехали в неизвестном направлении, или сменили профиль. Дожили до того, что для ремонта ризографов вызывают спецов из Харькова, или Киева. А когда-то лучший спец по ризографам сидит в одной конторе и заправляет картриджи, со словами- «нафиг мне это нужно, я на картриджах имею хорошую прибавку к своей пенсии, и без всякой беготни»

Всем добрый пьятничный вечер. Пациент умер после скачка напряжения, выдаёт ошибку CF000. При включении цис сканера включается буквально на секунду, затем чуть дёргается и сразу тухнет, затем ещё раз снова включается на секунду, тухнет и дёргается уже потухшей один раз. Никакой движухи дальше не происходит, печка не крутится и аппарат висит на одном делении на табло, вываливается в указанную ошибку.
Насколько позволяют наши знания и помощь соседей с каким-никаким оборудованием для прозвонки/проверки электроники (и понимающие в электронике, но не на уровне большого профи) проверили кондёры, которые оказались целы (и еср и ёмкости в порядке), проверили напряжения появляются ли (но не везде проверяли, а на дросселях около шимов и на некоторых ногах разъёмов, идущих к сканеру и не только) там всё оказалось в порядке, 24В и другие напряжения есть и приходят в нужные места. Куда дальше копать не совсем понятно, брать рабочую жертву на растерзание и заниматься подстановкой плат (с шансом угробить рабочий аппарат) или может у кого есть опыт лечения таких пациентов. Вроде были темы, где оживляли аппараты с такой ошибкой. Что конкретно меняли (в ваших случаях), куда можно посмотреть с пристрастием?

(1) Так устройтесь к нам работать уже и покажите всем как надо. Особенрно, когда надо отреагировать в течение 8 часов, а отремонтировать за 2 дня и при этом делать 8 ремонтов в день. Расскажите нам тут нормы по количеству работы в день у вас.

Нормирование тут дело неоднозначное и непростое, если интересуют мои объемы — вчера 17 аппаратов, позавчера 21, в среду 31. В одиночку, если что.

(3) Не за что. Вам религия позволяет всех поливать грязью и считать всех покруг пи**, а себя воздушным. Посмотрю я как вы обойдётесь без ТВ и прочего, когда предприятие загнётся и ракеты летать перестанут. Лапу будете сосать. Но Вам лучше попридержать своё ЧСВ, в очередной раз говорю Вам и не поливать грязью всех вопрошающих потому что они работают не так, как Вы привыкли и считаете правильным. Тут не междусобойчик специалистов, для этого стоит открыть отдельную конференцию, куда путь всем и каждому будет закрыт.
У меня вообще нет в обязаностях ремонтировать электронику на уровне перепайки кондёров и т.д. и диагностики каких-либо элементов. То что я вообще туда полез и напряг соседей, у которых также подобрных обязанностей нет — это лишь спортивный интерес и стремление к самообучению. Но, опять виноват в ваших глазах оказался, видимо должен день потратить, но каждую ногу прозвонить, чтобы придти всё равно ни к чему, а потом получить за то, что не починил за день 8 грузовиков, как уже говорил ранее, ведь они одинаковы с 8 велосипедами и по времени и по сложности.
В конце концов не у Вас предприятие разрушают всякие бывшие банкиры, росатомовцы (как и в Северодвинске) и прочие ~~дефективные~~ эффективные менеджеры, которых управленцами назвать нельзя. Именно такие оптимизаторы и беда всех и вся. Сначала они похерили СССР, теперь они стараются сделать всех рабами уровня 1 чел за 1 зарплату, но обязанности 6 человек, а некоторые соглашаются и поддерживают такое.
По теме. Если у кого-то есть что сказать и поделиться своим опытом восстановления, то милости прошу. Я прекрасно понимаю, что вылететь могло что угодно, но указание конкретныхз элементов в чьих-либо случаях может сузить поиск виновника и необходимость перестановки плат с другого аппарата с шансом прожечь эти платы (если например кто-то завышает напряжение и жгёт дальше).

Remontnik (0): Пациент умер после скачка напряжения, выдаёт ошибку CF000 А Вы при смерти присутствовали, или со слов клиента? Скачек обычно губительно действует на диодную сборку и емкость за ней. Замените таки входную банку.

(9) Со слов клиента. Сказали свет моргал, после этого такое появилось на аппарате. Но зная наши электрические сети я не удивлюсь ничему. Там всё с лохматых времён сделано.
Не выпаивали. Тот, кто помогал проверять не увидел там шунтирования и необходимости выпаивать что-то. Но перепроверим завтра-послезавтра, надо доделать Х476 помойный со сдохшим сканером (из двух один собрать, откалибровать баркодом).

Попробовали подкинуть другую плату питания с живого аппарата и плату сканера — не они. Выходит входная банка и диодная сборка живые. Завтра будем пробовать башку со сканирующей линейкой в сборе менять поскольку аппарат отключается на ней, не начиная крутить двигателями и печкой, а лампа (светодиодная, которая цис) включается гна секунду, двигается чутка и тухнет, затем снова двигается чутка. Поскольку напряжения все нужные идут (на циску уж точно — её проверяли), то есть вариант, что циска и сдохла и аппарат дальше не даёт команд на иницилизацию.
ЗЫ 476-ой побеждён. Там цис умерла, с трупа-собрата живой цис поставили 😉

(11) А включить без коммуникаций сканера не пробовали? 3ххх ошибки должны по идее быть. Смысл лезть в сканер, если аппарат жалуется на панель? Имхо, в Вашем случае проблема в Control PWB. ЗЫ. Кстати, панель-то хоть разбирали, осматривали?

Без сканера пробовали. Переставляли весь верх в сборе с живого — ошибка та же. Определили виновника. Скакануло видимо хорошо или пользователи врут, сдохла главная плата. Поскольку подстановка живой платы привела к старту аппарата и соответственно подстановка дохлой платы на живой вывалила его в ту же ошибку. Главную плату мы к сожалению не починим. Даже, если напрячь соседей с паяльной станцией и даже, если определить умершие компоненты, всё равно найти эти самые компоненты живые нам негде

Доброго времени суток Уважаемые мастера и удачной тяпницы. Проблемка в заголдовки,
небольшая пред история. Аппарат пришёл с другого т.ц. там поковыряли блок питания (паяли симистор термопечи) , судя по состоянию драма аппарат свежий, туба заправлялась. При подключении шнура питания сразу запускается , пытается грузиться и через 10-20 сек. ошибка F000. кнопкой выключить нельзя. Добрался до мамы, проц при включении тёплый , снял микросхему eeprom HT24C64 на программаторе читается. Без неё аппарат ведёт себя точно так же. Отсюда вопрос, нет ли у кого песенки под данную модельку для этого eeprom? Или посоветуйте куда ещё можно покопать?

«Покопать» можно новый форматер. Не забыв при этом поставить в новый форматер микруху EEPROM со старого аппарата. А далее синхронизировать серийники из сервиса.

«Перевод гугля» надо распечатывать на самой плотной бумаге и (свернув бумагу вчетверо) запихивать в задницу гуглевским разработчикам.

А ещё можно в бубен побить, предварительно налопавшись мухоморами.

Если есть очень(очень!) много времени, то можно и попробовать отремонтировать форматер.
Но я думаю, что судьба знаменитого библейского Иова по сравнению с этим покажется отдыхом на Канарах.

Да не , я не фанат и не упёртый, дЫк и пятница на носу , клиента уже подготовил к замене за раннее .Только из интереса вопрошал, думал мож кто чё разрыл в плате.

Принтер купил с полгода назад.
Наконец достали из коробки, установили.
Он напечатал 500 листов и завис. Картридж все еще стартовый.
На нажатие кнопок на панели управления и открытие/закрытие крышек не реагирует. Через минуту отобразилось: error occurred turn the main power switch off and on F000/
После выключения/включения и замены кабеля питания проблема осталась.

Пишу в наш сервис — teko.ru
А они мне в ответ выписку из сервис мануала:
Проверьте целостность кабеля Operation PWB — engine PWB (YC17).
Выполните обновление ПО принтера.
Если не поможет — менять главную плату.

Интересно, насколько адекватен такой ответ? Думаю, это задача для сервисного инженера. Гарантия же.
Внутрь лезть не хочу.

Внутрь лезть нельзя. Проверьте наличие гарантийного талона, хотя они могут аппарат проверить по серийному номеру и сдавайте по гарантии. Пусть они его делают. Но это все имеет значение, если он у вас на гарантии.

Мутно у нас с этим. От менеджера по закупкам никаких документов не поступает. Раньше были хотя бы оранжевые киосерские гарантийные талоны. Не заполненные, да. Теперь и этого нет.

Если покупали в ТЕКО как дилер, то 99 % гарантия — за Ваш счет в любом АСЦ Kyocera.. Мотивировка — «вы же со скидкой покупали». А каких-то комплектных фирменных талонов гарантийных как у других брендов у Киосеры, впрочем как и принтеров HP да и некоторых других — не предусмотрено.. Нужно читать дилерское соглашение / договор с ТЕКО, если, конечно, таковое существует.. Так что ежели Вы не АСЦ Киосеры — сочувствую.. В таком бардаке виновата сама Киосера вобщем.. Есть представительство а единой нормальной сети поставок увязанной с её же сетью АСЦ в РФ до настоящего времени нет..
Вот и получается, что наличие гарантии только у определенных поставщиков..
(1) Гарантийники на принтера фирменные видел токмо на МФУ FS-1116VFP и то один раз..

Порой бывает трудно понять, почему «не работает принтер». На самом деле при любой ошибке принтер выдает код. Здесь я выкладываю коды ошибок на отличные МФУ Kyocera, которые мы используем при работе.

Ну блин выдаете. Это тоже самое, что на машине установить коробку передач, а она будет вываливаться в ошибку и вы там всю машину переберете, и все равно коробка будет вываливаться в ошибку. Вы бы указали, что за принтер, а потом уже задавали вопрос про узел проявки. Все принтеры разные и ведут себя по разному.
Причин «Узел проявки не установлен» может быть много.

Doubt that upgrading the firmware is going to solve your problem. The F0000 is a communications problem between the control panel and the the main PCB, you could try re-seating all the connectors on the control panel, but I have had a couple of these and replacing the main pcb solved the issue. Hope this helps.

Remedy: Fuser unit 1. Check that no paper jam is present. 2. Confirm that the wiring connector is firmly connected and, if necessary, connect the connector all the way in. Fuser unit and fuser thermistor connect PWB (YC2) Fuser thermistor connect PWB and control PWB (YC21) 3. If the wiring is disconnected, shorted or grounded, replace the wiring. 4. Replace the Fuser unit. (Deteriorated sensitivity due to the toner adhered to the center thermistor.)

During driving the toner motor, an over-current detection signal is detected at intervals of 10 ms as for 300 accumulation.

Sensor output value of 930 or more continuously for 5 s.
Causes: Toner sensor. Toner motor. Connect left PWB. Control PWB.
Remedy: Toner sensor 1. Check the toner sensor output. 2. Confirm that the wiring connector is firmly connected and, if necessary, connect the connector all the way in. Toner sensor and drum PWB (YC3) Drum PWB and drum connect PWB (YC1) Drum connect PWB and connect left PWB (YC3) Connect left PWB and control PWB (YC3) 3. If the wiring is disconnected, shorted or grounded, replace the wiring. 4. Check that the gears of the Developer unit are not damaged and the spiral can rotate. 5. Replace the Developer unit.
Toner motor 1. Draw out the toner container. 2. Check the drive gear can rotate or they are not unusually loaded and, if necessary, replace. 3. Confirm that the wiring connector is firmly connected and, if necessary, connect the connector all the way in. Toner motor and drum PWB (YC4) Drum PWB and drum connect PWB (YC1) Drum connect PWB and connect left PWB (YC3) Connect left PWB and control PWB (YC3) 4. If the wiring is disconnected, shorted or grounded, replace the wiring. 5. Replace the Toner motor.

Description: Drum EEPROM error
No response is issued from the device in reading/writing for 5 ms or more and this problem is repeated 5 times successively. Mismatch of reading data from 2 locations occurs 8 times successively. Mismatch between writing data and reading data occurs 8 times successively.
Causes: DR PWB. Connect left PWB. Control PWB.
Remedy: DR PWB 1. Confirm that the wiring connector is firmly connected and, if necessary, connect the connector all the way in. DR PWB and drum connect PWB (YC1) Drum connect PWB and connect left PWB (YC3) Connect left PWB and control PWB (YC2) 2. If the wiring is disconnected, shorted or grounded, replace the wiring. 3. Replace the Drum unit.

Description: Communication error between Control PWB and Operation PWB
Causes: Control PWB. Operation PWB.
Remedy: Control PWB 1. Turn the main power swtch off and after 5 seconds, then turn power on. 2. Check that the wirings and connetors between the control PWB and the operation panel PWB are normal. Operation PWB and control PWB (YC2002) 3. Check that the DIMM memories in the control PWB are well conducted and, if not, replace. 4. Execute U021initialize memory. 5. Replace the control PWB.

Description: Control PWB checksum error
Causes: Control PWB.
Remedy: Control PWB Turn the main power switch off/on to restart the machine. If the error is not resolved, replace control PWB and check for correct operation.

Remedy: Main memory (RAM) Turn the main power switch off/on to restart the machine. If the error is not resolved, replace control PWB and check for correct operation.

Description: Communication error between Controller and Print engine
Causes: Control PWB.
Remedy: 1. Turn the main power swtch off and after 5 seconds, then turn power on. 2. Repair or replace the wire from the control PWB, that may be grounded. (Check short-circuit between 5V and 3.3V.) 3. Check the control software and upgrade to the latest, if necessary. 4. If not corrected, replace the control PWB and check for correct operation.

Code: F041
Description: Communication error between Controller and Scan engine
Causes: Control PWB.
Remedy: 1. Turn the main power swtch off and after 5 seconds, then turn power on. 2. Repair or replace the wire from the control PWB, that may be grounded. (Check short-circuit between 5V and 3.3V.) 3. Check the control software and upgrade to the latest, if necessary. 4. If not corrected, replace the control PWB and check for correct operation.

Causes: Control PWB.
