I tried installing PostgreSQL v14.2, 14.1, 11.1 from EnterpriseDB, but I keep getting the following error after the splash screen

Here’s the error popup:

Any help as to what I can do to fix this and install PostgreSQL.

Ps: I have tried installing several VC++ packages, disabled anti-virus still no way out??

There are two slightly different classes of measure: lexical cohesion (sometimes called ‘unithood’ or ‘phraseness’), which quantifies the expectation of co-occurrence of words in a phrase (e.g., back-of-the-book index is significantly more cohesive than term name); and semantic informativeness (sometimes called ‘termhood’), which highlights phrases that are representative of a given document or domain.

However, the review does not include the ways to calculate/derive these measures. Can someone please specify how to get these two measurements for a given text documents?

Angie Asks: Do zLAS files have to be unzipped to work in geoprocessing tools of ArcGIS Desktop?
I’m using ArcGIS Pro 2.4.3 and ArcMap 10.7.1 and I thought these versions can read zLAS files without having to unzip them.

When I put a zLAS file into a LAS Dataset (LASD) everything looks normal (I open the properties and see the classification codes as well as the number of points in each code. I can bring the LASD into a map and zoom to the level that the points become visible. I can filter so I’m just seeing ground points then change the symbology from elevation to classification and and watch the points change from blues and yellows to brown for ground).

However, when I use the Las Dataset to Raster tool and choose the elevation field to create a Digital Terrain Model (DTM)/bare-earth raster — the output is no data:( I know this because I use the identify tool and click on a pixel and the value is No Data. To further demonstrate, I choose the symbology for the DTM and choose to display no data cells as red and the entire raster turns red.

Do we have to use the Convert LAS geoprocessing tool and choose as compression type «None» to «unzip» the file and save it as a LAS file?

Because when I use that tool, then use the LAS file it creates, input that LAS file into a LAS Dataset, I can use the LAS Dataset as Raster tool and it creates the DTM raster.

I was working through Landau and he starts by expanding near $2omega_0$, but he doesn’t explain why. I’ve tried expanding it using an unknown driving frequency, and putting $omega_0+epsilon$ in the ansatz where $epsilonll1$. I was planning on differentiating w.r.t. the frequency of the driving force and maximising the amplitude, but there isn’t a nice way to apply the product-sum identities without losing either the $omega_0+epsilon$ (which is used to factorise everything into factors of $cos(omega_0+epsilon)t$ and $sin(omega_0+epsilon)t$. I’ve also tried writing out the energy using the definition using the Lagrangian, but the result isn’t super helpful and trying to maximise it didn’t give anything helpful. Why does Landau know to expand about $2omega_0$?

Try the following:

  • Install the VC2017 redist package (https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/VC_redist.x64.exe)

  • Download & install Postgres 9.6 (then you can uninstall it afterwards)

This should rejig the dependencies and fix getlocales.exe
