Tried with SP Flash Tool and Transsion Flash Tool and nothing, but in Transsion the message is different and says that doesn’t found any partition in the device, maybe need to rewrite the Emmc but I don’t know how.

are you able to successfully format all except bootloader using sp flash tool? or you got the same gpt error?

I can format without problem with SP Tool, and download the preloader to te phone too, but with the others elements i can’t because the gpt error appears.

PS. I tried with several builds/firmwares but the errors are the same

To activate write memory tab, press ‘Ctrl + Alt + V’ to enabled advanced mode then click Window > Write Memory
edit the scatter using a text editor e.g notepad++
file path: select the file you wish to write e.g recovery.img
begin address in sp flash tool is linear_start_addr in scatter file for the said item e.g recovery

Scatter-файл указывает на загрузку NVRAM, но не указывает имя файла для NVRAM. Эта ошибка довольно часто встречается в последних версиях SP Flash Tool.

Исправить:

SP Flash Tool не может установить связь с подключенным устройством.

Исправить:

Удалите и повторно установите драйверы MediaTek Preloader.

Перед подключением телефона к ПК нажмите и удерживайте кнопку увеличения или уменьшения громкости.

Hi to all! I send this because i have a problem with my Infinix Zero 5.

PROBLEM: After a bad update my device was bootlooped so i downloaded the firmware from Infinix Oficial Site and proceed to flash the ROM with SP Flash Tools he problem was in middle of process when a error appears and the program crashed.

After that I restarted SP Flash Tools and proceed to try again to flash but an error appeared “ STATUS_INVALID_GPT (0xC0030008)” i tried several times but the same error appears, tried with Firmware Update “PMT Error appears” so my device was hard bricked and i can´t use again, my PC doesn,t detect now, only charge (the red light appears) and is all. No screen, PC Detection is fast because after a second the USB disconnect sound appears

if you know who to fix this please help me, im desesperated.

I can format without problem with SP Tool, and download the preloader to te phone too, but with the others elements i can’t because the gpt error appears.

I tried flashing each item one by one but not working the same message appears (same with modified scatter as you say)

With write memory i get and error ( pls, see screenshot below).

seems the emmc chip is really faulty, if you can get find someone who has an emmc box e.g ufi emmc tool or emmc pro box then maybe it might be possible to write directly to emmc assuming its still in good order if not then you’ll need to have the emmc chip replaced

Flash the firmware using the latest version (4) of SWD Aftersales Service Tool. Download from here: viewtopic.php?t=674

When flashing, use «Firmware Upgrade» option only except otherwise. If I may ask, what is the issue with the device?

Below are some few possible solutions.
1. The issues may be from the firmware. If possible, try getting all the firmware variants, flash them one after another and see which one works out.
2. How are you flashing the device? If the device is dead (hard bricked) already, then you need to do a full format and download instead of the «Firmware Upgrade» option.
3. How are you connecting the device? You may need to unscrew the device and try flashing with the battery disconnected. Also, If connecting the device with Vol up + Vol down button fails, try connecting the device with the Power button.

How to Fix SP Flash Tool Errors (BROM Error Codes):

SP Flash Tool Failed to enumerate COM Port

This error clearly means that the Flash Tool has issues finding the COM port on which your device is connected.

Solution:

Make sure to run SP Flash Tool as administrator on your computer. (A viewer suggested this solution, as it helped him fix the failed to enumerate COM Port issue.)
Connect your watch to another Port and make sure you have USB Drivers installed.

Solution:

Close the error message and manually select the location of all the files in the scatter file from the bottom to the top. Meaning that a preloader would be the last thing you will select.
If that doesn’t work, open and modify the scatter file using Notepad++ then change the «boundary_check: True» to «boundary_check: False».

Meaning: SP Flash Tool doesn’t support the scatter file because of its blocks or configuration.

Solution:

Open the scatter file using Notepad++ and locate the last partition on the list (flashinfo) and change the is_download: true to is_download: false. Once done, save the scatter file and reload it in SP Flash Tool.

Storage type mismatch!

Message:

scatter storage type is HW_STORAGE_EMMC

target storage type is HW_STORAGE_NAND

Solution:

Try flashing the firmware using Download only.

Error 1041: BROM ERROR: S_CHKSUM_ERROR (1041)

Meaning: There was a checksum error when flashing the firmware.

Solution:

Delete any file with the checksum in its name from the ROM/firmware folder.
Go to Options > Option > Download > Un-tick DA DL all with checksum.

Error 6126: BROM ERROR: S_SECURITY_SECRO_HASH_INCORRECT (6126), MSP ERROE CODE: 0x00

Meaning: The ROM contains a checksum file, but DA DL All With CheckSum is un-checked.

Solution:

Tick DA DL All With Check Sum under Options > Option > Download.

Meaning: There is a problem with the format of the scatter file or files being flashed. Example – trying to flash .bin files using SP Flash Tool.

Solution:

Check the scatter file and firmware files you are trying to flash to make sure that they’re not meant to be flashed using a different tool.

Error 6104: BROM ERROR: S_SECURITY_SECURE_USB_DL_DA_RETURN_INVALID_TYPE (6104), MSP ERROR CODE: 0X00

Meaning: Wrong flash settings or firmware/ROM files.

Solution:

Make sure you have selected the correct Download Agent file in SP Flash Tool and are using the firmware meant for your device’s exact model.
Go to Options > Option > Connection > USB Speed > Full Speed.
Go to Options > Option > Download > un-tick DA DL ALL with Checksum.

Error 3183: BROM ERROR: S_CHIP_TYRE_NOT_MATCH (3183)

Try flashing a factory-signed firmware.

Error 2035: BROM ERROR: S_BROM_CMD_JUMP_DA_FAIL (2035)

Meaning: SP Flash Tool encountered an error connecting to the device.

Solution:

Ensure that the battery is inserted, and you’re not holding any button when connecting the device to a PC for flashing.
Uninstall and re-install the MediaTek MTK VCOM Drivers.
Disable any modem manager or software which might be blocking ports on the PC.

Meaning: The SP Flash Tool Error Code 0x93AF means that the tool encountered a checksum error.

Solution:

Open the checksum file using Notepad++ and search for 0x93af and replace it with 0x94ae.

Meaning: The device likely has a protected preloader or bootloader.

Solution:

Try using a signed ROM/firmware.
Try unlocking the bootloader before flashing.

Error 0xC0030003: ERROR: STATUS_DA_SELECTION_ERR (0xC0030003)

Meaning: The Download Agent (DA) file selected is incompatible.

Solution:

Try using a different Download Agent file.
Try using Download Agent (DA) + Auth file + Factory ROM.
Try using a different version of the Smartphone Flash Tool.
For Tecno, Infinix, and Itel devices, use Software Download Tool.

Solution:

Meaning: SP Flash Tool is unable to communicate with the device.

Solution:

Try flashing with/without the battery inserted.
Try a different USB cable.
Connect the device to a different USB Port.
If the above solutions don’t work, try using another PC.

Error 0x1: ERROR: ?? (0x1)

Meaning: SP flash tool is having trouble communicating with the device.

Solution:

Try using a custom Download Agent (DA) and Auth file for your device model.

Error 0xC0030004: ERROR: STATUS_PRELOADER_INVALID 0xC0030004

Meaning: There is a problem with the preloader partition name in the scatter file or the flash tool is having trouble communicating with the device.

Solution:

Modify the scatter file using Notepad++ and change the partition name to all lower cases. Ex: PRELOADER to preloader or to match the exact file name in the firmware and save the scatter file.
Try holding the volume up or volume down button before connecting the phone to the PC.
If you get an error while trying to format, return to the download tab and tick the checkbox for the preloader, then return to the format tab and retry formatting.

Error 1003: ERROR: S_INVALID_BBCHIP_TYPE (1003)

Meaning: There is a problem with the scatter file.

Solution:

Make sure to use SP Flash Tool compatible scatter file.

Error 0xC0010004: STATUS_UNSUPPORT_CTRL_CODE (0xC0010004)

Meaning: The SP Flash Tool version you are using doesn’t support your device or chipset.

Solution:

Make sure you are using the latest version of the SP Flash Tool.
Navigate to Options > Option > Un-tick Storage Life Cycle Check.

Error 0xC0020005: STATUS_SEC_IMG_TOO_LARGE (0xC0020005)

Meaning: The size of a file is larger than the available partition size, or the file isn’t verified or signed.

Solution:

Ensure that the files you’re trying to flash are actually for your device’s exact model.
Look for different firmware/ROM.
Change the phone’s EMMC chip.
Try using a different PC.

Error 0xC0070005: STATUS_DA_EXCEED_MAX_NUM (0xC0070005)

Meaning: The SP Flash Tool is having trouble connecting with the phone, or you are flashing the wrong firmware.

Solution:

If you were holding buttons, try flashing without pressing any buttons (vice versa).
Try flashing a different firmware or at least the preloader from a different firmware.

You performed full firmware erase and you really expect from phone to work after this?
You must perform full flash, firmware update will not help you on erased phone.

This is secured phone and you must use factory flash.
Are you sure about using factory flash?

This is well known thing, is really strange how you not know this
In secured phones can be used only factory signed firmware.

Yes Orbita very correct..I been through the process with an mtk Motorola dumped on nck..I flashed with other firmware and set was dead..after trying to reflash rom I dumped it woukdnt accept..I had to look for factory signed firmware to unbrick…so u need to get a factory signed rom to unbrick devive

ok sono arrivato alla fine inserendo scater e facendo il il procedimento nel migliore dei modi ma verso la fine quando dovevo fare read back…(clicco collego il telefono) e mi da questo errore status brom cmd send da fail 0xC0060003 e come al solito su internet trovi arabi e indiani che scrivono titoli in inglese e loro spiegano nella loro lingua…(scusa se ti assillo ma volevo sapere dopo tutto sto precedimento e erreo se hai in mente qualcosa )

Ragazzi, dopo aver avuto un problema con Angry Birds 2 (non apriva il gioco e restituiva un errore che non ricordo al momento), ho riavviato il cell e da allora si blocca sulla scritta iniziale Oukitel, l’ho fatto scaricare completamente e l’ho ricaricato al 100% ma nulla, ho provato ad entrare in recovery, ma non c’� (effettivamente io non l’ho installata, il cell non l’ho toccato in pratica). C’� qualche modo per riportarlo in vita o l’unica cosa da fare e riflashare la ROM???In tal caso ci sono custom ROM stabili??? (Il cell ormai mi servirebbe solo come cell di riserva dato che ne ho uno nuovo)

No, non firmware upgrade, ma forse invece di selezionare Download Only ho selezionato Format+Download. Ora provo con l’ultima versione di flashtool quella che ho usato � la 5.1728.

Edit: Nulla da fare, anche con la versione 5.1752 installa il Bootloader e poi rimanda lo stesso errore
