Это вылазит при запуске сервера в самом начале. Потом через минуту сервер просто закрывается. Что делать? -

у вас должна быть папка logs в нем же текстовый файл с названием latest.log

Поставил. Куча каких-то красно-желтых ошибок и в конце-концов просто сервер закрывается

Ты совсем не знаешь английский? Или может ты совсем ленив? Каким образом ты прочёл это? Как ты это интерпретировал?
Неужели сложно почитать гайды, видео уроки на ютубе, а не сразу лезть в то, что не понял/не знаешь? -

Да спасибо, я сразу не догадался, знаешь. Решения этой проблемы везде на английском языке. Я попробовал один способ из английского видео, не помогло. Поэтому я и написал сюда, чтобы мне помогли. А ты если не знаешь решения проблемы не лезь, прошу тебя

Я так то понял, что там написано. А написано там про то, что сборка устарела и нужно скачать новую с сайта spigotmc.org — дословно.

Я английский знаю. Именно так я и сделал. Ничего абсолютно не помогает. Но я уже примерно понимаю из-за чего это. У меня то сервер на 1.15.2, а джава 8-я

Fosi, если у тебя VDS, все намного проще будет
просто установка самого нового ядра с официального сайта не поможет, тут дело в машине, на которой стоит сервер https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/buildtools-updates-information.42865/

when ever i start my server it now says *** Error, this build is outdated ***

*** Server will start in 15 seconds ***
and i don’t even have a spigot server

Follow the instructions listed here:
https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/buildtools-updates-information.42865/Spigot also includes a CraftBukkit jar when using Buildtools. When the two files are generated, use the craftbukkit version if you want to keep using craftbukkit.
