truck data is missing!
don’t know if this should be posted here 
but when I am in truck browser and click on the new actros, it comes up with a Scania and when I open the console, it says «truck data is missing! trying to use fallback truck» now I think it means that the files for the actros have gone walkabouts, but could someone help me?

a) you posted the file as private
b) the crash log isn’t useful, the game log is needed (unless it actually crashed, and even then both are needed)
c) sounds like a mod issue

harlok44,да тут как не строка, так ошибка но последние ошибки идут по мерседесу, он весь застарел и хочет обновится. А по Скании лишь ошибки матов на раскраску салона. Хотя может и ещё на что то есть, я сильно на неё внимание не обращал

кстати, последние ошибки связанны с dx9 , я с такими тоже сталкивался, у меня видюха не справлялась с модом. Такое и с той же сканией было. В общем надо отключать Сканию и Мерина.

kamaz608, мой совет, научись не ставить все моды подряд. Понимаю, что хочется, но нужно понимать и думать о совместимости модов. Смотреть в лог, искать ошибки и удалять или исправлять конфликтные моды.

Frame Rate Limiter «31» Vsync «2» Tested at 60hz in the game.
There are many tearing and stuttering, but the frame rate is almost 31fps and sometimes seems to be 30fps.
(DSR x1.78)

@clear F1 — So your vsync=2 isn’t locked at 30 fps again,.. it’s 60, hence tearing with below values.
So you have all the below set exactly as stated?
In config.cfg:
uset r_mode_refresh «60»
uset r_vsync «2»
In NPI set:
NPI frame limiter to 31
Vertical Sync to ‘Use the 3D application setting’
Vertical Sync Tear Control to ‘Adaptive’.

@clear F1 — If i remember correctly (a few days ago) you said vsync=3 gave 30 fps with your 60hz monitor?
Does vsync=3 now lock 30 fps?
Then just use that?

About 3 days ago, I got 30fps with Vsync «2».

Well, I can’t see ANY wrong settings anywhere in NPI or config.cfg,
so to me this is a sort of mystery!

I forget this is in ATS.
in ETS2 I drive the K108 but have not tried it.

I have no K108 in ATS.!!!!
so I can not disable what is not in.
only ATS_KW_K200_RTA-Mods_v14.1.5 and ATS_RTA-Mods_MACK_SL-V8_v4.1
this only happen with buy and modify Peterbilt 359.
I take out peterblit and no more crash.

I have tried the Peterbilt 359 with and without the K108 and the K200 in ATS without a crash. You most likely have another mod conflict. Have you tried removing ALL other mods and leave just the 359 enabled? You need to try this before assuming it’s a problem with the 359

Hey. Is it possible that in the American Truck Simulator version v1.31.0.74s (Public beta) the game can not see any RTA truck? I only have Peterbilt 359 that I can use in the game, the rest does not work. Do I have to wait for these trucks to be updated? Is the problem somewhere else?

I have an instant crash when trying to select Kenworth T-609 from the dealer or truck browser, the moment I select the thumbnail in truck browser or enter the dealer instore or online I crash instantly.
I also tried on a new profile with only the T-609 installed and encountered the same issue.
Not sure if this can help.

Try deleting the following 2 files from your ATS installation directory:
game.crash.txt
game.log.txt
I have found that deleting these two files fixes some issues at times. The game will rebuild these files the next time you launch it.
Also, are you launching the game in DirectX or OpenGL? Try using DirectX if not.

I have tried launching in both direct x and open gl as well as deleting the two txt files, I am met with the instant crash when trying to select the truck even on a new account with only the T-609 enabled in the manager.
Not sure exactly whats up but the crash log shows these two as the last thing to happen before the crash.

Just out of curiosity, have you tried to verify the integrity of the game files? Have Steam verify the game files to make sure you don’t have any corrupt ones. Right click on the game in your library and select properties. Then go to the local files tab and click on “verify the integrity of game files “. Steam will verify that the game files are up-to-date and not corrupted.
I’ll keep thinking about other options for you but for now this is all I can come up with.

Now I’m having the same issue! Both the T609 v1.3 and the WS4800 v3.2 are crashing the game when selected at dealership and the Truck Browser.
