Hy,
I have a problem with my WinCC 7.
I made a little program in PCS7 and I create an OS directly in the Project (for use PLCSIM). I compiled the OS and when a want to activate the runtime in loading process I got the following error:
«Unhandled exception was raised. Look file «script.log» for details.»
— This error comes from C:WINDOWSsystem32nrdll.dll
After I clicked OK, my project it’s [Active] but no picture is showed.
If I click on the WinCC icon from the toolbar, and click Start Graphics RunTime I got an error
«The system cannot find the file specified.»
, if I clicked OK I got another error
«Keine Verbindung zur Aktionssteuerung».
If I try to deactivate the project my computer stuck.
I tried to make a simple project only in WinCC and the Runtime works.
In the SCRIPT.LOG I have the following information:

Explanation 1: There was an incompatibility between PVSS and the setting of the Windows environment variable TEMP on the machine. Normally TEMP points to just one single directory. If you point TEMP to a path of directories, PVSS cannot cope. (The problem was reported to ETM in Nov. 2005.) |

Have a look in the logfilein the «system tree» i.e. where WinCC-OA itself was installed (for example C:SiemensAutomationWinCC_OA3.11logPVSS_II.log) for additional diagnostics. Then come back here and look in the list below for those new messages! NB There is, of course, nologfilein your project folder that you can inspect — as your project failed to create! If there is no file WINCCOA_PATH/log/PVSS_II.log in the system tree either, then this certainly means that your username is running without the necessary privileges. Please review the WinCC-OA installation instructions (ie get Local Admin privs). |

These messages appear in a distributed system scenario, in the log of a client system that is trying (and failing) to make a solid contact with another (server) system. These messages are followed by a «Connection lost» message. The message pair is often repeated as the connect operation is retried. *Explanation: *The client is specifying a target PVSS system number on the server machine. Although a PVSS system is running on the server, it does not have that corresponding system number. In the example shown, the client (system number 93) was trying to contact system number 91. This was incorrect as the system number of the system that was actually running on the remote server machine was number 1. Action: Correct the entry in the client system’s config file where it says distPeer = «sysName» sysNumber. Clearly, even that won’t work if you have deleted the DPT as well !! |

Добрый день, уважаемые специалисты.
На один наш завод оборудование и программу (WinCC, как я понимаю) устанавливали китайцы и большая часть диалоговых окон на китайском. Например, окно свойств WinCC AlarmControl полностью на китайском языке. Некоторые элементы они русифицировали: рабочие сообщения, окна, схемы и диалоги, но именно настройки не зная китайского можно делать либо на ощупь, либо имея перед глазами анлоязычный аналог этих диалогов. У меня их нет.
Проблема такая: в списке сообщений Alarm Log перестали выводиться сами сообщения. В окне, где нарисована схема, ошибку видно, сигнализация срабатывает, а текст ошибки отсутствует. Возможно, что кто-то из операторов что-то поменял в настройках и сообщения перестали выводиться. Как вернуть эти сообщения?
Кто-нибудь может помочь разобраться с этой проблемой?
Думаю, что дирекция предприятия сможет оплатить расходы.
Если кому-то будет интересно, то я дам контактные телефоны.
Upd. Выяснилось, что на китайском пишет про сбой подключения ко всем серверам.

Подскажите пожалуйста, где можно почитать про то, как и с кем обменивается данными Alarm Logging. Выяснилось, что сообщения перестали поступать после выключения компьютера и какого-то оборудования для профилактики.

А программа на чем крутится: это компьютер или панель оператора, если панель то надо знать фирму и заказной номер. Если компьютер, то хотя бы скрин покажите.

Программа на компьютере. Вот скрин:
Слева внизу написано на китайском «All server connections faild.» Справа, где два сетевых мониторчика, при подведении мышки написано, что нет подключения к localhost.
На основной вкладке показания датчиков изменяются, запускаются двигатели и все действия выполняются. Все работает.
Не работает только отображение ошибок.

Сообщения (alarms) и отображение/управление это разные подсистемы. Поэтому первое не работает, второе работает. Так бывает.
Нет соединения с SQL сервером, который хранит сообщения. Там несколько причин может быть — вроде даже здесь обсуждалось уже.

Права пользователей, изменение имени компа или сетевых настроек…
Не сломайте чего сильнее, если не уверены — резервное копирование наше все.

Про бакапы знаю.
Т.е., единственная причина этого всего — проблемы соединения с SQL-сервером? Тогда, если работает SQL, то можно к нему подключиться через терминал и посмотреть список ошибок прямо в базе, как я понимаю. И в этом случает надо поправить ошибку коммуникации. А если SQL-сервер не работает, то тогда его достаточно будет запустить.
Там просто еще есть KEPServerEx (что это пока не понял, думаю, что как-то связано уже с железом) и этот рабочий компьютер подключен LAN-кабелем к оборудованию в шкафу. Вот я и подумал, что та железка, к которой подключен сетевой кабель, могла начать сбоить.
И вводило в заблуждение то, что в свойствах проекта — стоит Single-User project. Я подумал, что SQL-сервер здесь не нужен.

Это связь с ПЛК, скорее всего, так как вы управляете объектом, то, видимо, работает.

Мдя… только что было все понятно, а теперь опять ни хрена не понятно 
POV, а вы не могли бы подсказать, есть ли в программе (или проекте) какой-то ini-файл или файл с настройками, где их можно было бы посмотреть (или какие-то места, куда глянуть)? То же имя компа или сетевых настройки я могу посмотреть, а какие они должны быть? Где это можно узнать?
Я не то, что чайник, я до него не дотягиваю, т.к. впервые увидел эту программу в прошедшую пятницу. Да и сам нахожусь в некотором удалении от завода, поэтому перед очередной поездкой туда надо собрать максимально информации по настройке и диагностике.

Именно это мне не понравилось, но читал по диагонали.
Но информации очень по СС много, плюс зависит от версии. Если бы мог дать конкретный совет, то давно бы написал. Я бы поискал информацию на форуме в германии, там много всего. Форум в России пока мало наполнен, но скопируйте вопрос туда.

Возвращаюсь со своими баранам…
На предприятии остановили сегодня этот цех на профилактику, поэтому смог сделать нормальный бакап и начать полноценно нажимать на все подряд.
В общих чертах, что было сделано и не дало ощутимых результатов:
1. SQL-сервер работает; при запуске sql studio (без запущенного проекта) там уже торчит одна база в стадии suspect (с этим пока не разбирался, возможно завтра буду смотреть, что это и зачем), но при запуске проекта создается другая база, которая указывает на файл из папки самого проекта). Она работает, и ошибок не выдает.
2. Галочка в Computer->Computer properties ->Startup->Alarm Logging Runtime стоит, но ССAlgRtServer.exe из процессов пропадает, даже, если его запускать руками. Висит несколько секунд и закрывается.
3. Сделал Reset в Alarm Logging. (Alarm Logging Editor 
Select Messages Archive Configuration Reset)
4. Запускал Reset_WinCC.vbs in C:Program FilesSiemensWinCCBin directory? Скрипт выполняется, но так же ссылается на ошибочную базу в sql, которая находится в статусе Suspect. Вот еще интересно, а скрипт Reset_WinCC.vbs надо запускать с закрытым проектом или с запущенным?..
5. Было где-то написано, удалить <projectname>.dc* из папки проекта. Это дало то, что все датчики на предыдущих окнах перестали работать, но в окне Alarm Logging появилась связь (загорелись индикаторы Lan зелеными и подключился к чему-то — к чему не понял). В самом файле .dcf редактором видел какие-то настройки, но все они ссылаются непонятно для меня куда. Прямых путей или названий файлов/баз там нет.
Еще читал, что можно сделать:
— check the messages from CPU, using the feature «CPU Messages» on Step 7
— try to reset data from SQL server tables using «CCArchiveManager.exe -reset all»

Я всегда сначала «убивал» WinCC.
Может почистить папку с Алармами? при отключенном SQL.
Может переустановить все, только лицензии не потеряйте, лучше новый диск и вперед!
