Здравствуйте,на принтере kyocera m3540dn при попытке залогиниться под админом через web interface выходит ошибка 404 .На дисплее принтера надпись произошла ошибка выключите и включите принтер f24c.В интернете мало по этому поводу информации , возможно кто то сталкивался с данной проблемой подскажите или подтолкните в правильно направление пожалуйста …

Все современные копировальные аппараты, мфу и принтеры Kyocera имеют возможность диагностировать все узлы устройства в режиме запуска и во время работы аппарата. По этому, если во время включения или во время работы произошел сбой, то техника Kyocera сможет сообщить о наличии ошибки.

В большинстве случаев у аппаратов Kyocera код ошибки отображается на дисплее, в остальных случаях тип ошибки зависит от последовательности и количества миганий индикаторов.
Если Ваш копировальный аппарат, МФУ или принтер Kyocera выдал на дисплее некий код, то узнать причину, описание возникновения ошибки, а так же в каком узле аппарата стоит искать проблему, Вы можете в этом разделе выбрав интересующую модель из списка.

On some you can go into the Web Interface and go to Device Setting and System and turn on the Auto Error Clear.

On the newer model you go into the Web Interface and go to Security Setting and Error Setting and turn on Auto Error Clear. (may need to input the code, have not viewed this model yet).

Can’t thank you enough for your help. Much appreciated. I changed the settings. Just so I’m clear….Does changing the YO and Y1 settings mean that the machine will automatically clear the error message after 30-seconds without having to power the machine on and off?

Many Fxxx errors can be resolved by updating the firmware & printer driver usually caused by a corrupt print job, when clients print webpages with JAVA images etc.

F24c is a web browser issue. Try using Firefox. The issue I had is trying to log into Command Center. Kyocera is working on a firmware fix
