Часто в службу технической поддержки hikvision. org. ua обращаются с проблемой подключения к IVMS-4200 устройств, уже привязанных к облаку Ezviz или Hik-Connect. Одни не знают с какой стороны подойти, а у других подключенные устройства не отображают видео.

Сегодня расскажем как решить эти проблемы самостоятельно.

Шаг 1

Зайдите в IVMS-4200.

Откройте вкладку “Управление устройствами” (стрелка 1).

Нажмите “Добавить новый тип устройства” (стрелка 2).

Шаг 2

Выберите “Hik-Connect Device” или “Устройство Hik-Connect” (стрелка 1). У нас этот пункт неактивен, потому что такой тип устройства уже добавлен.

Подтвердите выбор (стрелка 2).

Шаг 3

Перейдите во вкладку Hik-Connect Device. Выберите страну Украина. Нажмите “Login”.

Появится окно входа. Введите свой логин, e-mail, номер телефона и пароль. Нажмите “Login”.

Шаг 4

Если в профиле еще нет устройств, во вкладке Hik-Connect Device нажмите кнопку “Add Device” (стрелка 2).

Добавленное устройство появится в этом окне. Казалось бы, все необходимое сделано, но именно на этом этапе у многих возникают трудности. Что делать дальше?

Шаг 5

Во вкладке “Device Management” выберите пункт “Group” (стрелка 1). Если устройство уже прикреплено к профилю, выберите папку с именем вашего профиля в Hik-Connect.

Если устройство добавлено только что, создайте группу (стрелка 3). Группа будет носить имя устройства (видно по стрелке 2). После того, как найдете новую папку, выделите устройство (стрелка 4) и нажмите на кнопку “Modify” (стрелка 5). Если все сделано правильно, кнопка станет активной, синего цвета.

При нажатии “Modify” в открывшемся окне в поле “Stream Key” (стрелка 1) введите верификационный код. Не забудьте нажать кнопку “ОК”.

Теперь во вкладке онлайн-просмотра все работает корректно, вместо непонятных ошибок вы увидите изображение с камеры.

Она же подходит и для просмотра записей и видео с камер в реальном времени из любой точки мира, существуют версии для Windows, Mac и приложения для Android и iOS от Apple.

Приложение iVMS для Windows и Mac:

Для просмотра видео с камер через интернет согласно официальной инструкции достаточно пробросить на видеорегистратор порт 8000, но по факту в некоторых случая этого недостаточно. Я пробросил нужный порт, добавил в программу видеорегистратор, он успешно нашелся и можно было им управлять, например изменять настройки. Когда я попытался просмотреть видео с камер — получил ошибку HCNetSDK. dll[7] Connection failed: device of-line or connection timout:

Для исправления ошибки нужно пробросить еще два порта 554 и 80. Оказалось что разные версии DVR Hikvision для правильной работы требует разные порты, некоторым достаточно одного порта 8000, некоторым хватает двух 8000 и 554, а некоторым требуется еще и третий порт — 80 для корректной работы приложения через инернет.

Dear members of ipcamtalk,

I have a camera system comprising of 5 outdoor Hikvision DS-2CD2T42WD-I5 4MP bullet cameras (purchased from use-ip ltd), and I seem to have problems with 3 of these cameras constantly disconnecting from live view. The strange thing is ,however, that the recordings of all cameras are working just fine, and I can see the IR illuminators of all cameras working nonstop during the night. I don’t have an NVR, so I use all cameras independently and I am using a NAS computer to record the footage. I power all cameras with POE.

When I open ivms4200, immediately these 3 cameras are not showing on the live view. However, when I click to reload the camera, it comes back online almost immediately, but then it disconnects again after about 10 seconds. In less then a minute, the camera comes back online in the live view for less than a minute and then disconnects yet again! This cycle then continues forever.

So it seems that the cameras keep disconnecting and reconnecting on the live view, but the footage from all the recordings on the NAS are fine without any missing data. What do you guys think is the issue?

These are the error messages I am getting in ivms4200 «Failed to get stream, start reconnection. Error Code ivms4200.exe[302] Camera is disabled or not connected.»
Also I get this message «..control PTZ failed. Error CodeHCNetSDK.dll[10]. Receiving data from device timed out.

update — I managed to isolate the issue. I ran a series of tests, IP ping tests, and viewed the live view in IE, and came to a conclusion that it is a software issue, so nothing wrong with the camera or network. The live view works fine in IE without any video drops. The ping test showed normal results. The recorded footage is without missing data. So this must be a software issue with the ivms4200. Will probably contact Hikvision technical support.

Well, the first thing they will ask you is for the serial number of the device.
Then they will tell you that you didn’t buy it from an authorised source.
Then they will tell you they don’t support it.

At least, that’s my guess, based on what has been posted on here.

On the use-ip website they state that they are an authorised Hikvision reseller. Anyway, I sent them an email so ‘we’ll see’. In the meanwhile I was hoping to get some advice from you guys. Oh well…

There is no need to do that — be a little more patient. The post isn’t even a day old!
Forum members are global, lots of different timezones.
And many / most work for a living.
And maybe no-one who has read the symptoms you described has had the same issue — though I think there are quite a lot of general issues with iVMS4200.

IVMS-4200 is very stable the issues your getting are normally related to IP conflicts and basic setup issues.
It’s nothing major you have already proved that you cameras independently work, that’s a good starting point.

first check all network settings doing this one at a time with the other cameras offline, once you get one going the others will be easy as.
make sure you not using DHCP give them a fixEd ip address.

Проблема с Hik connect

Коллеги, добрый день!
Столкнулись с такой проблемой : невозможно получить изображение с камеры посредством HIK connect’a.
Что мы делаем :
1. Есть камера Hikvision DS-2CD2722FWD-IZS c самой свежей прошивкой.
2. Создали аккаунт в hik connect
3. Добавили туда искомую камеру посредством SN и кода верификации.
4. Запускаем ivms-4200, там добавляем наш аккаунт. Камера видна как устройство.
При попытке вывести изображение на Main View выдается ошибка Failed to get stream? start reconnection.
Кто сталкивался? В чем может быть проблема?

По ходу не хватает исходящей скорости интернета. Попробуй из IVMS-4200 запросить доппоток.

Работа с облаком и настройки удаленного доступа

Удаленный доступ на камеры и регистраторы Hikvision и HiWatch можно реализовать следующими способами.

1) Если используется белый (публичный) статический IP, то на роутере настраиваете проброс портов 80 554 и 8000 (uPnP рекомендуем отключить)

2) Если используется серый IP, то единственный способ настроить доступ — p2p сервис Hik-Connect, возможен удаленный просмотр и удаленный просмотр архива. Запись в облако не происходит.

Перепрошивка камер и все что с ней связано

Обновить прошивку можно через web интерфейс устройства, как обычный роутер, либо через клиентское ПО IVMS-4200.

Обновление необходимо производить последовательно. 5.1.X -> 5.2.X -> 5.3.X -> 5.4.X

C прошивок 5.3.X на 5.2.X и с 5.4.X на 5.3.X откатиться НЕ ПОЛУЧИТСЯ!!!

Вы можете откатить прошивку (к примеру) с 5.3.8 на 5.3.3 с помощью TFTP, с 5.3.8 до 5.2.0 откатиться НЕЛЬЗЯ!

В Internet Explorer в разделе Свойства обозревателя->Дополнительно разрешите запуск сторонних плагинов.

I’m currently running IVMS-4200 v3.2.0.10 on Windows 10. I’m trying to add a camera as Cloud P2P by entering the serial number and verification code, on adding I get the error «Adding Failed(OpenSDK[305000])».

5/7 cameras have successfully been added, not sure why the other two are giving this error as the settings/configuration appear identical for all of them.

Hi Dan, thanks for the suggestion. I tried adding the cameras directly in the portal, after entering the serial number it tells me the camera has been added. But the camera is not visible in the hik connect portal.

But I now have six cameras on the Hik Connect app on iOS, and five on the portal.

I also tried adding the camera through the iOS Hik Connect app and it tells me that the camera has been added but doesn’t appear.

I’ve tried refreshing multiple times and logging out and back in.

For the camera that says it has been added, I think you are going to have to try unbinding the device using SADP and then try adding it to the Hik-connect portal.

We always recommend people add cameras/NVRs directly to the online portal and not via the app as it is often the case that devices added via the app are only linked to the app via the local LAN connection and so when you then try and access remotely you can’t see the cameras. When you add the device to the portal you link the remote access app to Hikvision cloud server and the cloud server to the camera, doing this creates a simple but secure link for footage to leave the cameras on your local network and pass over the internet to reach the remote Hik-Connect application whatever network it is on. (e.g. Public WiFi, 3G, 4G, etc. )

Thanks Dan, I’d like to give that a try. But since I upgraded SADP I can’t get any of my cameras to show. They are all accessible through IVMS-4200 and direct via IP on the same computer.

I’ve ran sc query «npf» in the command line and it shows that it’s running, I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no joy.

I»ve also tried installing Npcap: Windows Packet Capture Library & Driver and win10 cap but

I»m pretty sure it’s an issue with having the right NPF but haven’t been able to get it to work.

Do you have a firewall/security software installed on your PC/Mac? default Windows/Mac firewall or 3rd-party like ESET, Norton, etc.

We have seen issues previously, not just with Hikvision’s software, where the software has to be added to the firewalls safe software list and be given permission to pass & receive data through the firewall, So I would recommend trying to add the SADP tool to that safe software list.

Common errors on iVMS-4200

Error code 317″ No videos. It will be prompted when the user has no permission to playback.

HCNetSDK.dll error code
Error code 1: Invalid user name or password
Error code 2: No permission. The user in the device has not enough permission.

Error code 4: Invalid channel number.
It will be prompted in the live view of the remote screen control.

Error code5: No more devices can be connected.
Failed to connect the device. Not supported. Operation failed.

Error code 7: Failed to connect the device.

Error code 23: Not Supported.
The camera signal is not supported. Check the video settings on the unit (camera, DVR, NVR).

Error code 43: No buffer.
It will be prompted when adding a device and the device port is occupied by a web server.

It will be prompted when adding the live view for the software via the external network.

Error code 800: No more bandwidth can be used.

Open sdk string error ivms 4200

Get the error codes via OpenSDK_GetLastErrorCode and get the error code information via OpenSDK_GetLastErrorDesc. The API only returns 0 and -1 by default (except some special API). The error code of SDK is listed according to modules. Major and frequently-occurred error codes are shown below.
error code is defined in the header file of OpenNetStreamError.h.
return via information callback function, refer to header file of INS_ErrorCode.h for details.

error code format, x represents the module type of error code, bbbbb represent what the error is, the value of x is shown below:
