I have the following problem. My save game just won’t load. It does «load», but after some time this message comes up.

I’m also getting the same error, since the first time I tried playing the game it’s happened every time I hit continue game, it loads and then gives me this error each time without fail. All up to date and everything. It’s got to be a bug. I hope it’s fixed in the next update.

The only fix for now I’ve found is to keep trying to load the game, also for some reason the save in save file 1 doesn’t ever load for me, so I suggest upload the save to the cloud via the game servers and then redownload the save in the second save slot. Doesn’t fix the issue fully, but it usually loads within the 3 try of launching the game in the second save file.

This issue has continuously been happening since day 1 and the updates have not fixed it at all. I always have to figh with the game every time I want to play it. Gotta keep hitting continue game at least 5-10 times every time I want to play. (Playing the PS4 disc version on PS5) Then by time I finally load the game I don’t want to play it anymore because of all the time I spent waiting for it to continue. Can’t win

How to Fix Warm Up PSO Cache Error
Generally, the classic solution as advised by Ubisoft is the good old-fashioned kill-process. Restarting the game will allow it to reload and hopefully resolve the error it encountered.
If simply restarting the software doesn’t fix the issue, the problem may be on the system level. Restarting the console, as well as allowing it to install any new updates will ensure that it is in the best possible condition to run the game.
It’s possible that the error is caused by a bug which will be addressed in a future patch. To ensure you receive updates as soon as possible, following Far Cry and Ubisoft’s official twitter accounts will let you know as soon as a patch is on the way.
