Варианты исполнения.

Управление ТРК Gilbarco осуществляется через СОМ порт персонального компьютера по протоколу «Gilbarco Dispenser Two-Wire Protocol for Third Party Pump Controllers». Для согласования физических интерфейсов необходим преобразователь интерфейсов, например одноканальный « RS 232-20/42ма токовая петля»:
Для подключения ТРК на всех устройствах применены однотипные двухлепестковые разьемы с маркировкой + и -.
Максимальная нагрузочная способность одного канала не более 4-х ТРК.
Подключение со стороны ТРК
На различных топливораздаточных колонках, поддерживающих протокол Two Wire, применяются различные клеммные колодки и номера подключаемых клемм могут быть различны.
Если вы используете одноканальный преобразователь интерфейсов, то все ТРК должны быть подключены в последовательную цепь.
При использовании одноканального варианта преобразователя интерфейсов выход из строя (на разрыв) электрической схемы обработки токового сигнала одной ТРК приводит к отсутствию связи со всеми остальными ТРК.
В случае применения 6-ти канального преобразователя, ТРК можно распределить по отдельным независимым друг от друга каналам.
Настройка системы управления СНК-АЗС
Настройка в программе HWServerConfig :
Запустите программу HWServerConfig . exe , во вкладке Контроллеры создайте Контроллер Gilbarco
- Выберите COM-порт, к которому подключен Контроллер Концентратор или преобразователь интерфейсов.
- Добавьте необходимое количество шлангов.
- При необходимости измените адреса сторон и шлангов.
- Адрес ТРК – устанавливает адрес стороны 1…16
- Шланг – устанавливает адрес шланга на стороне 1…6
- Нажмите кнопку «Сохранить».
Дополнительные Параметры настройки:
- Блокировка – блокирует опрос шланга
Программирование параметров ТРК Gilbarco SK 700
Внимание: При проведении операций программирования пистолеты
ТРК должны быть повешены.
Программирование параметров электроники ТРК Gilbarco SK 700 производится с помощью сервисной клавиатуры. Клавиатура обычно располагается на внутренней стороне дверцы корпуса электроники ТРК.

Программирование параметров ТРК Gilbarco SK 700
Внимание: При проведении операций программирования пистолеты

Для настройки параметров сопряжения с системой управления GasKit необходимо проконтролировать значение нескольких параметров ТРК Gilbarco SK 700.
Внимание: Для изменения большинства параметров могут потребоваться

Установка типа канала управления ТРК Gilbarco SK 700
Для управления ТРК Gilbarco SK 700 от системы GasKit необходимо задействовать последовательный канал связи Two Wire.
Данный режим устанавливается на уровне программирования №1.
Для входа в режим программирования №1 и установки типа канала
Two Wire нужно:
- Нажать клавишу «F1»;
- Ввести пароль для уровня №1 «****»;
- Подтвердить ввод пароля «Enter»;
- Ввести код команды «2», «4»;
- Подтвердить код команды «Enter»;
- Ввести режим работы «1»;
- Подтвердить режим работы «Enter»;
Для продолжения программирования нажать клавишу «F1».
Для выхода из режима программирования используется клавиша «F2».
Установка сетевых адресов сторон ТРК Gilbarco SK 700
Изменения параметров приема/передачи данных производятся на уровне программирования №2.
Диапазон для сетевых адресов: 1 – 16.
Для входа в режим программирования №2 и установки сетевых адресов
сторон ТРК Gilbarco SK 700 нужно:
- Нажать клавишу «F1»;
- Ввести пароль для уровня №2 «****»;
- Подтвердить ввод пароля «Enter»;
- Ввести код команды «4», «0»;
- Подтвердить код команды «Enter»;
- Ввести код функции «1»;
- Подтвердить код функции «Enter»;
- Ввести код стороны ТРК «1» или «2»;
- Подтвердить выбор стороны «Enter»;
- Ввести требуемый сетевой адрес ТРК «*»;
- Подтвердить ввод адреса «Enter»;
Для продолжения программирования нажать клавишу «F1».
Установка скорости передачи данных
- Ввести код команды «4», «0»;
- Подтвердить код команды «Enter»;
- Ввести код функции «2»;
- Подтвердить код функции «Enter»;
- Ввести код стороны скорости передачи данных, где
«1» = 5787 bps
«2» = 4800 bps - Подтвердить ввод «Enter»;
Для продолжения программирования нажать клавишу «F1».
Для выхода из режима программирования используется клавиша «F2».
Подключение ТРК Gilbarco SK 700 к системе GasKit
Система управления для АЗС GasKit использует для управления топливораздаточными колонками Gilbarco SK 700 блок сопряжения BS-04-CL6.
Блок сопряжения BS-04-CL6 предназначен для преобразования интерфейса RS232 в интерфейс Current Loop 45mA.
Блок сопряжения BS-04-CL6 позволяет подключить к компьютеру до 12 топливораздаточных колонок (ТРК). При этом могут быть задействованы 6 каналов RS232.

Подключение кабеля сетевого питания

Рекомендуемая схема подключения – одна ТРК – одна петля
CURRENT LOOP – один канал RS232.

В случае, когда требуется подключить большое количество ТРК и при этом имеется недостаток в COM-портах, допускается подключать к одной петле до 2-х ТРК.

Настройка системы управления GasKit
При настройке системы GasKit необходимо задать следующие параметры:

Для канала управления поста ТРК:
- Номер COM-порта, к которому подключена ТРК.
- Скорость соединения с ТРК. Рекомендуемая скорость 4800.
- Эхо “Есть”.
- Тип создаваемого канала “Gilbarco”.
2.
Для параметров поста:
- Параметр 1 – делитель данных текущей заправки. Зависит от настройки поста и может принимать одно из следующих значений:
- 1 – данные текущей заправки приходят в сотых долях единицы измерения (литра, рубля).
- 10 – данные текущей заправки приходят в тысячных долях единицы измерения (литра, рубля).
- Параметр 2 – определяет единицы измерения данных текущей заправки. Зависит от настройки поста и может принимать одно из следующих значений:
- Литры (0) – данные текущей заправки измеряются в литрах.
- Рубли (1) – данные текущей заправки измеряются в рублях.
