Зарегистрирована ошибка hw. Это возможно из за разгона? Или это аппаратная ошибка?

Вынь карту, которую конченый Найс определил как #2 и в другом компе покатай суперпозишн/kombustor/occt, либо просто отключи разгон на ней.

по мне, первым делом нужно выкинуть этот идиотский авто-найс (хз, забыл как он там обзывается) и поставить полноценный найсхэш майнер, без функции авторазгона.
а разгоны — ручками, хотяб и в АБ.

r/NiceHash - Device #0 HW Error Logged -

Does anyone know what this means? Occurred about 3 times in the past 9 hours. I’ve checked the logs in the nicehash directory and couldn’t find anything. They always occur after a rejected share above target but otherwise everything seems normal. Also, although I didn’t capture it in my screencap, 0 Windows Hardware Errors recorded on HWINFO64. Thanks

Nvidia p0 state (in NHM->settings->advanced) made my 3070 throw up these errors (Was a 1080 in that system before). Maybe useful. cheers

Thanks, that’s what I figured but it seemed to be running well with very little rejected shares and no significant dips in hashrate. I’ll drop the mem clocks down for now and do some testing later.

I also get this but only once, each time I start NHM, it throws 1 error and then works fine. I’ve got 4 TUF Gaming 3070 OC’s in the rig and it’s always the same device number that throws the error — weird

I’m getting this on a 2080ti, I am using the extreme option on nicehash for my gpu.

On MSI afterburner detach the graphs down in the bottom and scroll down to the one that says temp limit. If it says 1, your ram is overheating. It’s a problem with my 3090 FE and some lower end 3080’s like the gigabyte’s.

Yeah, my temp limit metric says 0 and HWINFO64 shows that my has the value «no» for the thermal performance limit so I should be good with the memory temps on my gpu. That is the biggest issue I had previously with mining on a 3080. I’ve had to leave my side panel off so that I wouldn’t hit the thermal limit even though core temps were in the 50’s. I even thought about doing the thermal pad mod from Igor’s Lab. From what I understand the 3090 stacks memory on both sides of the PCB making the issue worse.

Yes, had this same issue with my RTX 3070, backing down the mem clock seemed to make it go away.

Easiest fix is to Uninstaller, keep files and reinstall quick miner, works for me everytime, aside of all the hw errors.

[BUG] HW err only during dag-generator #490

During cyclical dag-generator operations sometimes there are produces HW errors, and only during this phase. DAG generation during startup of excavator, quick-swap DAG and normal jobs don’t generate HW errors. Because cyclical dag-generator doesn’t happen that often and not every card on every dag-generator operation generate this error, it’s not so easy to reproduce and observe. On average there is one HW err for about 1000-2000 HW ok.

To Reproduce
Just wait for cyclical dag-generator and hope it will occur.

Expected behavior
Just no error during this phase.

Observed at current RC v0.5.1.4 RC with Excavator v1.7.1d, but probably the same was on v0.5.1.3. No such problem with older versions v0.4.x.x, but since v0.5.0.0 new RC versions were so often and I updated to every new RC version, it’s hard to tell when exactly it was introduced.

NVIDIA driver version
466.11 standard

Hardware
Observed on my and my friend’s 4 different rigs, 3 of them are just PC with one GPU (2x 3080, 1x 3090), the one from which the screenshot is rIg with 6 GPUs, running manual tuned MHz speed configuration for more than 2 months without earlier HW errors. Almost every GPU with this problem observed is different model and vendor, and waiting enough (2-3 days) HW errors are observed on every GPU this way.

Logs
Because of rare occurrence didn’t started logging during this problem.

Additional context
Introduced in one of the last version, rigs where tuned this way that there were no HW errors at all even after 24h operation for weeks.

I’m having an issue with the program closing immediately on one of my rigs. I run it successfully on two other rigs, but this one is the only one experiencing this issue. Also worth mentioning, I can run NiceHash the full program just fine and it mines fine. It is only Quick Miner that is failing.

I’ve tried both the current stable version, and the newest RC release version.

  • Intel i5-4690K
  • Nvidia GTX 1070

Gif below that I recorded showing the issue. The app opens and immediately closes. It seems to freeze in the taskbar, indicated by waving my mouse around with no response for multiple seconds. I exited it and launch the excavator app to show that that loads, but obviously will not mine without the main exe running.

Already using 0.4.0.1 RC

How to enable logging? This is my nhqm.conf file

set:

and:

Use built in feature to export log files into zip. Alternatively, you can do it manually: Text files will be generated in nhqm_logs and archived_logs folder. Before you upload them, remove your personal data out of it (your BTC mining address).

Here is my log.txt file. Looking through it, it seems that it’s reporting «Unable to connect to the remote server». I have disabled all firewalls, this is not the cause. I would like to repeat that the NiceHash full miner program works flawlessly.

безжалостно экспериментирую на своими видяхами.

Заставил работать на высоких частотах и с кучей параметров.

Одна из видеокарт (та что с более старой прошивкой) на 4-6 минуте майнинга стабильно выдает 1HW ошибку.

И потом работает нормально.

У кого было такое веселье? )

А в чем веселье то? Можно подумать, что 1 ошибка это нечто сногсшибательное B)

в выводе обычно пишется причина ошибки, или лог включи

возможно в других версиях cgminer или прочих есть возможность увидеть HW и ее причину, но не в 2.11.4

У кого было такое веселье? )

стабильный майнинг на протяжении >2 месяцев. лютым разгоном не баловался. с недавних пор за одной из 16 карт замечено вот такое…

беспокоит, но что тут поделать? создавать для нее одной особые условия майнинга не вижу смысла — умрет, значит судьба.

Майню на бу картах и для каждой из них особые условия прописаны в конфиге cgminer. Ошибок нет, значит смысл есть.

@kr1z1s, тут вопрос скорее «религиозный» — мои фермы работают по принципу «помучился недельку с настройкой и считаю профит» поэтому перенастраивать из-за одной паршивой овцы не желаю (для меня это не «как два пальца», увы). если бы их было 3-4 то, да выделил бы их в отдельную ферму и создал бы им тепличные условия

, да делов то! в старом батнике исправить и новый батник дописать.

Если работает в нормальных условиях то обратите внимание на цепи питания. Может БП себя как-то не так ведет.

Старение железа всё еще актуально, тем более при наших режимах работы.

@Tomcat_MkII, да что там может быть нового — GPU invalid nonce — HW error.

Я на HW ошибки забиваю, если их <0.1% от принятых шар.

@Tomcat_MkII, да я не за майнинг беспокоюсь — мне за державу обидно. Я к тому что ошибка появляется в один и тот же момент стабильно и причем появляется только один раз, а потом часами всё работает замечательно. Вот исследую что как.

Хочу узнать мнения других пользователей :)

Хочу узнать мнения других пользователей :)

Кстати, у меня тоже такая вещь проскакивала — несколько HW ошибок на старте, буквально 1-2 раза, и больше не встречалось, забил и забыл. Как и почему — уже не помню, у меня весь майнинг — сплошные эксперименты, в ущерб прибыльности. Успокоился ровно неделю назад :D

Понял.
С картой я ничего не делал. Как у человека взял так и запустил. cgminer показывает 55 — 65 градусов. Вроде норм?
Буду разбираться. Попробую добавить напряжения.
Есть ли какой-то общеизвестный ман по этому делу?

А я с лета 11го не следил особо за темой

Последняя похожа на битторент, оригинально. Интересно как они появляются, кто их изобретает и с какой целью? Создать конкуренцию бтк?

ага что то знает :D -он сам наверное огорчен по поводу erundook -то ли админ пула мутный то ли накосячил но у многих претензий мешок….бобо скорей всего уже в одиночном плаванье с его то мускулами

Решил попробовать немного покранчить, а то совсем скучно стало. Вобщем работает 1*6870, благо охлад позволяет ей не греться выше 65 :rotate: , о заработке не особо думаю :D
Вопрос такой — майню на пуле 50btc через 50miner, почему скорость постоянно скачет? от 220 до 300 мегашняжек. Может надо что-то поднастроить?

попробуй через diablo помайнить. на сайте скорость скачет постоянно и это нормально.

через 50 бтс клиент еще как может. есть скрин, где мой профильный комп дает 500 или 600 мхс :super:

Заметил кстати что еще загрузка гп прыгает от 91% до 100%.

6850 — 500 мхс не может выдавать ))))
Это такой клиент глючный или быстрая шара, у меня на гумайнере по началу 850 на 7970 выдает.
