We should try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop the Invalid Token errors you’ve been seeing. A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. 

If you’re still getting the same error messages after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know if it’s still giving you that same error message afterward. Thanks!

Queuing for a game, issue happens almost every time I try to load into a match. The only way I can load in is to play with someone else without the error, but even then it is a rough 20% chance I would load into the game.

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? It began when flash point did in season 6.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Has happened ever since the flash point event began.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% — 99%)

What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot load into games, it will kick me and display either a code 100 error or invalid token, it happens most the time I attempt to queue. It has been occurring since the flash point event.
What should be happening instead? I should be loading into matches.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By trying to load into games with an affected account.

I don’t think its a router problem cause my brother who is on PC has no problem joining thr match while i, on ps4 have face this problem everyday.. I couldn’t even play solo and the chances for me to get into a match is like 2/10..i just downloaded the game back a week ago now i had to face this kind of problem… You guys need to fix it.. Most ps4 players are having problems and now u guys thinking that adding a skin will help us feel happy.. Just fix the game and servers.. I just wanna play the game

Thanks for the reports! I’ve seen some cases where setting a static IP address for your console can help with this error. Can you give that a try to see if it helps? You can find instructions on how to set a static IP for a PlayStation 4 over at the Port Forward website.
