Ошибки загрузки/обновления

Проверьте стабильность подключения к интернету, а также скорость загрузки. При слишком высоком пинге или низкой пропускной способности обновление может выдавать ошибки.

Если магазин или лончер Kenshi не завершает обновления или выдает ошибки, то переустановите саму программу. При этом все скачанные вами игры сохранятся.

Запустите проверку целостности данных игры.

Проверьте наличие свободного места на том диске, на котором установлена игра, а также на диске с операционной системой. И в том и в другом случае должно быть свободно места не меньше, чем занимает игра на текущий момент. В идеале всегда иметь запас около 100Гб.

Все, гейм овер. У меня теперь такое вылетает: крэш. Причем даже переустановка не помогает.

Проблемы с архиватором. Попробуй обновить переустановить. У меня такая хрень была в другой игре. Но там винда крякнула и архиватор не работал адекватно. Еще может быть что антивирус удалил из игры файл втихаря. Касперский любит так баловать. Попробуй переустановить игру. Сохранки просто вставишь .драйвера на видюху обнови.

Да забыл сказать еще моды удали. Возможно какой то мод не подходит к версии игры а возможно два мода конфликтуют. Если вносят изменения в одну ячейку.

Да я несколько недель назад обновлял свой WinRAR, он все открывает О.о

NVidia тоже в начале прошлой недели автообновлялась, несколько дней нормально играл — не может же быть такое, чтоб потом что-то пошло не так и она драйвера перестала опознавать. Тем более что карта игру видела.

Тоже пробовал — не помогает.
Причем игра шла прекрасно со всеми поставленными мною модами. Как это могло так случиться, чтобы сначала все работало отлично, а потом — бац! — и перестало?
Я переустанавливал игру без модов, без сохранений, не помогло.
Но попробую с архиватором поиграть и с видеокартой.

Игра не запускается

О: Скорее всего проблема в поврежденных файлах игры. В подобном случае рекомендуется переустановить игру, предварительно скопировав все сохранения. В случае если игра загружалась из официального магазина за сохранность прогресса можно не переживать.

Kenshi не работает на консоли.
О: Обновите ПО до актуальной версии, а так же проверьте стабильность подключения к интернету. Если полное обновление прошивки консоли и самой игры не решило проблему, то стоит заново загрузить игру, предварительно удалив с диска.

Ошибка 0xc000007b.

О: Есть два пути решения.
Первый — полная переустановка игры. В ряде случаев это устраняет проблему.
Второй состоит из двух этапов:

Ошибка 0xc0000142.

О: Чаще всего данная ошибка возникает из-за наличия кириллицы (русских букв) в одном из путей, по которым игра хранит свои файлы. Это может быть имя пользователя или сама папка в которой находится игра. Решением будет установка игры в другую папку, название которой написано английскими буквами или смена имени пользователя.

Ошибка 0xc0000906.

О: Данная ошибка связана с блокировкой одного или нескольких файлов игры антивирусом или “Защитником Windows”. Для её устранения необходимо добавить всю папку игры в исключени. Для каждого антивируса эта процедура индивидуально и следует обратиться к его справочной системе. Стоит отметить, что вы делаете это на свой страх и риск. О: Ошибка возникает в случае отсутствия на компьютере корректной версии пакета Microsoft Visual C++, в который и входит msvcp 140.dll (и подобные ему). Решением будет установка нужной версии пакета.

• Нажимаем на Windows + R;

О: Все ошибки начинающиеся с индекса 0xc0000009 (например 0xc0000009a, где на месте “а” может находиться любая буква или цифра) можно отнести к одному семейству. Подобные ошибки являются следствием проблем с оперативной памятью или файлом подкачки.

Перед началом выполнения следующих действий настоятельно рекомендуем отключить часть фоновых процессов и сторонних программ, после чего повторно попробовать запустить Kenshi .
Увеличиваем размер файла подкачки:

• Клик правой кнопкой на значку компьютера, а далее: «Дополнительные параметры системы» — «Дополнительно» — «Быстродействие» — «Дополнительно» — «Виртуальная память» — «Изменить».
• Выбираем один диск, задаем одинаковый размер.
• Перезагружаемся.

Размер файла подкачки должен быть кратен 1024. Объём зависит от свободного места на выбранном локальном диске. Рекомендуем установить его равным объему ОЗУ.
Если ошибка 0xc0000009а сохранилась, необходимо проверить вашу оперативную память. Для этого нужно воспользоваться функциями таких программ как MemTest86, Acronis, Everest.

Fix 1. Check Whether Your PC Meets the Kenshi Requirements

Kenshi minimum requirements are as follows:

• OS: 64-bit Windows
• Processor: Dual-core 64-bit
• Memory: 6 GB RAM
• Graphics: Pixel shader 5.0 capable card
• DirectX: 11
• Hard Drive: 14GB HD space

Kenshi recommended requirements are as follows:

• OS: Windows 7 64-bit
• Processor: Quad-core 64-bit
• Memory: 16 GB RAM
• DirectX: 11
• Hard Drive: 14GB HD space

Fix 2. Try Installing a Few Different Graphics Driver Versions

Certain nVidia driver versions (possibly mixed with certain windows 10 updates) are causing crashes. For example, Nvidia’s GeForce driver 397.31 and 397.64 have been reported to cause Kenshi crashes. In this case, you can try installing a few different graphics driver versions. This may solve the problem. Here is the guide:

Step 1: Press Windows key + X key and then select Device Manager from the context menu.

Step 2: In the Device Manager window, find the graphics driver under Display adapter and then you can try updating or rolling back it.

• To update the driver: Right-click the driver and select Update driver. Then, select Search automatically for updated driver software in the pop-up window.
• To roll back the driver: Right-click the driver and select Properties. Then, skip to the Driver tab and click Roll Back Driver. After that, choose a reason and click Yes.

If the above methods can’t find suitable graphics drivers for your GPU, you can find one manually. According to the name of the GPU, find its manufacturer website, and then download the latest graphics driver version or the suitable driver version.

After that, in Device Manager, uninstall the original graphics driver by right-clicking it and choosing Uninstall device. Finally, open the new graphics driver folder and double-click the setup file to install it.

Fix 3. Increase Virtual Memory

Another cause for Kenshi crashing problem is RAM. Computer memory is one of the most important parts of a computer. When you run Kenshi, the computer will load the game into RAM for operating, thus enabling CPU (Central Processing Unit) to process data quickly. In a word, RAM has a great influence on computer’s stable operation.

In PC, every running program will eat your RAM. Therefore, if the physical RAM in your PC just meets the Kenshi minimum RAM requirements, you can try upgrading it or increasing the virtual memory.

• Open File Explorer, right-click This PC, and then select Properties.
• In the pop-up window, select Advanced system settings.

• Uncheck Automatically manage paging file size for all drives.
• Select partition C, check No paging file, and then click Setto save it. Then, click Yes in the pop-up warning window.
• Select a non-system partition and then check Custom size.
• Set the same value in Initial size and Maximum size to avoid system frequently requesting page files of different sizes, which can reduce the consumption of system resource and improve operating efficiency. As for the value, it should be 1.5 times or twice that of the physical memory.
• Then click Setand OK to save.

If you are sure the Kenshi crashing problem is caused by limited memory, in addition to increasing virtual memory, you should also close other unnecessary programs in Task Manager when playing Kenshi.

Fix 4. Verify Game Files

If you are using mods and Steam, you might solve the Kenshi crashing problem by verifying game files and moving the mod load order around. Some people say they have solved the Kenshi crashing by this method.

Verifying integrity of game files helps make sure the game is installed correctly, which troubleshoots many game problems. To verify game files on Steam, please follow steps below:

• Restart your computer and launch Steam.
• From a game’s library page, select Manage > Properties.

But before installing this mod, please make sure it is safe enough or you should back up your computer first.

Fix 7. Upgrade to SSD

Whether you are using a hard drive disk or a solid state drive, this is not related to the Kenshi crashing. But before installing this mod, please make sure it is safe enough or you should back up your computer first.

Fix 7. Upgrade to SSD

Whether you are using a hard drive disk or a solid state drive, this is not related to the Kenshi crashing. However, upgrading to SSD can relieve game freezing issue and shorter map loading time greatly, especially if the game is resource intensive and open world (an open world games usually means that it has a mass of maps to load).
