Keyless system malfunction ошибка на мазда

Решил тут недавно затянуть пленкой двери типа бронирование. Что и было сделано в одном из местных сервисов.
Все бы ничего, сделали хорошо, однако забирал машину поздним вечером, спешил и не придал значения ошибке бесключевого доступа.

Думал перезапущу машину и пройдет. Не прошло.
Проехал день, второй — ошибка горит, доступ не работает. Позвонил диллеру — там сказали, что скорее всего не подключили умельцы датчик в ручке водительской двери, что надо снять ручку и перепроверить.
Ну делать нечего, ехать снова к ним не захотел, дай думаю разберу сам да посмотрю, вдруг получится.

День 1.
Перед началом всего — поменял батарейки в метке сигналки.
Вооружившись отверткой начал ковырять. Снял карту дверную, попутно обнаружив сломанную клипсу, может я сломал, а может и нет — сейчас разбираться уже поздно да и не охота. Открутил замок, отжимаю ручку, а она не выходит.
Погуглил. Там пишут что должно вылазить при небольшом усилии — но не у меня. Как бы не старался — не получается снять, а сильно большое усилие чревато поломкой. Знаем, проходили. Короче собрал все как и было. Ошибка естественно не прошла. Расстроенный закрыл машину, пошел домой.

День 3.
Попытка номер два. Сажусь в машину, клацаю кнопку — компьютер говорит пойти куда подальше. Переведите двигатель в состояние OFF. Ну и плюс та самая ошибка бесключ. доступа.
Что за дела? давай нажимать снова, прислонял ключ к кнопке — ноль реакции, только монитор включается и все. Открыл ключ, заменил батарейку и там. Снова попытка — ноль эффекта.
Дай думаю заведу с сигналки, через телефон. Вышел из машины, отправляю команду — не заводится. Сел аккумулятор.
Думаю так вот в чем дело. Он давно уже просился на помойку, последний месяц было 3-4 полных разряда. Да и новый уже приехал, оставалось забрать в сдэке.
Побежал за аккумулятором, притащил, поставил. Выбор пал на prezident 55d23l hybrid agm . Почему гибрид, просите вы? потому что других в нашей деревне не было. Агм по той же причине, хотя, наверное, все равно купил бы агм. Да я читал, что температура двигателя, что жарко ему итд., но решил проверить, если сдохнет — ну куплю обратно EFB. Но сейчас не об этом.
Пробую запустить двигатель — снова посылает. Ну я уже начал прикидывать как тащить этот кусок металла к диллеру за 850 км.
Дай думаю разберу дверь, сниму все вобще — вдруг действительно не включен датчик и все из-за него.

Взял табурет, сел, кручу. Добрался до ручки — ну точно, болтается провод, рядом болтается датчик.
Обрадовался, воткнул, собрал дверь.
Пробую запустить — ноль эффекта. Просит перевести двигатель в положение OFF.
Пригорюнился я и стал гуглить интернет. Дай думаю закроюсь внутри через метку. Жму метку — а толку ноль. Даже лампочка на ней не загорается. Что такое? вот же только пару дней новой батарейке.
Хорошо завалялась еще одна. Вставил, защелкнул метку, закрыл глаза — жму на кнопку пуска…
О чудо! зажигание включилось, все заработало!
От ошибки бесключевого доступа не осталось и следа!

Вобщем мораль сей басни такова. Запасайтесь батарейками впрок. И доверяйте машину только профессионалам, которые не сломают вам клипсы и не забудут собрать все как было до них.

Хотя если не обращать внимание на эти мелкие оплошности, то со своей работой обклейщики справились хорошо, я доволен. Позже покажу фотографии, опишу что было сделано, что планирую сделать.

Mazda Keyless Entry System Normal operation

The one-button keyless starting system

A one-button starting system has been used, which automatically authorizes the remote-control transmitter located in the request signal output range of the keyless antennas.

Function

When the start button is pressed, the start button system completes authorization or let’s say registration of the remote control in the vehicle.

Engine Start: When the remote transmitter authorization is complete, and the start conditions are completed, the engine is started.

The guide function notifies the driver of the keyless start system conditions via the KEY lights in the instrument cluster to assist the user in operation.

Operation

Authorization of the remote transmitter

• When a driver presses the button, a start button signal is sent to the control unit.
• When the unit detects a certain signal from the button, it issues a request signal through the keyless antennas.
• The radio transmitter gets the signal from the antennas and sends identification data to the receiver.
• The receiver then sends the received identification data to the control unit again.
• The control unit checks the identification data, and in case they match, the power is switched to illuminate the push-start light.

Keyless system malfunction

If the advanced keyless entry system starts to malfunction, some parts of the car, for example, a Mazda MX5, will no longer function usually. For example, the fuel cap may not lock/unlock with the request switch. The trunk lid may not open even when the trunk lid open switch is pressed. The door or fuel cap may not work at all. These are some of the primary signs of a malfunction.

Here are some complaints from a Mazda forum:

«The reason is not clear yet, but my car’s battery is dead. It is a 2020 CX9. After charging, the car starts, and everything works with the remote control, but a yellow warning light appears on IP, causing a keyless malfunction. What caused this, and can I clear it up without going to the dealer? Thanks in advance for your help.»

«The lights on my 2007 cx9 key fob will not come on when pressed and will not unlock the car. I can’t get in the car. The metal key does not open the car by the door handle. I used a skinny Jim to open the door today. The alarm kept going off when the car was on. The metal key in the ignition started the car, and I could drive, but the alarm went off while I was driving. I removed the fuse from the horn to eliminate the noise. The red light of the button on the screen lights up. What is the problem here?»

There are several complaints like these ones on many online forums.

Possible causes of keyless system malfunction

• Wiring of the keyless entry and engine start system
• Body control monitor malfunctions.
• Low-Frequency regulator unit loses connection with control units
• Poor contact of connectors or terminals

Dealing with the problem

If «Keyless Entry System Malfunc. Have the Vehicle Inspected» is displayed on your dashboard, your keyless entry system is faulty.

Diagnostic method

• DETERMINE IF THE CAUSE OF MALFUNCTION IS FUEL CAP BLOCK and perform an inspection.

Does the advanced keyless entry system work normally?

• CHECK IF THE CAUSE OF MALFUNCTION IS OPERATION OTHER THAN THE PERMIT TERM.

Test enhanced keyless operation by pressing each request and the trunk lid release switch when all of the following conditions are met. All doors and trunk lids are closed. Switch off the ignition. The radio transmitter is located in the reception area (80 cm from the driver’s door, front passenger’s door, and trunk lid). Does the advanced keyless entry system work normally?

• CHECK WHETHER THE CAUSE OF THE MALFUNCTION IS OUTSIDE NOISES

Does the malfunction occur at the specified place where the external noise is received, e.g., a TV tower, a power station, or a radio station?

• CHECK TROUBLE SIGNS

Check if the lid of the trunk shows any signs of trouble when opening using the open switch?

• CHECK THE WIRING HARNESS RELATED TO THE TRUNK LID OPENING SWITCH

Check the open-circuit along with the terminals of the cable harness, and the lid of the trunk for any signs of trouble when opening using the open switch. Also, check the open circuit for any signs of trouble.

Check if connector units and related circuits have been corroded, damaged, or disconnected. Also, check the condition of the wires with the circuitry system for any burnt or similar issues.

If you manage to locate the problem, you can fix it by yourself or go to a dealer and point a certain problem to a specialist. This will reduce your expenses dramatically.

• TRUNK LID RELEASE SWITCH CHECK

This can be considered a malfunction of the trunk lid release actuator or the trunk lid latch switch. Again, if you find the problem by yourself, you will not need to pay a lot for

• CHECK HARNESS RELATED TO DOOR LOCK SWITCH

You can check it only visually. If you suspect that the problem is in this wiring, please go to a dealer. The specialist will locate the problem immediately by checking the harness using the professional instruments.

Be careful, repairing the Mazda wiring by yourself is not a very good idea unless you are a certified automobile electrician. This can be not effective at all and this also can be dangerous for your health. Be careful and never disconnect anything unless you know for sure you will be able to connect it back.

• CHECK HARNESS RELATED TO DOOR LOCK SWITCH (SHORT TO GROUND)

Check if the plug of the start-stop unit is disconnected. Check continuity between the following harness terminals (vehicle harness-side) and body ground. Terminal 1P of the start-stop unit. Is there continuity?

Again, you will be able to conduct this check if you have a certain set of the instruments. Also, you should know what you are doing. Otherwise, you may only make things worse.

• CHECK STOP-START SYSTEM CONTINUITY

Check the stop-start system for any signs of damage along with the necessary terminals. Proceed towards repairs or replacement of the malfunctioning systems if you are able to do that.

But better ask a professional to assist you in this hard process. A specialist will immediately locate the problem is the system has wiring issues.

• CHECK WIRING HARNESS RELATED TO DEMAND SWITCH (OPEN CIRCUIT)

Disconnect the LF-ECU and the demand switch connectors. Check continuity between the following terminals (vehicle wiring harness). Order switch terminal D (RF) and control unit terminal A LF. Order switch terminal D (LF) and control device terminal C LF. Is there continuity?

This step is probably possible to complete if you are an electrician. If not, you should have stopped reading this article up to this moment. Unfortunately, the keyless entry system in a modern vehicle is not a simple system at all and it needs professional diagnostics and repair if it has problems.

• CHECK WHETHER THE CAUSE OF THE MALFUNCTION HAS BEEN FIXED

Is the advanced keyless entry system working normally? If yes, congratulations! If no, please go to the dealer or to the repair shop that can deal with the problem. You shouldn’t dig into the wiring much if you don’t know how it all works.

Conclusion and recommendation

It is recommended to contact a specialist (we recommend an authorized Mazda dealer). If the message is displayed or the start button indicator light flashes, the engine may not start.

Having the vehicle checked and repaired by a specialist is the best idea. But you can try and locate the problem. For this, you will only need to follow some of the steps given above. Please don’t so anything that you can’t understand because reassembling the wiring and harness units will not be that easy.

   Проблема центрального замка/блока keyless/ошибка ключа
   

   Здравствуйте. Пишу, уже почти совсем отчаявшись, так как после обращения в 4 сервиса нигде не смогли точно определить ошибку.
   Попробую описать всё в подробностях, с видео и фото-пояснениями.
   Машина: Mazda Axela 2008г 1.5л. Стоит стандартная система безключевого доступа. Т.е. имеется пластинка, с помощью которой можно открыть и закрыть двери, внутри с меткой, с помощью которой без ключа заводится двигатель. И ключ с чипом, заместо этой пластинки. Но им нужно открывать механически.
   Вчера, заглушив двигатель и выключив полностью машину (положение LOCK на зажигании), выхожу из машины, как обычно закрываю дверь, нажимаю на кнопочку на ручке автомобиля, а она начинает коротко пищать (обычно символ того, что забыл выключить зажигание полностью, или машина не видит этого смарт-ключа). Смотрю: у меня и магнитофон не выключился, и мониторчик информационный горит. Еду в сервис (было 19.00 и очень мало кто работал). Приезжаю, опять выключаю зажигание полностью — опять метку не видит, как только дверь открываешь, мониторчик горит, но мафон уже то вкл/то выкл сам. Пока ждал мастера, магнитофон окончательно перестал работать при выключенном зажигании (как и должно быть). Приехал мастер, поковырялся, попробовал нажать на кнопку «закрыть боковые зеркала» — о чудо: они полностью не закрылись и мониторчик потух. Сказал что где-то коротит, нашел вроде как что оголены некоторые провода в месте между дверью и кузовом (пучок проводков), но не критично. Замотал несколько. И вроде все окей. Всё потухло. На радостях уехал. Потом обнаружил, что проблема осталась — метка за порог машина пищит, да еще и можно окна открывать при выключенном зажигании. В общем энергия от аккума идет туда, куда раньше не шла. В ОБЩЕМ: машина, находясь в состоянии LOCK, толком в нем и не находится. Системы работают.
   Сегодня ездил в другой сервис, где после разбора половины салона сказали, что скорее всего коротнул keyless блок (блок дистанционного контроля центрального замка, как то так примерно в книжке написано), и он (блок) думает, что двери всегда открыты. Сам этот блок так найти и не удалось. (Может кто подскажет, или покажет где он именно расположен? Описание в книжке не дало ясно понять: снимите пластик со стороны водителя….потом снимите бордачок и достанте блок). В итоге тоже мастер не чем не помог. Зато теперь уже при положении LOCK перестали открываться закрываться стекла. Но проблема все равно осталось.
   В г.Владивостоке нет официального сервиса Mazda. Ко многим звонишь, описываешь проблему, говорят не занимаются.
   В общем когда мне 4 электрика сказали думай и решай сам… совсем грустно стало.
   Очень надеюсь на Вашу помощь, уважаемые форумчане. Может кто сталкивается, или может подсказать? Есть какие нибудь мысли?

   p.s. так же самая ошибка, когда вместо смарт кея использую обычный чипованый ключик

   Помогает закрыть двери только скидывание клеммы с аккумулятора и постановка её обратно, вот результат как и должно быть:

   как вариант (сам не подскажу, ибо у мну подобная система не стоит) — позвони официалам в любой город и спроси где найти блок. где-то, всё равно, хороший человек найдется и подскажет

   Официалы врятли помогут… я по поводу своей проблемы обращался — ноль эмоций!
   На ДВ только последними КОДОвскими Мазда занимаются…
   Это надо искать толкового электрика либо через кого-то выходить на дилеров в европейской части! Общаться не по телефону, а с глазу на глаз… По телефону/мылу культурно послать могут…

Brake Pedal Operation Demand Warning Light (Some Models)

When only flashing

Flashes if there is the possibility of the vehicle not being held in the stopped position by the AUTOHOLD function, such as on steep slopes. Depress and hold your foot on the brake pedal.

When flashing and beep sound is activated at the same time

The warning light flashes and the beep sound is activated for about five seconds if there is a problem with the system. If the warning light flashes and the warning sound is activated, immediately depress the brake pedal and stop using the AUTOHOLD function then contact an expert repairer, we recommend an Authorised Mazda Repairer.

Electric Parking Brake (EPB) Indication/Indicator Light

Make sure the key is within the operational range for signal transmission. Switch the ignition off, and then restart the engine. If the engine does not start after 3 or more tries, contact an expert repairer, we recommend an Authorised Mazda Repairer.

When the light is turned on

• The light continues to remain on even though the i-stop OFF switch has been pressed while the engine is running.

When the light is flashing
