Способ исправления

Эту статью я уже видел как и множество других.
Но дело в том, что даже официальная документация немного устарела.
Рассказываю еще подробнее. При скачивании Office Deployment Tool и при его распаковке в любую удобную папку появляются 3 конфигурационных файла и setupodt.exe, который раньше когда-то назывался просто setup.exe. Мне конечно не составит труда его переименовать в старое название, но это не дает ровным счетом ничего.

На нем наглядно пишут проверить наличие свободного места на диске и подключения к интернету. (Это, конечно, может быть просто заглушкой, но других вариантов не предлагают.)

Первое не требует пояснений. Второе даже при наличии интернета и работающих сайтов может означать, что вы просто не можете достучаться до серверов Office. Продиагностировать можете полным удалением стороннего защитного ПО, дальше с Fiddler, примеры

Vadikan, продолжаю разбираться с проблемой. Сперва — места на диске у меня много. Я даже пытался на разных логических разделах возиться с этими файлами (а мало ли? ). Не помогает.
Теперь точно понятно, что не могу достучаться до серверов Microsoft. Спасибо за направление. До этого я на виртуальную машину ставил десятку и семерку (слышал, что офис 2019 только для десятки, но команда то для скачивания должна же была сработать!). Ничего не помогает. Пытался шаманить с сетью. Тоже мимо. Думал вообще на телеметрию. Я ее постоянно жестко отключаю, но нет.

В Fiddler красным блокируется запрос microsoft. И еще несколько, например, какой-то lpsnmedia.net.
Зашел в гости к другу. Недалеко живем. Разные провайдеры. Такая же проблема.

Взял ноутбук родителей (у самого настольный пк), расшарил wi-fi с телефона (в нем безлимитные, мобильные данные). Такая же проблема.

Мысли про то, что блокирует конкретный провайдер отпадают, так как у друга он уже был другим.
Про РКН вообще не думаю. Живу в Латвии. Он то никак здесь мне не может мешать. Тут все торрент сайты открыты, нет анти запрета и никто не заморачивается.

Пошел в гости ко второму другу и на этот раз мне повезло! Папка скачалась! Перекинул папку к себе в каталог с другими файлами и второй командой поставил офис.
Рандомно повезло интересно проверить еще и через VPN.
Все это странно конечно.

Я смог! Я смог решить свою проблему!
Такая глупая ошибка.
Рассказываю как все делал в деталях.
В корне системного, логического раздела «С» создал папку Office
Скачал Office Deployment Tool, поместил установщик в эту папку (хоть это и не имеет большого значения, но каждую мелочь опишу!)
Распаковал все эти конфигурационные файлы в эту папку.
Открыл командную строку от имени администратора, ввел cd , а потом cd C:Office
Переименовал нужный конфигурационный файл просто в config.xml (мало ли черточка мешает)
Переименовал setupodt.exe в setup.exe.
И ввел команду setup /download config.xml
По сути ничего необычного!

В чем была моя ошибка и еще одна ошибка?
Также расскажу про еще одну ошибку, на которую я также вступил.
Новая ошибка заключается в том, чтобы не допускать кириллицы в команде.
К примеру, если я бы все делал на рабочем столе, а не в корне диска С, то команда могла быть такой C:UsersspectOneDriveРабочий столOffice. Палку в колесо воткнула OneDrive. Облако синхронизирует рабочий стол и вместо Desktop просто пишется «Рабочий стол». В команде кириллица — проблемы обеспечены.
Но на моей старой системе, когда создавал здесь вопрос, такого не было. Я обошел это стороной тогда.
Главная моя проблема была в другом! В том, что рядом со всеми этими файлами я создавал батники с этими двумя командами на скачивание и установку офиса.
Батники я запускал с обычными правами и вылезала эта ошибка. Запуск от имени администратора вообще ничего не давал. Только на секунду появлялась черное окно.
Поэтому нужно все таки запускать командную строку, cd-шками добираться до места назначения, опасаясь русских букв в пути (думаю и пробелов тоже) и писать команду, а не лениться.
История о том как хотел все упростить, а на самом деле усложнил себе жизнь, потратил десяток часов, несколько переустановок разных систем. в общем, разобрался! Победил

Не желает устанавливаться никакой пакет MS Office на свежеустановленную Win7 со всеми обновлениями

Вероятно блокировали доступ с российских IP.

Step 5: Delete the Microsoft Office registry sub keys

  1. Open Registry Editor.
  2. Delete the following registry sub keys:

При установке появляется окно:

Скачивал разные раздачи, везде один результат.
Запускал от имени администратора. Офиса раньше не было.

Твик не сработал потому что:
Кодировка должна быть ANSI
Нет прав — для начала надо стать владельцем.

Качество твика не проверял.
Особо в тему не вникал.

Если будут логи gsi + sfc + состояние хранилища + chkdsk то попробую посмотреть, если увижу явные проблемы скажу.
Для всех логов скрипты выложены тут на кибере,можно и вручную сделать,без разницы.

Решил вопрос с ошибкой «удаленный компьютер не найден».

подсказку нашел, при попытке вручную запустить службу планировщика заданий через «администрирование».
НО!
Приключения продолжаются)
Ни папок,ни разделов «Office» для удаления из планировщика нет…

После вышенаписанного сделал очередную попытку установить ОФИС,
установка почти дошла до конца(прежде этого не наблюдалось), и снова отключилась.
После этого появились эти папки «Office», поэтому пойду пока по вашему пути.

3. Запустите установку Office и дождитесь появления ошибки установки;
4. Разверните свёрнутый Process Monitor и нажмите на значок лупы;

РИСК, Не надо было ставить фильтр на события ACCESS DENIED (у вас не тот случай).
Повторите лог:
1. Запустите Process Monitor > в окне Process Monitor нажмите на значок фильтра > в окне фильтра нажмите RESET > APLY > OK
2. Запустите приложение , чтобы появилась ошибка.
3. Идете в Process Monitor, в окне Process Monitor > нажимаете меню File -> Save -> CSV-формат
4. Пришлите лог в архиве.

Сделал последнюю попытку и…ПОЛУЧИЛОСЬ!!!

Здравствуйте!
Помогите: в Office 2016 не могу поставить языковой пакет польского языка (64-bit; сборка офиса 16.0.4266.1001). Скачал яз.пакет с оф.сайта и при установке выдаёт ошибку 30029-1011(0).

Polase, Проведите диагностику состояния офиса его же внутренними средствами и затем, через программы и компоненты ПКМ по офису, изменить, восстановить или установить доп.компоненты установите языковый пакет.

Добрый день. Вин 10. Офис 2016 не ставится. Реестр чистил, папки удалял и тд..
До Нового года все было отлично. Но потом Вин 10 обновился, и начались проблемы..
Обновление снес, но не помогает все равно.

По пробуйте установить Office 2016, версию х32. Должна установиться.

seo99, эту https://aka.ms/diag_officeuninstall программу пробовали? она удаляет все следы. после нужно произвести чистую установку microsoft office. кстати, откуда офис берете? могу в лс дать ссылку на проверенный 2007 или 2016 офис

V1RTuE, да, чистил и этой программой, и в ручную реестр и тд.. ничего не помогает Началось с того, что в сборка 13 Офиса не установилась, заведомо рабочая.

  2. Error code:0x8007007B while activation of MS-Office Pro Plus 2010

    One month ago, I have undergone a virus software attack leading to reset of my pc, all of my files were intact, just applications and features were removed. Then I installed Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010, and now I am getting this notifications regarding activation key. Look at the screenshot below.

    Then, I entered Product key, it was perfectly accepted and the and the installation process was then completed.

    But, then, when I relaunched the programme, it again asked me for activation Key. However times I enter and make my MS product validated, in the very next time, it always shows me that obnoxious Activation Wizard.

    I have seen this discussion, none of the workarounds suggested there, worked for me. I never got an run as administrator option upon right click, which was one of the suggestions stated there.

    Also, followed some discussions like this, this and this, but those are different problems.

    Just the link of discussion in MS site was reasonable, but that didn’t solve my problem.

    Any way out?

  3. Office Pro Plus 2016 — Win7 transfer to Win10 licence failure

    Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2016 has been running for about 2 years under Win7 (Dell laptop x64)

    I now wish to transfer Office Pro Plus 2016 to a new Win10 system (Dell Inspiron 17 3793 laptop; supplied with multiple Office 365 versions — and since all deleted)

    I have uninstalled Office Pro Plus 2016 and afterwards installed it on the Win 10 laptop — but the product key is rejected: «This product cannot be activated because the product key is not valid» (after running Microsoft’s Activation Troubleshooter for Office 2019 & Office 2016: officeact.diagcab and launching Word 2016)

    I have also tried running cscript ospp.vbs /act (as suggested in Kari’s ‘Office License Management Tool’) but see:

    ERROR DESCRIPTION: The activation server determined the specified product key has been blocked.
    NOTICE: A KB article has been detected for activation failure: 0xC004C003

    The recommended URL generates «Sorry, page not found»

    So, suggestions for a possible remedy welcome.

    Unable to install Microsoft office 2016 professional plus

    I have a similar problem where a Office Professional Plus 2016 32-bit version has failed to install and is still unresolved. Here are my steps and the additional links from Microsoft which may work for you (but which have still not resolved my own problem)

    Office 2016 Installation problem

    Installing on a Windows 10 Desktop 8gm Rm running Office 2010 32-bit.

    Microsoft advised us to first uninstall our old Office 2010 before installing the new Office 2016 program. Our Office 2010 had run well for 6 years, but that is when the installation problem began.

    When trying to install the OFFICE 2016 32-bit package, it quickly stops with the following error:

    When clearing that error, it always shows second error: We researched blogs and found this problem to be very common whenever an older Office version was uninstalled prior to installing Office 2016, and we followed all the following suggestions (with full reboots each time).

    1. RAN SFC on drive C: and found no errors.
    2. Ran RUN %ProgramData% and renamed Office.help to Office.Help.Old
    3. Ran the MS Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter.
    4. Ran a Clean Boot.
    5. Ran Control Panel — in startup found Windows Installer was on and set for Manual.
    6. Went back to VLSC site 6 more times and downloaded a fresh Office 2016 (32-bit version) in case any files were corrupt, but I still got the same install messages.

    Below are links to Microsoft that have worked for some, but not all, users. I believe Using Windows 10 UNIVSTALL (before) running the Office 2016 ISO file either removes an important registry entry, or inserts one that causes the new install to fail. Hopefully one of these will help you.
