Всем привет. Принесли в ремонт аппарат вот с такой ошибкой.
Пробег — 21 тысяча.
При включении после стандартной попытки инициализации вываливается в 6200. Если перезапустить его раз 6-7 — выходит в готовность. Внутренние датчики показывают температуру 80-100 при невыходе в готовность. Когда выходит — 145 по центру, всё ок. Если даже после выхода в готовность дать ему остыть и вывести из ждущего режима — опять отваливается по 6200.
Визуальный осмотр печи и нагревательного элемента — проведён, ничего не дал.
Плата питания — на вид ок.
Пробовал перепрошить, принтер прошился успешно — без изменений.
Даже подкидывал ему термодатчик с FK-1150 (он на вид абсолютно такой же) — не помогло.
Другие запчасти подкинуть возможности нет.
А, да. Картриджи стоят совместимка — хайблэк и кактус.

Replace the main PWB when the MAC address is not indicated on the network status page.

Clean the terminal of the connectors on the main PWB, reconnect the connector of the wire, and reconnect the FFC terminal. If the wire or the FFC is faulty, repair or replace them. If not resolved, replace the main PWB.

If the machine serial number on the engine PWB is different at U004, reattach the EEPROM. If not repaired, replace the EEPROM on the engine PWB by referring to the following procedures. 1. Acquire the job’s log if the phenomenon can be reproduced by specifying the job when the error was detected. 3 Checking the main PWB The connector or the FFC is not connected properly. Or, the wire, FFC, the PWB is faulty. Clean the terminal of the connectors on the main PWB, reconnect the connector of the wire, and reconnect the FFC terminal. If the wire or the FFC is faulty, repair or replace them. If not resolved, replace the main PWB.

Может картридж несовместимый? Они бывают внешне очень похожи. Нужно больше конкретики.. какой картридж засовываете, что за ошибка на дисплее

Больше похоже на то что где то что то засорилось, или кусок бумаги где то зажевало… возможно разбирать надо

Может контакт плохой в том месте где чип картриджа

Завтра попробуем и калибровку, и почистить. потом уже отпишусь что помогло, и помогло ли)

Можно попробовать на другом МФУ таком же, если конечно, есть возможность

Добрый день. Та же проблема, что и описано выше. Чипы меняли, пропылесосили, сбрасывали — не помогает.

До калибровки дело не доходит, он выбрасывает из меню, как только заходишь в сервис.

нет. при старте системы, он предупреждает о том, что мы используем не оригинальные картриджи и предлагает продолжить. В этот же момент он показывает только 3 картриджа (YMK), а картридж C уже не виден МФУ. Как то всё очень странно.

Попробуйте другой картридж? Может этот не новый. У нас бывало путали..

Думаете чипы должны быть однотипными в наборе ? Т.е или все не оригинальные или все родные ?
Если с аппаратом Kyocera TASKalfa 1800, Kyocera TASKalfa 2200 произошла проблема, откроется следующий экран с уведомлением.
• Индикатор [Внимание] на панели управления горит или мигает.
• На дисплее сообщений панели управления аппарата появилось сообщение об ошибке.
Если индикатор [Внимание] горит или мигает и на дисплее сообщений панели управления аппарата появилось сообщение об ошибке, проверьте KYOCERA Client Tool или Монитор состояния.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ Если индикаторы постоянно горят и мигают не так, как описано выше, вероятно, произошла ошибка службы. Выключите питание, отсоедините шнур питания и вставьте его обратно, после чего включите питание. Это может помочь сбросить ошибку. Если ошибка не исчезает, свяжитесь со своим представителем сервисной службы (тел. в Минске +375 17 291-28-24)
