Really the service manual doesn’t provide a lot of details about the  Kyocera FS3900DN – FS4000DN Error Code C6130. Check the S thermistor. Well, OK then. Service Manual Technical Information for the Error Code C6130
1. Poor contact in the  fuser thermistor S  connector terminals.
Reinsert the connector.
2. Broken fuser thermistor  S wire.
Measure the resistance. If it is ∞ Ω, replace  the fuser thermistor S.
3. Fuser thermistor S  installed incorrectly.
Check and reinstall if necessary.

Additional Advice

1. Turn the machine off then back on.

2. Remove the thermistor and clean off the surface that comes into contact with the hot roller.

3. Make sure, when installed, that the thermistor gently touches the surface of the hot roller.

4. Replace the fusing assembly.

Доброго!!! Принесли аппарат с ошибкой 6130:0545470. Аппарат выходит в готовность и сразу вываливается в ошибку, печка греется. Термисторы звонятся: маленький- 357 кОм, большой -220 кОм, прогреваю зажигалкой оба термистора уменьшают сопротивление.Проверял и на самих термисторах и на разъёмах. Это нормальные сопротивления или нет? В БП ( по SM ) пока не полез. :drink1

Желательно вообще то не гадать, а нормально все делать. То есть найти для начала печку и попробовать заменить. Тут два варианта, условно, либо печка неисправна, либо плата PWB.

Ещё заметил одну вещь, кулачки прижимающие рез.вал стоят по разному! Т.е. высота на которую поднят кулачок ,при вытаскивании печки , разная. Соответственно имеем перекос прижима рез.вала к тефлону.

Жень, ты че-то одичал, на людей кидаешься, а еще не пьятница) Даже пробег не огласил, а трясешь всех за диагноз. Сначала хоть глазами на датчики посмотри — может, там уже дыры.

Да, не глянул.
Но тогда вообще никаких вопросов нет. Какие претензии к печке? Она по два круга не ходит, и так уже 109% на счетчике. Замена ремкомплектов, без вариантов.

Датчики в норме , почищены! Тефлон стоит не родной(серый). Хозяин сегодня признался, что приходил МАСТЕР и на месте делал ремонт печки!!!Думаю горе-сервис поменял тефлон и впихнул на силу печку,не делая по мануалу( вернее не зная как её ставить)!!! :-)) :-)) :-))

Будем копать дальше! Сейчас принесли P3145dn ,сниму печку посмотрю расположение кулачков для уверенности на 100%. :drink1

Да, в 4200 кулачки приводятся в движение моторчиком, а в P3145 — рычажком, если ничего не путаю.

Докладываю! На Р3145 кулачки уже опущены. Соответственно уже программно решено разводить рез.вал и тефлон при выключении ( при остановке печати думаю они не разводятся ). :drink1

Индикатор ошибки на Kyocera TASKalfa 1800/2200Если с аппаратом Kyocera TASKalfa 1800, Kyocera TASKalfa 2200 произошла проблема, откроется следующий экран с уведомлением.
• Индикатор [Внимание] на панели управления горит или мигает.
• На дисплее сообщений панели управления аппарата появилось сообщение об ошибке.

Если индикатор [Внимание] горит или мигает и на дисплее сообщений панели управления аппарата появилось сообщение об ошибке, проверьте KYOCERA Client Tool или Монитор состояния.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ Если индикаторы постоянно горят и мигают не так, как описано выше, вероятно, произошла ошибка службы. Выключите питание, отсоедините шнур питания и вставьте его обратно, после чего включите питание. Это может помочь сбросить ошибку. Если ошибка не исчезает, свяжитесь со своим представителем сервисной службы (тел. в Минске +375 17 291-28-24)

Все современные копировальные аппараты, мфу и принтеры Kyocera имеют возможность диагностировать все узлы устройства в режиме запуска и во время работы аппарата. По этому, если во время включения или во время работы произошел сбой, то техника Kyocera сможет сообщить о наличии ошибки. 

В большинстве случаев у аппаратов Kyocera код ошибки отображается на дисплее, в остальных случаях тип ошибки зависит от последовательности и количества миганий индикаторов. Если Ваш копировальный аппарат, МФУ или принтер Kyocera выдал на дисплее некий код, то узнать причину, описание возникновения ошибки, а так же в каком узле аппарата стоит искать проблему.
