Cause

There is a slot in which the cartridge has

not been inserted more than a certain

time.

A problem has occurred in the ink car-

tridge IC chip information.

The used count has exceeded the pre-

scribed value.

Remaining ink is 0 in the cartridge (ink

end/ only when the 4-color ink set is

used)?

The thermistor connection of a heater is

defective.

The temperature abnormality of the

heater has been detected.

When this error occurred and if the tem-

perature abnormality cannot be

resolved, the power supply of the

machine is forcibly turned off.

Due to a certain error, the function can-

not be performed.

There remains received data that has

not yet been printed.

An error occurred in the mounted heads.

The media width or the media length

required for printing is not enough.

An error occurred in the main PCB

Description: The ink bottle has not been set for a certain amount of time.
Remedy: Set the ink bottle. 1. Check that the ink bottle has been inserted correctly. 2. Check the sensor operation with [#TEST INK UNIT].

Display: ERROR 702 THERMISTOR
Description: Defective of the thermistor (disconnection or short)
Remedy: 1. Check each thermistor. 2. Replace the main PCB with a new one.

Description: UVLED Drive PCB over heat error Temperature of the PCB is over 95 degree (Celsius). **:sub code *1:Drive PCB of the UVLED1(left) is over heat. *2:Drive PCB of the UVLED2(right) is over heat. *=1 — 2 : Drive PCB 1 — 2
Remedy: 1. Check the operation of the UVLED fan. 2. Check the operation of the water cooling pump. 3. Check the water cooling radiator fan, 4. Check the water amount of the cooling device. 5. Lower the peripheral temperature of PCB. 6. Replace the PCB with new one.

Display: ERROR 707 !HD HEATER BRK
Description: Is the heater of the head disconnected? (The temperature does not rise after heating for over a certain period of time.)
Remedy: 1. Check the room temperature is not too low. 2. Replace the print head with a new one. 3. Replace the HDC PCB with a new one.

Display: SYSTEM HALT (*) 711 : LED OVHT 0**0**

C37 MARK ORG	The register mark detection result shows that the register marks were outside the register mark reading range.	Set the register marks within the register mark reading range. Reading Range of Register Marks
C38 MARK SCALE	Register mark detection was performed, but the calculated correction value is abnormal, so either the detection was erroneous or the correction value was incorrectly specified.	Check the correction value and repeat detection.

Если в работе устройства возникают проблемы, то раздается звуковой сигнал, и на дисплее появляется соответствующее сообщение об ошибке.

Выполните необходимые корректирующие действия в соответствии с сообщением на дисплее.

Ошибки, сопровождающиеся предупредительными сигналами

Эти ошибки обычно имеют отношение к элементам устройства, которые связаны с чернилами.

Сообщения об ошибках

В сообщениях об ошибках указан номер ошибки. Если на дисплее появилось какое-либо сообщение об ошибке, отключите питание устройства и затем через некоторое время включите его снова. Если на дисплее вновь появится такое же сообщение, свяжитесь с местным дистрибьютором MIMAKI или обратитесь за помощью непосредственно в сервисную службу компании MIMAKI.

Значит, БС кардинально отличается от обычного 33 или (что скорее всего) Вы смотрите не на ту папку параметров…

121 только был 0

Принтер ОЖИЛ…… и вышел в локал 2 .

Все функции заработили…. УРА……!!!!

Индикаторы только по прежнему красные.

ИМХо либо не работают чипы, либо не правильно выбрана краска… Там 3 варианта попробуйте все…

Вот тут надо уточнять у людей, которые с этим экспериментировали … Как вариант могу предположить что Вам ничего не мешает пометь, один или два параметра или по очереди обратно на нули…

Или опять дождаться ответа от того кто знает как поменять вид чернил через сервисное меню

BS инсталлируется так же как и обычная только при установке чернильниц надо заводить вес пакета, ну и при install знать diller code.

параметрами можно только уйти от fillupa, а тип и схему и первичную инициализацию увы.

Выяснили что принтер живой.

Стал выполнять все функции и настройки…..кроме печати….. :-)

При попытке напечатать , даже теста, выдаёт ошибка 30.

Будем искать чипы к СНЧП.

Действительно на прошивках можно выбрать все три типа чипов или на определенных ВС 1 не доступны? Напомните.

К сожалению я не большой спец, в этом разделе, дела так всего один раз и это был полноценный JV33… С БС с прошивками системными/настройками не возился ни разу

Sokell

На прошивке ниже 2 нет ВС2,3.

Нет, а Вы думаете это меняет смысл?

И причем тут версия прошивки?, Раньше вообще было все проще (если про голову)

1) Понижаешь до 2.2

2) Ставишь левую голову

3) Повышаешь до актуальной

И все работало… говорят сейчас чтото изменилось и до актуальной версии не подымишь, голова видится перестает…

ЗЫ И вообще параметры и прошивка насколько понизиться не одно и тоже, но повторюсь я не большой спец в сервисных настройках, вернее сказать никакой, сталкивался только пару тройку раз, и то консультировался обычно…

We’ve all been in the situation where your Mimaki displays an error code with a number and abbreviated error code but, what are they trying to tell us? See below for the most common error codes that appear on Mimaki JV33 & CJV30 printers.

Error 01 Main Rom — The main board may be failing. Turn off the printer, wait 15 minutes, and power back on. If the error persists, replace the main board.

Error 02 Main Ram — The main board may be failing. Turn off the printer, wait 15 minutes, and power back on. If the error persists, replace the main board.

Error 03 Power +6v, +24v, +42v — The power board is malfunctioning. Check the output power for each voltage and replace as needed.

Error 04 F-Rom — The main board may be failing. Reinstall your system parameters and try to boot. If the error persists, replace the main board.

Error 06 SD-Ram — The main board may be failing. Turn the power off for 15 minutes and then power back on. If the error persists, replace the main board and then PRAM board.

Error 07 Head, Voltage — There is a short in the head circuit. Check your head cables for damage, corrosion, ink splatter etc. and replace as necessary. If the error persists, replace the print head.

Error 08 Linear Encoder: Sensor, DIR., Count — The encoder strip and/or sensor is dirty or damaged. Clean the encoder strip with alcohol and air dust the sensor. If the error persists, replace the strip and then sensor in that order.

Error 36-C Mark Detect — The mark sensor did not detect the crop marks. Make sure the crop mark settings are setup properly. Clean the sensor with alcohol and then run the sensor sensitivity adjustment. If the error persists, replace the sensor.

Error 40 Motor Alarm X — The feed motor is under too much load. Make sure there is nothing jamming the grit roller or anything that might be keeping the motor from moving such as the media being at the end of the roll and still glued to the core.

Error 41 Motor Alarm Y — The motor that moves the head back and forth is under too much load. Make sure there is nothing jamming the head or anything that might be keeping the head from moving.

Error 42 X Over Current — The feed motor is requiring too much voltage to move. Make sure there is nothing jamming the grit roller or anything that might be keeping the motor from moving such as the media being at the end of the roll and still glued to the core. Replace the motor and then main board in that order if the error persists.

Error 43 Y Over Current — The motor that moves the head back and forth is requiring too much voltage. Make sure there is nothing jamming the head or anything that might be keeping the head from moving. Clean the encoder strip and air dust the sensor first. Replace the encoder strip, sensor, motor and then main board in that order if the error persists.

Error 46 Wiper — The wiper failed to return to the home position or the sensor has failed. Check for anything that may be preventing the wiper from sliding properly, then clean and grease the rail the wiper slides on. Clean the wiper sensor with air dust and alcohol. If the error persists, replace the wiper sensor, then maintenance board in that order.

Error 50 Media Detect — The printer failed to measure the material width. Make sure the media is loaded properly. Clean the media sensor with alcohol and air duster. Run the sensor adjustment. If the error persists, replace the sensor.

Error 120 Environment Temp (Low) — It’s too cold in your office.

Error 121 Environment Temp (Hi) — It’s too hot in your office.

Error 144 Cartridge Set! — One or more of your cartridges are not reading properly or are the incorrect ink type. Double check that the ink is the proper kind and color. If the error persists, buy new ink or get new chips from your supplier.

Error 170 Cutter Lock — The cut tool fails to lock in the home position. Change system parameter number 37 CLKAJST to 0, power the machine off by the main power switch in the back and then power back on. This will automatically adjust the lock position.

Error 170 Print Head Lock — The print head fails to lock at the home position. Make sure the hook on the right side of the head is intact. If the error persists, replace the head lock solenoid.

Error 181 PR Position — The pinch rollers are not properly set. Make sure each pinch roller is located over a grit roller. Arrows on the printer indicate the allowed pinch roller locations.

Error 200 Head Memory — The head memory is failing or unplugged. Make sure the head memory is connected properly. If the error persists, replace the head memory cable, then replace the head.

Error 202 Device Construction — Either the head you installed is not the proper head or the head itself is damaged. Reinstall the head cables to rule it out as a possibility. If the cables don’t fix it, it’s usually a bad head.
