Error (also Spider Error) is a main character in Minusculetale. Error is a spider who is currently acquainted with Ink throughout the majority of Minusculetale.
Comic storyline
Chapter 1
Error has a freak encounter with Ink after being attacked by an unseen crow. Ink helped patch Error up before offering to be friends. Error, intrigued by Ink’s unflinching nature compared to how all other insects ran away from Error (except perhaps for Fresh). Error walks off and leaves Ink without eating him like he usually does lots to other insects, although Ink is still mad at how Error didn’t become his friend. (this is an example of Ink’s particularly ‘crazy’ behavior)[1]
Chapter 3
Error is re-introduced, this time as a main character, in the beginning of Chapter 3, when Error walked in on Horror, Killer, Nightmare, and Dust as Nightmare was scolding Horror for trying to eat Ink, as all thought that Ink was dead. When he arrives, Nightmare just tells him to keep Ink and stay off the wasp’s territory. Error leaves, but not after telling the rest that Ink wasn’t dead. The others don’t seem to care.[2]
Error brought Ink back to his lair and tied him dangling upside down with string. Ink woke up after an unspecified period of time and Ink kept on acting smarmy, although Error pretended[dubious] to try and eat Ink, effectively scaring him. He then agreed to help Ink get back home as he was the one that took Ink to his lair, because he would rather not see him dead.[2]
Error continues to accompany Ink throughout the rest of Chapter 3.[2]

Backstory
The following is an excerpt of Error’s official backstory in Minusculetale; no text, including typographical errors, has been changed from the original source.[3]
Error was born in a forest of fir trees, under an old trunk. He’s always a shy spider and he has difficulty finding friends… Something he’s depressed.
When he grew up, he met Nightmare and they became friends… But Nightmare had a strange idea… Without any reason, when error was distracted, Nightmare pushed the Error’s head into the water. Error was drowning, he called for help, but nobody came… So Error faints and from then on will have the trauma.
He never spoke to Nightmare again and other insect[conflicting].
