iPF750 ошибка 03130031-2F13

Добрый вечер всем! Возникла такая вот проблема. После переезда включили плоттер, он начал прокачивать чернила из ПЗК, после прокачки вываливается эта Аппаратная ошибка под номером 03130031-2F13 и просит перезапутить. Перезапуск ничего не даёт. В сервис режиме запускается, все сопла идеальны, все тесты проходит. Опытным путем выяснилось что ошибка вылазит про попытке Очистки головки. Если её запустить из сервис меню, начинаются странные звуки, как у плохо работающего стартера на авто, процесс стоит на месте и через минуты 4 опять вылазит эта ошибка. Печатать не даёт естественно, хотя из сервиса всё печатается шикарно. В чём может быть проблема и как её попробовать решить? Если надо могу выложить аудио запись как он стучит во время попытке очистить головку. Кстати звук идёт со стороны левых и правых баков. Помогите пожалуйста.

При установке ПГ после промывки, при прокачке чернил выскакивает такая-же ошибка 03130031-2F13.
Картриджи дозапрвленные, контроль уровня чернил отключен.
Если купить новую ПГ ошибка уйдёт, или надо картриджи новые покупать ?

В общем проблема толком не решилась. Включаешь, он делает прокачку чернил, отпечатываем один документ любой, он опять начинает делать прокачку и вылетает с ошибкой… Нахрена ему столько чернил непонятно… кто что думает по этому поводу?

ничего понять не могу, плоттер ipf 750 в работе с октября 2013, прошел совсем ничего, тест дюз 100%.
распечатал PRINT INF,

теперь как это в ml перевести?
INK-USE1 показывает пробег всего 800,1 ml
насторожил следующий параметр: COUNTER-EXCHANCE-HEAD EXC. :1
потому как все остальные параметры :0
может этот HEAD EXC. как-то обнулить и жизнь наладится?

Аппаратно срок жизни ПГ год или 22 литра чернил. Вроде как не должно из-за ПГ. Чернила какие?

Don,
я же говорю, дюзы 100%. ни одной дюзы не выпало, это не засор. Чернила DCTec для IPF, MBK — OCP BKP-44 ( потому как MBK DCTec просто кончился ). Эти чернила бегают на 605-х без проблем с головкой.
У одного клиента тоже 750-й, в декабре аппарат потребовал замену головки. Клиент купил новую, поставил — работает без проблем. Старую головку прислал мне для промывки. Головка абсолютно чистая. Я ему обратно отправил, попросил проверить. Пока не проверял, работы на плоттере много, лежит как запасная.
Вот я и думаю почему два 750-х аппарата с разным пробегом и чистыми головками работать не хотят.
нашел вот такой документ про гарантию
PF-03
есть такой пункт
Warranty Condition for PF-03
The print head PF-03 carries a warranty described in the warranty statement. The condition is either one year from the purchase of the print head, or when the printer’s internal dot counter changes from “a” to “b”., whichever comes first.
для PF-04 наверняка что-то подобное есть. Может мой случай просто под гарантию попадает?

Вчера принесли заказ на 200 метров печати. Начали печатать без проблем. Сегодня вылезла эта ошибка. 7 часов ломали голову, обзвонили все СЦ. В СЦ все как один говорят о замене материнской платы. 39.000 тыс. Прибавьте стоимость работы и стоимость новго головы. Получаем новый принтер) Разобрали машину, проверили оптопару. Почистили от пыли. Не помогло. Проверили все шестерни на наличие скола. Все целые. Облазили буржуйские форумы. Решения нет.
Конечной точкой стало снятие резака и очистителя с каретки + протирка штаги спиртовыми салфетками. Перетянули принтер напрямую в розетку мимо бесперебойника. Четверть заказа уже отпечатали) Все работает! Режем канцелярским ножом (сняли крышку) Каждые 10 метров протираем штангу. Меняли головки с этой ошибкой. Первое время все работало. Потом снова. Проверяйте тампон на очистителя и меняйте его, если тампон твердый.

Don, dcTEC Hongsam. MBK — оригинальные.
Да и при чем тут чернила. Расшифровка ошибки — Carriage Motion Error/Hardware Error. Тут или штанга грязная, или надлом шестерней, или электроника.

1. Check for abnormal carriage drive loada. Faulty carriage idler pulley (broken spring hook, dropped belt teeth)
b. Faulty linear encoder sensor
( soiled or flawed linear encoder, or improper mounting position / tension )
c. Soiled carriage rail ( unlock the purge unit and move it by hand)* Never oil the carriage rail!!!
d. Improper carriage belt tension

Check main controller J3101-1 for 32v during initial operation at start up

The problem is reported to have occurred as a result of a faulty cutter, depending on the version of firmware.

Very common. Wipe the encoder strip with pure isopropyl alcohol gently. Use a flashlight and shine it throught the strip to inspect it for smudges,etc. I know Canon states not to oil the rail(Oilite bushings on carriage) but i work on a lot of these and you have to clean the rails and oil with light oil regularly. Also make sure rail wiper is replaced when needed.

I agree on the alcohol, but I strongly disagree on the oil. The shaft will have some blackish dirt on it after some time which the shaft cleaner cannot clean.
However the iPF700/10 series are not as sensitive as the latest series regarding this issue.We have a iPF820 which is «2F26 CURSED»

I didn’t wanna go into this — but since you insist :
This plotter is CURSED !
The plotter has done approx 12 miles. No issues except the 2f26.
First when we noticed the error we did standard checking & cleaning procedure.
Plotter seemed ok. After a week customer calls again. Same error.We go there. Change linear scale and encoder sensor on the carriage & bushings.
Flashed the latest firmware.
Plotter ok.After 2 weeks — customer calls again — the same error
We go there. Change flex cable & bushing of the carriage.
Plotter ok.After 1 month same story.
We go — change the carriage. Plotter ok.After 3 months — again customer calls.
So I am not going through all the story but we replaced:
flexi cable x 3 times
linear scale x 2 times
encoder sensor x 2 times
carriage horizontal motor
main-board
purge unitWe didn’t have power supply board as a spare part. But we did order it and it will come these days.
That is the only part left.The issue with the plotter is that after we visit, the plotter works.
It will print for 10 — 20 days even a month than again pop up 2f26.The error will mostly occur during start of a print. The carriage will move one or two times than somewhere in the middle of the shaft it will bump.There is a noise when it stops.
We are our of ideas with this plotter.
Waiting for the power supply board to replace, maybe also the print-head, than I don’t know…
The worst part is that :
YOU DON’T KNOW FOR SURE IF YOU FIXED IT !!!!

sounds like a voltage drop interruption or grounding issue/
used to have this bump sound drag issue on scanner rails in the large NP Models that were not grounded properly , or had various other items using same line,unnoticed because electrician tapped in the line from another office or floor.
drove u crazy replacing bushings to no avail .After hooking up a line monitor w/readout -Outlet voltage would drop during the day from 115v to 105/100v = Amazing ~~~~~~~
this is why we demand a Dedicated Line on all New Installs or New contracts since 2006.

I don’t know…
To be honest I didn’t think of this reason. Now that you mention it — it makes a lot of sense.
But customer «copy-shop» has extra protection.
The whole system gets the power from a big UPS (which also regulates the voltage), who powers up a bunch of devices.
All the other devices are fine. I will post after we replace power supply of the printer.
Also we will check the readout of the UPS.
