kyocera task 250 ci error code 9540
dear all.. how to sort this problem..
in my office one of my technician swap the parts
i have one machine with the example machine no: qjk1223309
for testing purpose i removed the main board and engine board..
i think he removed eprom also from other working machine example mACHINE no:qjk153390
finally we identified the toner motor problem..
after that we fix back the all the parts..
on machine showing the exact machine no: qjk123309 (its working)
the other machine also showing the qjk123309 and also C9540 error is their..
how both machine showing the same machine no: qjk123309
HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM..??
ALL MY SENIOR TEECHINICAN WANT TO FIX MY ISSUE…~SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH~

you can try maintainance mode 004 otherwise it will need the eprom to be reprogramed by kyocera .

yes. i cum to knw by 004 only..!! i want to reprogram by kyocera the eprom.. is their any other way to solve the problem…

i was exchange the eprom with other other machine.. still that machine not working..

You can not exchange EEPROMS’s and NVRAM’s. These parts hold machine specific information (Serial Numbers, Counters, Process Control Information, etc). Exchanging them will only give errors and Service Calls.

once i swap the eprom it is working with the other machine know.. i was confused i don’t know where start to look..
