Темный, Тезка, я тебе советую вообще пользоваться флюидизатором, так сказать взбадривать порошки, и не понял по лаку, что надо добавить много давление или напругу? Какой фирмы лак? У тебя же есть там кнопка покраска неровных поверхностей и углов, вообще то работает не плохо. много отзывов слышал об этой функции именно на 800-тках, ты почитай техничку там можно по любому выставлять импульсы, что очень хорошо для углов, он автоматически начнет сам занижать и повышать импульсами напряжение, что очень хорошо скажется на прокраске углов и углублений!

Лак микропуловского турция
Флюидизатором пользуюсь, лак в нем кипит.
Включаю функцию окраски углов но лак плохо ложиться всеравно, приходится сильно выкручивать подачу порошка расход просто огромный перепробовал все подряд, лак хороше ложится только так.

Темный, Так не должно по любому быть, это что то не то, ты попробуй какой нибудь другой лак , может у кого нить попросишь тебе много не надо буквально 200-300 грамм за глаза что бы поэксперементировать! Главное выяснить в чем причина! Что лак что краска наносятся нормально, большой разницы нет за исключением антиков и шагрени, там действительно расход намного больше! У тебя техничка на этот агрегат есть?

Да нет, я без сарказма. Тут многие чуть не промышленное производство начинают с использованием Старта, а вы решили использовать серьйозное оборудование. Если еще и не будите хулиганить с предварительной подготовкой перед покраской (Многие считают использование грунта панацеей), то быстро завоюете свою нишу в бизнесе.

устройство для сбора краски называется циклон. вторичку можно использовать если правильно ее хранить. за счет этого и достигается использование порошка до 98%.

нужен совет. я маляр с неплохим стажем. любая краска поддается легко, но шагрень 9016 просто убивает!!! мало положишь металл видно, много, неравномерность. кто может посоветовать что то?

Это устройство называется РЕКУПЕРАТОР. Основой его может быть как циклон,так и специальные быстрозаменяемые фильтры.

Какой у Вас распылитель? Вы уверены, что краска именно TRIBO или CORONA? Может поставщик ошибся или Вы забыли указать какая именно краска Вам была нужна?

kwikin, У меня фильтры стоят ни какого циклона нет, и все работает на ура, краску соответственно всю в кучу собираю, не по цветам, так как очень частая смена цвета, потом ее просеиваю и во флюидизатор, погоняю в нем и использую ее вместо грунта.

orphan, Производители красок не рекомендуют смешивать краски с содержанием различных базовых смол. Сергей у вас по технологии предусмотрено многослойные покрытия или грунт используете для улучшения антикоррозионной защиты ?

Ну а как же тогда они производят «эпокси-полиэфирку»? Не думаю, что у кого-то в работе так уж часто встречается какая-то экзотика помимо полиэфирки и эпоксидки. Так что «вторяки», как грунт, а то и на иделиях (по согласованию, конечно с заказчиком) вреда не принесут! Проверено!
Но это при непременном условии правильного обращения с отсевом.

Лично интересовался данным вопросом у представителя производителя. Даже у эпоксидных красок одного производителя могут быть различные базовые смолы, не говоря уже о разнице между эпоксиполиэфирными и чисто полиэфирными …..
Не думаю, что у кого-то в работе так уж часто встречается какая-то экзотика помимо полиэфирки и эпоксидки.
Ну почему же. Я вот на этой неделе красил как эпокси-полиэфиркой, так и полиуретаном…. 
Знаю, что некоторые вообще не признают рекуперат и не используют его….

Hosco, У меня все краски PE, то есть разного ни чего нет, кроме цвета, грунтуем для улучшения антикоррозийных свойств, диски все таки!!! Да и мелкие косячки на дисках заливаются, то же как бы плюс!!!
