Ошибка smtp error the following recipients failed - Исправление ошибок и поиск оптимальных решений проблем

SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: t@yandex.ru: Unexpected failure, please try later

EXIM перестал работать! Почта сообщается только между доменами и типа данные от создания БД, правда письма отправляются на маил, яндекс и джимаил, а при попытке послать обратное сообщение, пустота, и в ответ на почтах о не доставки писем тоже тишина!!! Не настраивается метод PHP mail и отправка через SMTP, через SMTP пишет

Сервер VPS разумеется, установлен wordpress и плагин NEWSLETTERS, через PHP скрипт тоже отправка не идет.
На простом хостинге по такой схеме всё работает в обоих вариантах и через плагин и через скрипт.
ГУРУ помогите!
Всё настроино согласно первого топика.

Скиньте лог exim сразу после отправки почты на ваш сервер.

После отправки тестового письма ввожу команду
mcedit /var/log/exim/exim_mainlog
а там пусто, синий экран, у меня centos, может лог запрашиваю не правильно.

Вот в принципи лог с EXSIM

А не подскажите, как скопировать выделенный лог и вставить в блокнот, а то набивать как то долго. У меня редактор mcedit может нужно другой.
Сейчас набиру лог с reject.log

Вот лог с reject.log

2016-06-03 22:24:43 H=([200.72.15.78]) [200.72.15.78] F=<fedorova.300@mail.ru> rejected RCPT <info@trans-logis.ru>: Rejected because 200.72.15.78 is in a black list at bl.spamcop.net

И кто такая fedorova.300@mail.ru такие адреса с разными цыфирями и именами на протяжении всех проверок, да и info@trans-logis.ru
не существует, хотя домен мой, там mailto@trans-logis.ru
Проверку забивал на яндекс, а не на маил.
С почтовой программы Roundcube Webmail 1.1.5 почта на яндекс, маил и гмаил уходит,
а на ящик обратно не доходит и нет возвратов, что письмо не дошло.
В плагине пишит

SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Unexpected failure, please try later SMTP code: 421
SMTP Ошибка: данные не accepted.SMTP ошибка сервера: команда END DATA не удалось деталь: Неожиданная ошибка, пожалуйста, попробуйте позже SMTP код: 421

Правда в EXIM

Hi,
Sorry to bother you. I searched for the answer before i submit this question.
I configured an administrator account in the back end with a valid E-mail. But when i use the contact page i get following error.

I tried the ‘PHP funtion’ option insted of SMTP. But no luck.

You must put a valid e-mail address that provides SMTP.
You cannot just put something from google.

To be able to use SMTP, it sometimes costs money. To be able to use SMTP, you can go to GoDaddy.com and purchase it there, or get a webhost from HostGator and use the sendmail function.

I changed it to ‘Sendmail’ Now i get

«PHPMAILER_EXECUTE/usr/sbin/sendmail»

And i tried ‘PHP Mail Function’. Response
«Could not instantiate mail function.»

What is wrong ?

I get this same error after recently upgrading to 1.5.26
It was working before the upgrade.
I had rackspace check their logs but the interesting thing is nothing even showed up in the logs.

Whew! I finally figured it out.
Since there was not an email address after the SMTP Error, I decided to look into my database of users and found a Member that didn’t have an email address, which is very odd since Joomla usually doesn’t allow Users to register without one so I deleted that Member User and presto!, it worked perfectly.

Убил уже уйму времени — никак не настроить. Нужно отправвлять письма с аттачем и без с проверкой smtp.

скачал класс class.phpmailer.php — выдает ошибки.

Есть у кого-нибудь кусок рабочего кода? либо какие-то ссылки.

мы — сообщество телепатов, поэтому прекрасно поняли, отправляеш ли ты письма с локального сервака или удаленно, и какие именно ошибки выдает твой класс.
пользователь заходит на сайт, заполняет форму и письмо отправляется. получается, что удаленно.
ошибки такие:
Message could not be sent.
Mailer Error: Language string failed to load: recipients_failedprofessorX@yandex.ru

Памойму тут дело совсем не в почте. Придется дебажить почтовый класс и разбираться, какой-такой Language string он хочет load
я пытался…
все сделано, как в примере.
может, у кого будет рабочий кусок? просто тема для меня совсем неизвестная.

Гыгыгы. Как я и думал этот вопрос мало связан с почтой. Скачал класс, посмотрел где генерится сообщение данного вида, полез в файл с русскими сообщениями, он записан не полностью, отсюда и ошибка. Учись дебажить!!!
Кстать по поводу самой отправки — он пытался вывести сообщение что письмо не отправлено. Советую попробовать ручками отправить письмо по тем же адресам и посмотреть, удасться ли
я думаю, может, неправильно указаны логин и пароль для smtp?
логин и пароль должны быть от сервера smtp или от ящика, который указывается в from?

не понимаю, в чем трабла.

да, логин и пароль для отправления писем. обычно они одинаковые с логином/паролем ящика. Блин, осваивай дебаг! Ета тока колдуны умеют лечить по фотографиям. Открывай класс «class.smtp.php» и смотри метод «function Recipient($to)». Твой сервер не принимает такой емайл. Как вариант можеш залезть в классы и подправить их чтобы не делали такой проверки
да смотрел я эту функцию! я не пойму, почему сервер не принимает такой ящик!!!
и по-моему, это не в этой функции, а в классе class.phpmailer.php в функции Send()

гыгы, да нормально этот класс работает. видимо тут ошибка кроется в его использовании. возможно вообще пароль не нужно указывать для отправки. А еще нужно другие ящики попробовать. Вообще насколько я помню к этому классу дохрена документации и примеров идет. Пробовать нужно и все получиться.

я делаю трассировку очень просто. во все подозрительные места ставлю echo ‘NNN’, и уже по номеру NNN смотрю куда именно скрипт зашол. Когда ты с точностью до строки узнаеш где появляется (не выводится, а появляется) признак ошибки, тогда уже можно делать какието выводы
я обычно точно так же делаю…
а на счет смтп?

ты хотя бы узнай где именно смтп не работает
мне пока что кажется что он не возвращает ответ 250 или 251 при проверке емайла получателя, но я могу и ошибаться. так что ищи давай

вот, выдается 333. Т. е. не отправляется из-за ресипиента… не понимаю, в чем трабла…

Значит иди в метод Recipient класса smtp и смотри там!
Трассировка закончена когда найдена строка БЕЗ user_function, на которой происходит кердых

Delivery to the following recipients failed — ошибка доставки письма. Почтовый сервер (mail server) получателя отказывается принимать письмо.

Как все происходит — после отправки письма, примерно через сутки (может раньше), письмо возвращается с текстом, в котором указана ошибка Delivery to the following recipients failed. После названия ошибки пишется электронный адрес.

Письмо с ошибкой может приходить со служебного адреса, например mailer-daemon@googlemail.com (почта Gmail).

Также написано Technical details of permanent failure: DNS Error. Domain name not found. Речь идет об отсутствии доменного имени. Возможно проблема в DNS-сервере вашего провайдера.

Если почтовый сервер — маил ру, тогда можно попросить провайдера прописать PTR на домен. Маил ру проверяет соответствие IP-домену.

Возможна следующая ситуация: провайдер может поменять айпи-адрес SMPT (протокол передачи почты) сервера. Вывод — стоит позвонить провайдеру, описать проблему, упомянуть про айпи-адрес SMPT.

Администраторы могут попробовать перезапустить IIS-сервер/SMPT-сервис.
Один пользователь сообщил об решении проблемы с помощью Win2k3 IIS SMTP Server в качестве Relay на ISA.
Рекомендуется проверить лог SMTP Virtual Server на наличие записей падения. Возможно CFENGINE работает нестабильно.

Дословный перевод на русский:

Теоритически причиной может выступать запрет сервером вашей почты. Другими словами — почта получателя не дружит с вашей почтой. Пример — при регистрации на некоторых веб-сайтах, возле поля электронная почта пишется: не используйте почту Маил ру — письма не приходят.

Итоговые мысли

Информации в интернете очень мало. В итоге удалось выяснить:

Ошибка связана отказом принять письмо сервером получателя.
Если сервер корпоративный — он может не принимать от обычных. Данная особенность необходима в целях безопасности.
На всякий случай: проверьте адрес, при наличии вложений — их обьем. Слишком большой вес прикрепленных файлов может вызывать ошибку.
Иногда ошибка появляется в результате переполнения ящика получателя.

Как можно попробовать решить ситуацию?

Первым делом — позвонить провайдеру вашего интернета. Далее — описать проблему, способы, которыми пытались решить.
Воспользуйтесь другим браузером.
Попробуйте отправить письмо с другого ПК. При удачной отправке — дело в вашем ПК, точнее — в почтовом клиенте.
Как вариант — письмо могло быть заблокированным из-за спам-фильтров. Попробуйте отправить с другой почты.

So i just received this error when trying to send an mail using PHPmailer from my site.

SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: XXXX

I tried to set $mail->SMTPAuth = true; to false but no result. And i tried to change the password for the mail account and update that in the sendmailfile.php but still the same.

It worked as intended two days ago, now i don’t know why this is happening. Since there ain’t any error code either i don’t really know where to begin and since it did work..

Anyone who might know?

Maybe your class.phpmailer.php file is corrupt. Download the latest version from : https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer

I’ve encountered the same problem. Managed too fix it when i commented the next row:

Noticed you already found an answer, however maybe this will fix the problem for other people.

This does prevent using your external SMTP server as RozzA stated in the comments.

Just try to set SMTPAuth to false.

150 e-mails per hour; 1500 e-mails per 24 hours; 50 recipients per message, where each recipient is counted as a separately sent e-mail message (e.g. if you have 50 recipients in a single message, this willcount as 50 sent messages);

One solution is to use a mailing list, then the restriction is 1500 e-mails for 24 hours. There’s no restriction for the amount of emails sent per hour, i.e. you can send an email to a mailing list with up to 1500 recipients without a problem.

If you reach the hourly/daily limit you will get this error when trying to send further e-mails: 550 — Stop, you are sending too fast!

You will be able to send e-mails again, once the hour/day has passed.

Things you should know in order to avoid exceeding your limit:

The above e-mail restrictions are valid for the entire hosting account, and not for a single mailbox. This means, that if one of your mailboxes exceeds the allowed limit, you will not be able to send messages from any of your other e-mail accounts. If, at any point you receive the afore-mentioned error message, it is highly recommended to stop all attempts to send messages from your mailboxes. If you continue trying, your messages will be left in a mail queue, which will have to clear first, before the server timer can reset and allow you to send e-mails again.

So i just received this error when trying to send an mail using PHPmailer from my site.

SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: XXXX

I tried to set $mail->SMTPAuth = true; to false but no result. And i tried to change the password for the mail account and update that in the sendmailfile.php but still the same.

It worked as intended two days ago, now i don’t know why this is happening. Since there ain’t any error code either i don’t really know where to begin and since it did work..

Anyone who might know?

Solution:

I’ve encountered the same problem. Managed too fix it when i commented the next row:

 $mail->isSMTP();

Noticed you already found an answer, however maybe this will fix the problem for other people.

This does prevent using your external SMTP server as RozzA stated in the comments.

there is a slightly less probable problem.maybe this condition is caused by protection placed by your ISP.and you said it worked well two days ago.maybe that is the problem.try contacting your ISP.

or maybe its a problem with the recipients/senders email adresses

LOGIN (Uses Base64 encoding.)

For me solution was to set SMTPAuth to true for PHPMailer class

Please note in your lines i.e….

$mail->Username = "MAIL_TO_SEND_FROM"; $mail->Password = "PASSWORD"; $mail->From = "MAIL_TO_SEND_FROM";

Here at Line 1 and 3 you have to use same email address (You can’t use different email address), this will work sure, I hope u r using different email address, (Email address must be same as username/password matching).
