Companies can connect the printer to a new router to make it a Samtale device. Workstations on the wireless LAN can then send documents to any printer without requiring a direct connection to the device. Some D-Link modem models, such as the DIR-655, have a single serial bus port that local laser printers can connect to, while most others have a Wi-Fi Protected Setup option that allows the controller to automatically connect the printer to the network.
Step 1
Press and hold the “WPS” button on all routers for about a second to enable Wi-Fi Protected Setup.
Step 2
Press the “WPS” button on the WiFi printer if required in the device setup program, or navigate your way through the menu on the touch screen and name the setting for WPS.
step 3
Please wait at least one minute for D-Link to detect and configure the printer device. When the setting is complete, the WPS indicator will turn off.
Step 1
Connect the main printer to the march’s USB portrooter. In a web browser, navigate to “http://dlinkrouter” (without quotes).

Some D-Link WiFi routers have a USB port that allows you to share devices such as printers wirelessly. After connecting a USB printer to the D-Link wireless router, PC and Mac users on the Internet can install and send files to printers. For wireless tattoo sharing to work, the router and printer must always be turned on.
Plug the D-Link router’s power adapter into a standard large wall outlet to turn on the hub and set up a wireless network.
ConnectConnect your own printer to the USB port on the back of your D-Link router using a standard USB cable.
Go to any PC connected to your local wireless network, open the Start menu and click Printers and Faxes.
Select Add Printer on the left side of the panel, and then click Next.
Select Browse Network Printers. Windows will immediately search for nearby printers and display an up-to-date list of found devices.

«1615 — Power Supply Failure in Bay 2» error
Hello, I am running a Compaq Proliant ML370 with 2 x86 Family 6 Model 8 Stepping 6 GenuineIntel 996 processors. When I rebooted there was a message saying «1615 — Power Supply Failure in Bay 2» I did a Google search and found some info that said it is the power supply fan. Does anyone know if this is the case? The server seems to be running fine.

I have a rack of DL360’s which have started having ps fans die. The error is similar, and what I have had to do was replace the individual fan in the power supply. Luckily I had a spare PS to part out from.
The biggest problem is finding a replacement fan vs. replacing the entire power supply. $5 vs $340 is not a hard one to debate over. But locating the fan is the trick. Does anyone know of a central distributor of fan parts etc. I am still hunting the net using Google.
RE: «1615 — Power Supply Failure in Bay 2» error
My problem turned out to be a loosely plugged in power supply. The error is gone now.
I hope you can locate a fan for yours.

Power Issues with my HP ProLiant DL380 G5
I am having issues with my HP ProLiant DL380 G5. I am new to dealing with this server as I just joined this company and started my first week as their IT Manager.
In the course of two days, the server has crashed (3) times and has some critical operations information on it, which severely cripples my company if it is down.
As of right now, the errors that I received were:
1615-Power supply failure or Power supply unplugged in bay 1
1794-Drive Array — Array Accelerator Battery Charge Low
Battery / Capacitor Failure (1) — Should be replaced.
On the LED screen (see attachment), the first power supply light and the first PPM Battery light are both illuminated.
On the back of the server itself, the first power supply plug was not in use. The second power supply plug was in use.
Any thoughts on this?

Previous attachment failed. See image below.
1) Is there a reason why you’re not using the second power supply? You should have both plugged in for redundancy. That way, if one of them fails, the other will continue providing power. You haven’t provided enough information to say if that’s in fact what happened. When you say «crashed», what exactly happened? Did the server completely shut down, or are you still able to see that it’s still turned on via the server console?
2) Sounds like your disk controller battery might be dead. As the error says, replace it and see if that solves the problem.
the server should also be plugged into a UPS that has suitable enough capacity to provide temporary power if you lose utility power. Do you have a UPS for this server, and if so does it have enough capacity?
1) I didn’t see a reason for them to not be utilizing the second power supply. I did plug it in which currently has the server online and it has remained that way since I reported this issue. In terms of «crashing» — the system powered itself down and had to be fired up at the server itself. There was no loss of information or permanent damage (to my knowledge). The server console itself showed that the server was off entirely.
2) Thanks for the heads up on the disk controller battery. I was unaware that this was the issue; I am very new to this equipment!
3) The server is plugged into a UPS that has enough capacity. However, the second power plug that I added to the server is not plugged into the UPS. So I believe the first one failed, temporary power kicked in and then failed, and then the redundant power source wasn’t connected.
Thank you for the helpful reply!
If i have this right from your reading. You’re not utilizing the power supply in bay 1 but its still seated? ( not plugged into the wall or UPS). If not, then remove it from the server — you can either pull it out a few inches so its disengaged from the back plane board but still occupying the slot.
Open the server, is there a PPM in slot 1? Are you using 2 CPUs? If so, that would indicate a malfunction, and very well would cause a crash with a critical health LED like you have in the picture.
The BBWC battery has failed, that’s a separate problem.
That Proliant Generation has Ilo2, login into it and see the log’s to gather more information.
From the lights, it seems that one psu is failed or might need to be reseated, also one Processor power module is failed or needs to be reseated.
I recommend to shutdown the server and reseat everythng. If it has dust, dust it off and reseat all of the parts, memory, ppm (processor power module), array card, battery for the array card and psu’s.
Then have a go after confirming all is in it’s place if the server starts and the ilo2 log is clean.
You can confirm if you have a bad psu or a bad motherboard psu socket, swapping the psu from their socket’s.
Ah, and before doing something like this, confirm you have valid backups. just in case.
One thing that you can do, is buying a spare machine like that one online, they are very cheap and it will give parts and piece of mind while you adapt to your new job.

https://peta-eg.store/wp-conte… 1448-p.jpg (1600×477, 106.0Kb)
Появляется ошибка в POST — 1615-Power Supply Input Dailure in Bay 2.
