Внутри нужно найти папку _CommonRedist, заходим в неё, внутри 3 папки (2005, 2008, 2012), каждая из них – определенная редакция Visual C++.
Поочередно запускаем и устанваливаем vcredist_x64.exe и vcredist_x86.exe (если у вас 32-битная операционная система) из каждой папки, если у вас 32-битная система, устанавливаем только _86 версию, если 64-битная, то устанавливаем каждую версию каждой редакции!
