Всем, привет.
Спасайте.
Была проблема с платами. Отваливалась одна из них на постоянной основе.
Прошивка стояла сток антмайнер. Никаких параметров, никакой частоты чипов и тд.
Решил прошить. Сменил прошивку на 2.0.4 от CrazyMining совместно с Vnish.
Всё вроде как заработало, Но:
При старте пишет ошибку о том, что найдено всего 2 из 4 куллеров, но по факту крутят все 4.
Плюс какой то eFuse protection активируется. В итоге платы видит, но пишет по логу, что чипов 0, в общем то всё по нулям.. Кто сталкивался с таким? Или знает как решить? Скрины попробую предоставить.

По ходу, прошивка не от той модели. Либо поставь «immersed mode» и запускай так.

Датчики скорости вращения кулеров можно проверить только переставив эти кульки на заведомо рабочий аппарат. Ефьюс это защита от замыкания доменов при сползании радиаторов, можешь не париться. Фан лост было один раз, крыльчатка развалилась и заклинила.

Вернул на стоковую прошивка от битмэйна.
Вентиляторы все 4, ошибок нет по ним. Но плата снова отваливается. Что-то связано с вольтажом. В итоге присваивает ей значение по вольтажу 0 и уходит в минус плата.
А через 4-5 часов работы на двух платах и они оффаются..
От пыли всё продул, почистил, думал модет замыкает где на БП и даёт не то напряжение на платы, но нет, не помогло..
Ещё есть варианты исправления?)))

Сменил, снял с двух рабочих л3+. Переставил во все штекера по очереди. Ошибка таже: фан 2-3 проверка ошибка..

Одна не может чипы инициализировать, а вторая температурный сенсор.. Что за хрень с ним происходит???((

Прохладно у тебя попробуй темп поднять , и в Disable temp sensors check поставь on

На рабочую 720 17.90v
На первую с крякнутым чипом пытался с 500 разогнать
Вторую с 650 до 720 гнал. Вообще в ноль ушла

720 это хорошие новые чипы , выстави все сначала 650 17,5v -17,8 , если пойдут то пусть пол дня помолотят прогреются , потом перезапусти , и лучше все это проверить в теплом помещении

cause am not sure if something is wrong with my electricity so I can fix my small mining farm.

My S17+ is not fully functioning. Chain#1 is missing from the miner status report. Does that mean I’m getting 2/3 of the hash rate with a 100% power draw (2920w)? Or the power draw would be proportionally lower, say 2/3 of 2920w?

It seems chain malfunction is a fairly common problem, but I want to make sure I’m still profitable using only two chains. It would be great if you can share your experience. Thank you!

I don’t see any authorization attempts in the logs. All I see are a bunch of these errors. Like over a hundred of them:

Just Fatal Error: network connection lost! over and over again in the logs. I don’t think it’s the network on my side causing the problem. Because I have 2 other miners hooked up to prohasing that don’t lose their connections. They’re on the same network as the S9.

It’s been stable for a while tonight. Like a few hours. Then I tried adding the power settings. My password line read like this for a little while:

Then it reported into PH and lasted about a minute. Then started disconnecting. The status page on my miner showed the connection as «Dead».

I tried reverting the setting to just:

On the password line. But even after reverting to what I had before that worked (for a little while), the connection remains «Dead» on my miner. Tried restarting the miner. Same thing. Connection reads «Dead» on the status page.

Miner fell back to the second in line which is https://dgb-sha.theblocksfactory.com, I used them to mine Digibyte.

Then a few minutes later my PH connection came live. Registered as as SHA-256 machine at the top of the page and started displaying a coin, and calculating a hash rate. Be interesting to see if it drops off again.

It seems like it was stable on there for a while. But then it couldn’t handle the power settings and that broke the connection again.

OK. It’s been stable all morning. The miners are at home and I’m at work now. I’ll try adding the power settings back into the password line tonight when I get home. Let’s see if it stays connected once I do that. I’ll let you know!

The S9 has been connected with no drops since yesterday. I added back the power settings to the password line. No disconnects since I did that.

the problem actually exists.
today I tried simultaneously with the L3+ to connect and S9 on one account.
L3+ works and S9 shows «Dead»…

my Pass looks like m=solo c=Teacoin n=teasolo

my log in s9 miner says Fatal Error: network connection lost!

other coins working fine only teacoin….please need help

What error are you receiving from the mining.authorize() statement in the logs?

If you’re trying to mine Teacoins, a common error would be that you’re submitting too many stale shares, and therefore were banned. Since there are so many miners mining Teacoins, about 98% of the shares for that coin are stale because the blocks are coming faster than network latency.

i tried to find the mining.authorize() statement, but i’m not realy know how i can find this. In my «normal» log of the S9 i can’t find anything like this.

ASIC-майнеры настроены на довольно быструю и эффективную добычу криптовалюты и стали популярны. Однако в их работе случаются сбои – падает хешрейт, нагревается оборудование, возможно возникновение серьезных ситуаций, таких как пожар. Чтобы не допустить этого, нужно постоянно мониторить статус ASIC, понимать его значение.

Основные ошибки в работе ASIC-майнера

Структура ASIC-майнера состоит из нескольких частей – программного и аппаратного обеспечения. Программное обеспечение помогает управлять деталями оборудования и способно отслеживать напряжение электрического тока, а также интенсивность охлаждения, и сообщать о возможных неисправностях. Аппаратное обеспечение состоит из блока питания и вентиляторов, микропроцессоров и плат, блока памяти.

Одна из важнейших ошибок, о которых сообщает программное обеспечение, это “DISABLED”. Статус означает, что майнинг остановлен в связи с поломкой во избежание перегрева деталей. Нужно найти поломку и устранить ее. Чтобы возобновить майнинг после ремонта, необходимо дать команду “mining start”. Если оборудование непригодно для восстановления, то можно купить ASIC у нас.

  • ERROR_TEMP_LOST означает потерю датчика температуры. После того, как определитель теряется 2 раза и более, майнинг останавливается во избежание перегрева.
  • ERROR_EEPROM_INFO появляется при ошибке чтения. Чтобы устранить сбой, надо перепрошить EEPROM.
  • ERROR_SOC_INIT означает ошибку инициализации драйвера из-за поломки аппаратной части или проблем с программным обеспечением – несоответствия его модели майнера или неправильной установки. Необходима диагностика аппаратной части и переустановка программного обеспечения или использование предыдущей его версии.
  • ERROR_POWER_LOST означает проблемы с блоком питания из-за его поломки или программное обеспечение его не опознает.
  • ERROR_FAN_LOST – это выход из строя кулера или дефект датчика.
  • ERROR_TEMP_TOO_LOW. Буквально статус означает низкую температуру. Проблема кроется в программном обеспечении либо потере датчика температуры.
  • SUSPENDED – статус, при котором требуется перезагрузка.
  • TUNING означает проведение тюнинга, при котором скорость добычи криптовалюты может снизиться.

Поломка: При включения одновременное мигание обоими светодиодами Fault и Normal, кратковременно (низкая скважность), раз в 1 сек (1Гц). Слева внутри мелкий красный светодиод PWR горит по поступлению питания. Видимо, был испорчен boot block, он отличался от рабочего всего пару байтами..

После прошивки дампа флешки, слитого с рабочего D3 17GH/s плата оживилась, через 5 сек загорается внутренний синий светодиод справа, потом ещё один, и так до 4-х

Полный дамп сделан после обновления прошивки на Antminer-D3-201711201715-0M.tar.gz

НО: плата сразу не завелась!!! 4-ре мелких синих светодиода не показатель работы, первые два — это типа бут, а вторые — типа ядро, через минуты они должны погаснуть и в майнере плата должна замигать зеленым светодиодом Normal. Оказалось, что ошибочно считан дамп с рабочей флешки (особенность или программатора или флешки, несовпадение скорости и т.д.)

Далее, была подготовлена 1 GB MicroSD флешка recovery sdcard от L3+ (она подходит к восстановлению D3), с полной прошивкой, но которой не удалось приподнять плату. Просто upgrade новой прошивки не помогал.. Оказалось, что sdcard работает, только когда с неё загрузиться, и через upgrade можно прошить initramfs (MLO, u-boot, kernel и т.д. не перешиваются с заводского архива прошивки)..

Так же, (читаем комментарии) пользователем art-udav был предложен алгоритм прошивки через TTL-COM 3.3V порт: axonim.by

На 3-х платах майнера стоят по 60 чипов, и контроллер PIC16F1705 (такой же стоит на S9 hash-платах, там на каждой по 63 asic-чипа)

Кому нужно полный дамп флешки для поднятия майнера D3 или L3+, отписываемся в комментариях.. (Желательно запаять в работу новый чип флешки, потому как через 37 дней работы флешка опять деградировала и перестала грузится (перепайка и перепрограммирование опять помогло, но надолго ли?) . На али есть такие флешки)

UPD: для ремонтников 80 уровня, официальная прошивка control board не оживит умершие чипы на ваших hash-платах, читайте комментарии, что может помочь

UPD2: при обновлении прошивки до последней от 20.11.2017, версия hardware меняется с 1.0.0.7 на 1.0.0.9 (Прошивка PIC контроллера хэш-плат обновляется)

For reg crc error,it may be abnormal chip, Please kindly exclude the issue by following steps:

1. Check the wires for the hashboard—pull them and re-plug them again, and also you can try to change the new wires.
2. Upgrade the latest firmware
3. Reboot the miner
4. Set miner to factory settings

I passed your kernel log to our technician and checked your kernel log and foundthat there is a hashrate:106T, that’s normal.

For the 2000 year, please don’t worry about that, our technician know the means.

For reg crc error, there are many reasons, such as chip abnormal, power supply, or electricity, we need the whole kernel log to check.

Причины и решение проблем с асиками Antminer S7, S9, L3+

Ошибка в данных CRC может возникнуть в самых разных случаях: при инициализации жесткого диска или работе с внешним жестким диском, картой памяти или флешкой, попытках произвести действия с накопителем в DISKPART, часто — при установке программ и игр, скачанных с торрента.

Текст ошибки также может быть разным: от простого сообщения диспетчера виртуальных дисков об ошибке в данных при инициализации диска, сообщений «DISKPART обнаружила ошибку: Ошибка в данных (CRC)» или «Расположение недоступно. Нет доступа к диску, ошибка данных (CRC)» при действиях с HDD, картой памяти или USB накопителем, до окон вида «CRC error» или «Ошибка копирования файла» с указанием на файлы устанавливаемого ПО. В этой инструкции подробно о причинах такой ошибки, что она означает и о возможных методах её исправить.

Что такое ошибка CRC и причины ошибки

CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) или Циклический избыточный код представляет собой метод обнаружения ошибок при передаче данных с помощью контрольных сумм, используемый при обмене блоками данных с накопителями, а также в сетях, предназначенный для обнаружения изменений в передаваемых данных.

В случае с жесткими дисками и SSD, SD-картами и флешками, при обмене данными CRC используется для проверки их целостности после передачи: один и тот же алгоритм применяется к передаваемому и полученному блокам данных и в случае различного результата делается вывод об ошибках CRC.

Наиболее распространенные причины рассматриваемой проблемы:

  • Ошибка CRC для HDD и SSD, карт памяти, USB-накопителей при инициализации, форматировании, обмене данными, изменении свойств дисков: Проблемы с подключением накопителя — особенно распространено для SATA-жестких дисков, внешних HDD
  • Повреждения файловой системы диска
  • Аппаратные неисправности накопителя, контроллера
  • Антивирусное ПО и другие программы, имеющие возможность менять данные в оперативной памяти
  • Проблемы с оперативной памятью, в некоторых случаях — нестабильная работа RAM или CPU в разгоне.
  • Иногда — аппаратные неисправности электронных компонентов самого компьютера или ноутбука, отсутствие заземления и статика на USB разъемах (при работе с внешними накопителями), недостаток питания для работы внешнего HDD.
  • Ошибка CRC при установке игр и программ:
      Нарушение целостности данных при скачивании установщика
  • Аппаратные неисправности или ошибки файловой системе на диске, с которого запускается установщик
  • Ошибки при архивации установщика (установщики игр и программ — это, по сути, архивы).
  • Антивирусное ПО, особенно распространено для не самых лицензионных программ: при их установке антивирус может применять действия к подозрительным данным в памяти, что может выливаться в ошибку CRC.
  • Ошибки оперативной памяти, разгон RAM и CPU.

    И отдельно про оптические диски DVD, CD, Blu-ray — ошибка в данных CRC для них может говорить о физическом повреждении записи (в том числе и самопроизвольном по истечении некоторого времени после записи), о загрязненной поверхности диска, иногда — проблемах с работой привода для чтения дисков.

    Подключение

    Теперь давайте подключим блок питания к самому асику. Для этого берем коннекторы от блока питания и втыкаем в каждый разъем на самом асике, как показано на фото.

    What to do with 0 asics found and CRC5 errors?

    Has anyone else ever been frustrated with an error that simply says, “bitmain_scanreg,crc5 error, should be 00, but check as 01…..” I have, and lacking available source code to trace this down, I’m only guessing to the culprit. The fact that it seems to be looking for something blank makes me think it’s an ASIC check, or possibly something with the PIC.

    Disclaimer – This may be hard to follow, it’s sometimes hard to put thoughts as you work a problem down, but it’s a great reference for me in the future and hopefully y’all as well.

    Problem – I have a board that doesn’t find any ASICs and obviously won’t hash. The only real clue I had was a long series of:

    bitmain_scanreg,crc5 error,should be 00, but check as 01…..

    Looking at all the usual places, Reddit, Discord, and google searches only pointed me to people saying the obvious, your board’s bad, send it to Bitmain or a repair shop. Well, regardless of this, I’m determined to figure this out for all of us that want DIY fixes.

    TESTING

    I’ll start by saying the test fixtures you can buy on Ebay and other sites are basically garbage, at least if you spend $200 on one. I did a quick article on turning your control board into a DIY test fixture and that’s all I ever use anymore. I always test with the data cable and power cable hooked up, once I press the test button (IP_sig on the control board itself) the PIC initializes the board and I should get

    10V out of the buck converter, 14.2V from the boost, and 1.8V from the LDO’s. A quick check of these voltages show that all are reading perfect, so on to the ASIC by ASIC search. So knowing the proper voltages are present, I moved onto the LDO’s.

    All LDO’s tested out perfect, we’ve got

    2.5V in and 1.8V out from each. So much for an easy fix, so now it’s time to get down and dirty, 72 individual checks of the basics, RI and CLK (all the ASICs have test points available on the bottom of the board.) As I moved through each ASIC, starting at 72, I found an anomaly at ASIC 28. I verified proper voltages to RI (1.8V) and CLK (0.8V) at all ASICS until I got to ASIC 28, which has CLK at 0.95V but 0V at RI. ASIC’s from 1-27 also have 0V at RI. Aha! I’m thinking short at this point, so where is the short? I moved to pulling off the heatsinks in that entire row, inspected, reflowed the joints, but still having the “found 0 asics” error in the kernel log.

    We now go back to the schematics to see how the chains are organized and if there’s any reason this particular ASIC could take out the chain before it, or is there another one in the chain doing the damage.

    I’ve also verified that CO (pin 4) and BO (pin 2) read 1.8V on ASIC28, so if there’s a short to ground causing the 0V at RI (pin 3), it’s not there. If we go back one ASIC in the chain, ASIC 27, we also measure RI as 0V. ASIC 27 outputs RO (pin 26) into RI (pin 3) of ASIC 28. Of note, the two pins on either side of RO are CI (pin 25) and BI (pin 27.) When we go to the schematics we see that CI (pin 25) is the transmit signal that goes to CO (pin 4) of ASIC 28. We also see that BI (pin 27) is shown as tied to ground and is tied to BO (pin 2) of ASIC 28.

    OK, that’s a lot of data, but one thing that stands out, if on ASIC 27 BI (pin 27) is tied to ground, can there be a short from BI (pin 27) to RO (pin 26) and would that cause us to see 0V on RI at ASIC 28?

    I measured resistance between each of the pins on each ASIC, and verified that each ASIC had continuity from input to output of the next, no issues. Now I’m getting frustrated, I think it’s something with ASIC 28, but that’s a PITA to remove. I’ve tried reflowing to no avail, guess my next step is to attempt to remove it with a heat gun and then replace, this could get interesting.

    One hot air reflow knife, 1 pair of tweezers, a lot of flux, and even more patience pays off. It took me a good 2-3 minutes before I was able to pop ASIC 28 off, but I ultimately won. I’ve heard folks say it takes 30 seconds, well, they must have better gear than me. Anyway, after popping ASIC 28 off, cleaning the pads, and cleaning the board I was ready to throw it back into a system and see what we have.

    Chain 0, 27 asics found

    This was music to my ears, I flipped the board over and measured RI at ASIC 27 and several between that and ASIC 1, 1.8V! As my son would say, “We did it. ” We found the issue, I looked at the kernel log and all CRC5 errors were gone, and on the miner status page we could clearly see 27 asics found. I felt the biggest sense of relief and victory.

    But now the hard part, I’ve never soldered on a new ASIC on one of these. That’s a different story for a different time, but for now we’ve slayed the dragon (the dragon being CRC5 errors.)

    SUMMARY

    CRC5 errors seem to point to a bad ASIC. If you’re receiving these I would move immediately to testing the voltages (RST, BO, RI, CO, CLK) with power and a data cable installed. You may need to press the test (or IP_Sig) button to start the buck controller so the LDOs are operating so keep that in mind. The board won’t output

    10V from the buck controller without this, and you’ll need to do this every minute or two when the board is in test mode.

    If you get an anomaly on one of these output voltages it could be that particular ASIC, or the ASIC up the chain. Shooters choice as to which it can be, but you are much closer to solving this problem.
