Текущий проектный статус
За прошлые несколько месяцев большинство команд было занято, очищая ошибки, применяя регуляторы баланса, так же как работая над некоторым пользовательским видео содержанием.

z3r0x был неспособен работать над проектом и, как ожидают, не вернется, чтобы работать на некоторое время(проще говоря он взял отпуск). Его присутствие требуется прежде, чем мы будем в состоянии начать республику в состоянии войны v1.2 бета период.

Мы решили, что это находится в наших интересах выпустить содержание патча этой четверти, независимо от того, когда мы заканчиваем развитие расширения. В этом июне промежуточный участок игры будет сделан доступным. Это решит то, что большинство игроков жалуется на то, что мы получали.

Из-за этой задержки мы будем выпускать внутреннее применение внесения исправлений, которое позволит игрокам FOC синхронизировать свои игры и наслаждатся играть с их друзьями, которые используют различную среду игры.

After playing with mods on the game i uninstalled them but after i went back to play the vanilla version I was unable to choose a faction in all of my singleplayer game modes. Instead of having the option to choose the Rebelion,Empire,or the Consortium its would say MISSING.I tried reinstalling the game but it stayed the same. and now i don’t know what to do.

And that is why you should backup your vanilla data folder before installing mods in that manner. That’s why in some cases it’s easier to install to the mods folder and use modpathing for most mods, and for some such as REaW making two data folders. One vanilla, one mod.

This sounds like you uninstalled but did not go and delete the rest of the files after — because Steam won’t delete modded files (in EaW’s case at least: for some games, I think it does).

Здравствуйте, скажите пожалуйста — как играть в режим завоевания галактики. Неужели там всё проходит только в реальном времени? Совсем нет времени обдумать что то, построить и тд. На все планеты через каждые 20 секунд нападают и в итоге все равно отвоёвывают. Может я что то упускаю?

Играем с ребятами по сети, вопросы:
1) Есть ли возможность играть в завоевание галактики(компания) в 3 и + игроков? Найти такую информацию не вышло(пока мало искал) сомнительно конечно, но всё-же)
2) То что есть моды на расширение лимита я понял, это хорошо. Может кто посоветовать конкретный мод на расширение для мп?
3) Пока отыграли всего две тестовых игры и возможно проблема в настройках, но при подключении 3-его игрока игра серьёзно замедляется хотя при участии 4-ого игра ещё сильнее не замедляется, что странно. Игра замедляется просто от присутствия 3+ игроков из-за не проработанного мп режима?(Lan, пиратка) Хотя возможно дело в конкретных настройках у одного из игроков, но это мы проверим позже.

Ah, I remember this one! Ended up pre-ordering it at Gamestop because the bonus was this neat little plastic Death Star. It had a button you could press that made it make a laser firing sound.

It’s not a bad game, but the mechanics of the game were dated in 2007. The ground combat is actually terrible to the point where autoresolving is my go to, but the space combat isn’t terrible. The Galactic Conquest mode is probably the best part of the game, which is really the only standout feature.

It’s cheap, give it a shot. It’s not a terrible game, but outside of the Star Wars name it probably would have been long forgotten.

Yes, it’s totally worth it, especially if you mod it, since the modding scene is still going strong and releasing content. You should buy it in Steam though, since mods have some trouble with other versions. They introduced a lot of new mechanics to the game.

I recommend you try Fall of the Republic (clone wars era mod), thrawn’s revenge (legends post episode 6) and awakening of the rebellion (OT era). You can download them from Steam’s workshop.

Adds campaigns, factions etc. It makes for a fun game if you want the nostalgia.

Sins of a solar empire is also host of «Star Trek Armada 3», a star trek rts basically.

Again, Stellaris also has a star trek total conversion made by the same team called New Horizons.

Скачал Репаблик эт вар 1.15, разархировал . установил иииииии, ничего! Захожу в стим запускаю фок, он запускается!, ладно захожу в папку мод , там ярлык , запускаю, запускается ванильная игра, даже не фок!
Защёл в стим нажал свойства, вписал sweaw MODPATH = Mods Republic_At_War, ничего! Установил три раза ничего! Решил запустить через Лаунчер , выскочило , Увас стим версия, я нажал Ок, выскочил вы должны что то там дальше со стимом и модо, потом форум, Ничего!
Помогите! А то Я в отчаянии!

В стиме то зачем? Создаешь ярлык и вписываешь в свойствах и запускаешь. Лучше скачай ручную установку

Forces of Corruption has more things since it’s the expansion pack to the base game. Some, if not most, modding communities make mods for the games’ expansions. It’s the same for the Command & Conquer: Generals: Zero Hour modding community. I understand why you’d be disappointed it’s not for the base game, though. I felt the same way before I got the expansion when I found out about mods. Then I just got it on Steam.

If you do get an error while installing, check that you have more than a few GB of space on the disk that you place the installer into (normally, that’s C:/) as the installer extracts everything temporarily before moving it in.

to install buddy im assuming you have the .zip version, best way to do it is extract to desktop then place data + mod file into C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonStar Wars Empire at Warcorruption after u have cut and paste the files here, go to ur steam library, right click on sw:EAW Gold then click properties and select set launch option then past this into it sweaw MODPATH=ModsRepublic_At_War hit ok then launch SW:FOC from steam library and u should be good to go :)

      С горем пополам установил. Думаю раз работает то значит сделал всё правильно.
      ИИ действительно активен, выбрав среднюю сложность за КНС получил через 30 минут начала компании массированную атаку сразу на 4 планеты, соответственно космические битвы в них я проиграл.
      Только за счёт местного ополчения на какойто планете перегасил уже с половину джедаев совета (у самого только два героя Дуку и Нут Ганрей).
      По поводу развития пока не понял ибо сам был в защите, да и так и не заметил где у КНС и какая вообще система научного развития, здания только начального уровня, техника тоже. Хотя в гарнизонах и имеются образцы более высокого класса.
      Чувствую что буду начинать заново.

      :038: Я походу что-то неправильно установил. У меня в GC вылетает при сохранении и битве, а в кастоме ИИ не развивается нифига.

        У меня стабильно сейвы и загрузка.
        Есть только заметный глюк с мини картой в страт режиме.
        И ещё во время перелётов на большие расстояния не смотря на уже минимальные видео настройки комп туп тормозит.

          Сыграл за КНС сегодня. Против две Республики. База у них одна. ИИ хард. О чудо, базу он развил! Но строить крейсера он так и не хочет, сцуко ~+ :042:

                  Кстати заметил что базы сильно ослабли, против армад не помогает даже быстрый ремонт базы, хотя если смотреть то ИИ в космо боях стал организованней и концентрирует удар на одной цели пока не добъёт.

                        Ну не за джедаев же. Ктому же КНС реально ослаблена, я потерял наверно с планет 5-6 пока не перешёл в стабильную оборону, главное держать на важных планетах, в особенности в точках пересечения гипер-пространственных маршрутов, побольше флота и самую максимальную базу.

                        К слову в той битве ИИ проявил ещё одно новшество, потеряв половину флота отступил сохранив наиболее сильные подразделения.
